Customer service is absolutely amazing! Check in was a breeze and I got to check in 2 hrs early for free. The room is cozy however it's in need of updates especially the bathroom. Cracks and peelings are visible on the bathroom furnishings however this does not take away from your stay. I'll definitely be staying again.

So the Hyatt POS is nicer, but I had a huge room and good housecleaning service. Food at the breakfast buffet was adequate, good, not great. But where they really shined is the staff. The lobby bartenders were a hoot and most of the desk and restaurant staff very friendly. Interestingly, I found two of the more senior desk manager to be the only rude people I met there. I stayed there long enough that the people recognized me and would call me by name. Was fine.

Some people are of the opinion that food at an hotel is horrible. Perhaps they were thinking about Radisson Hotel. It was definitely horrible.

A general rule of thumb is that hot food is kept hot. Food on the warmers were no different from those not under warmers.

Peas and other vegetables were from tin cans or so they tasted.

The cheese platter only offered Cheddar cheese.

Buffet style dining is supposed to have an extensive variety of plates: fruits, dessert, soups, etc. Unfortunately, the chef preferred tin foods and removed whip cream from the chocolate cake to call it a gateau au chocolat.

Expect a bill or check while eating and without asking! Ludicrous!

Apart from front desk staff nothing was to our liking. Foyer looked OK but rooms were scruffy verging on dirty. Plumbing leaked. Belligerent and noisy guest argued loudly with others through the night but staff avoided answering our calls and did nothing. Next day we were changed to another room which was worse than the first. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world.

Management and staff was very professional but I will never stay there again! The hotel needs a major overhaul and our suite had poor craftsmanship!!! The carpet was old , the legs for the bed was uneven and the shower had a big crack in the floor also no soup dish hold in the shower!!!!

Not compliant with what can be expected from a Radisson hotel. Sheets are not clean, front desk does not answer, rooms service brings non-compliant orders, rooms paintings really need to be refreshed, fourniture is broken... And worst pain point: rooms smell humidity. I have been sleeping in a sponge for 2 weeks. My business trip has been long.

I am privileged to spend my 14 days quarantine at Radisson Hotel.I must say that in my 7days into my stay at the hotel is well received the staff extend a wonderful housekeeping service .I would like to take this time to mention Maurisa her personality and her warm welcoming attitude when comes to hospitality of the highest level and professionalism is greatly appreciated and received and for the Beautiful presentation by the kitchen staff using what little resources they would have based on the pandemic the country an extension the world is face with just would like to say thank you .And again for the rest of the Staff members names I did not mention like Janelle and others thank you for continue to making my stay most memorable please keep up the good work and fly Radisson flag high

The room was small / the beds was shakey / the toilet paper was of very low quality / no mini bar or small fridge poor lighting. The breakfast was absolutely poor. However the location was great and the reception when entering was good. No help with bags though..

Not much to offer in terms of entertainment. rooms had fridges available on request. Stuck between the vintage look and a modern one. No spa or sauna. No airport transfers. Limited food choices only available to 10:30pm.

Nice hotel downtown off the main highway that overlooks the sea. Has a beautiful revolving restaurant on top with scenic views as you very slowly spin around but it s only open during the busy season. Hotel is set in the middle of the government sector. They are building a connecting Radisson Blu right next door should be open soon too. Staff was very accommodating and even gave me a personal tour of the facility. Very nice pool and patio and fully stocked fitness area. I m sure i will be back.

This hotel needs much, starting with reasonably priced food and service that remains quality for more than just the first day. Everyone puts their best pictures up, but this hotel simply looks NOTHING like it does on the website. Showers are so loud, you wake up anyone that is sleeping. Place was not busy (and definitely had ample staff) and yet it took 15 to 20 minutes to receive a drink.....lets not even talk about the amount of time it took to get food. After the first day, staff just stopped even trying and we were there for 4 days. I will not be staying there again, and the Radisson brand certainly took a hit, in my book. Management needs to seriously take a look at the business model, before they go under. Customer service lacking, combined with substandard rooms and food is a recipe for disaster.

This hotel seriously needs to be shut down to get a full cleanse of all the mold in there from 1st floor right up to the 12th and the some of the staff were really unmannerly and rude my experience in Trinidad was nice but I will never be returning to this hotel. Of all the years I've been traveling I've never experienced hotels ice never received such terrible treatment in my life I wanted to be back home immediately. I was moved to 3 different rooms before I got a decent enough room and the people at check in were doing nothing I had to demand to see the manager and they sent the sales manager. The manager helped us after some time but everyone else was just deplorable. Never again!!

The hotel is pretty and most of the staff are really nice and friendly. I came with a group of people and a lot of us out of about 20 people complained that their rooms smelt moldy. A lot of us are feeling sick now 6 days into the trip, including myself who is experiencing headaches and allergies. There are no mini fridges in our rooms. So we can t keep any food or drink refrigerated. The food at the hotel is really really great but the USD to TT conversion sometimes can be a bit tricky. Additionally, they charge you a mandatory 10% service/ gratuity fee and taxes, then they sometimes avoid giving you your change. Which is crazy because people sometimes tip on top of gratuity but you won t even give us opportunity to. One time they owed one of us 16 USD change and never brought it. That was probably the third time we had to ask for our change and would have been way too much of a tip on top of gratuity regardless for a meal that costed 44 USD. Also, everyone seems to like the pool, but it s visibly dirty, just like a lot of places in the hotel (like the building itself and underneath the umbrellas by the poolside). All in all it s been a bit frustrating through the sickness and the lack of amenities in the room although the staff have been very friendly and smiley (even as they forget to give you your change).

Great staff. Rooms are a little dated. Nice happy hour. Update July 2019. Went back and this hotel still has the best customer service. I dont know the bartender's name who worked 7/27 however she was incredible. The best Cosmos I have had on the island. See you guys again in March.
