Great for families with young kids. Very friendly and attentive staff, who are willing to ensure that your stay is both memorable and enjoyable.

This hotel needs a lot of work. Not worth the price, however it is in a great location.

Visited the 360 restaurants and the view was amazing. The lobby was well designed.

Quiet amidst the bustling city..the bar staff is great and the food delectable..however, the downside is that the kitchen closes at 10.30pm

Nice hotel in port of spain. Rooms are wide and clean. Staff is very friendly and helping. There is small swimming pool too. Hotel in the center.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly and the breakfast and lunch buffet were good. The lobby was nice and spacious.

The room was alright but had a couple issues that the staff was able to sort on the first day. The door wasn't closing properly, the AC was leaking water and toilet took a couple flushed to work. The pool bar was non operational and had stagnant water in it which smelled terrible. The pool itself was ok.

We understand that renovations are being done so hopefully all issues will be sorted out. In general a good experience.

Came with a party of three for the Christmas buffet up at the revolving restaurant. Good food, great service and the ambiance was excellent. Lovely place for friends and family to get together. Personally I was hoping for a more of a Christmas themed menu...perhaps the addition of lamb and even pastelles. The only downside was that I could not fully enjoy the buffet as there were a relatively fair amount of pork dishes in most of the food stations. Make sure to visit the dessert station.

The hotel staff is very helpful and the place is very clean .

Entrance is good but the rooms are not so good. Bathrooms have bathtub but all the plumbing is old and shabby, it doesn't give the Radisson feel and Food options are limited.

Our room was clean and spacious. The views from the hotel were just beautiful, from the ocean side to the mountains. It was also quiet. Every person on staff was welcoming and personable. A very nice hotel.

The brunch was not all that. It could have been better. Not up to the usual standard

I've been to a birthday party there. The pool is lovely so is the view. It's wonderful.

It is said to be a five star hotel but I think it is a ten star. Ihave eaten there at numerous Christmas Dinners and the food is gorgeous ,tasty andsufficing. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds and the staff is pleasant , accomodating and treats you as if you are special.

Competitive rates always maintained, staff is courteous, professional and VERY accommodating to all requests.

Nice but hyaat is far betr. I would expect a place that changed names so many times and had so much renovations, to have a lil nicer rooms.

My first time staying here but won't be my last. Service was great front test person was the best.

Just attended an all day conference, the experience was okay, the bathrooms need more attention, not bad for a short stay.

Was here for carnival - typical raddison nice staff good breakfast

There was a leaking bathroom that didn't get fixed up to the time when we were leaving. We were on the 10th floor and other rooms seem to have leaks as well. But Ishmeal from the bar on the ground floor made the stay special - my cappuccino was on point!

In the heart of the city . Step out and you're on Wrightson road.

We ve been waiting for almost an hour and a half and I still haven t got a room this is crazy my niece and my nephew were supposed to go to the first hotel but ended up having the worst time. they waited for an hour and a half negotiating with the cashiers and the people that run the hotel !!

Deborah at guest check-in was so friendly and her personality was just perfect. Her choice of restaurant was also perfect. She made our stay so much fun. Best customer service experience since I been here. Thanks Deborah.

At the bar they could not serve my favourite drink. Mojito because they did not have any limes. Really!!!

Went to the rotating restaurant. Great food and ambiance

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast was included with the room. The bar area within the lobby offer sandwiches and panini very good options for a snack. Overall the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Very near to shopping and the Government Plaza, excellent location if you are in POS for business.

Rates are wonderful and the staff have your best interests at heart typical Caribbean love.
