This hotel needs much, starting with reasonably priced food and service that remains quality for more than just the first day. Everyone puts their best pictures up, but this hotel simply looks NOTHING like it does on the website. Showers are so loud, you wake up anyone that is sleeping. Place was not busy (and definitely had ample staff) and yet it took 15 to 20 minutes to receive a drink.....lets not even talk about the amount of time it took to get food. After the first day, staff just stopped even trying and we were there for 4 days. I will not be staying there again, and the Radisson brand certainly took a hit, in my book. Management needs to seriously take a look at the business model, before they go under. Customer service lacking, combined with substandard rooms and food is a recipe for disaster.
