Good Service but needs remodeling in the bathroom and their should be a fridge and a microwave to heat up your food. Was very disappointed when the staff said they could not heat it up. The breakfast buffet could be much better for the price. Would've came back because of the customer service but the microwave situation made it an unpleasant stay.

The first thing I noticed which was a turnoff as I pulled up to the hotel is a globe like waterfall which is full of fungus or algae or something. It made me feel like this place won't be clean if they're comfortable letting that be the first thing you see. The room was actually quite spacious and somewhat modern as far as rooms go. Don't plan to sleep in because by about 8am the cleaning staff are on the floor shouting to each other and laughing and entertaining themselves as if it is a club and the walls are paper thin so if you're a light sleeper or need to study or focus on a work project that isn't the place. The downside is no real entertainment around the pool (which is quite beautiful and serene) at night or in the hotel in general. I found myself walking across the highway most nights to get entertained across the street at Hyatt where they have seating outside by the water and have musical entertainment in the form of a band or a singer and it's enjoyable. Further one of the attractions at the hotel the rotating restaurant isn't open during the week and closes after brunch on Sunday's (which is the afternoon I arrived). As I left Thursday I wasn't able to experience that. There is a lovely small craft shop with local TT made products from clothes to pepper jellies and teas to wood work. Finally, I needed some TT and the hotel's exchange rate is 5.5 to 1 USD when everywhere else is 7 to 1. I've stayed at other hotels and perhaps 6 to 6.5 but 5.5 felt like robbery.

When I enetered the lobby was captivating and the overall service was great. The room however needs some work as it is carpeted and smelled musty but other than that the room was clean. The shower was a bathtub which was not as white as it used to be as you can see the age. The pool terrace is awesome. Pool has different depths. Overall it was a nice experience.

The service poor and the ironing board was fresh. The room up keep is ridiculously horrible it clearly need to upgrade they maintenance.
But other than that the pool looks inviting, the gym small but has everything one needs to work out an the view is really nice once you are fed up of the sea.

Hotel staff is perfect, room is looking nice but some things are missing, like refrigerator (mini bar), bathtub plug, safe is not operational. Breakfast is little bit slow because for scrambled eggs you have to wait in the line, they prepare it one by one for each person. Rest of breakfast is OK
Might look good on the outside and common areas, but rooms are in desperate need of renovations and maintenance. Most of the wooden furniture is damaged, metallic parts and fixtures are rusted, shower grab bar was barely hanging, shower faucet continuously drip water; A/C apparently has never been cleaned, because huge amounts of dust are accumulated in the vents.
Food is acceptable, but very limited. Being in Trinidad on business, I only tried breakfast and dinner. I don't know how they managed to mess it up, but it's the worst oatmeal I've ever tried.
Wifi is acceptable and bed was comfortable. Not much outside noise felt in the room.

No staff, no food!! Arrived for breakfast at 7.30am. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6.30am. No staff in the dining area to seat us. No water, no salt and pepper on table. Finally got 2 pieces of tasteless watermelon and a dried up piece of pawpaw. 1 hour later the wrong food comes. I'll never stay here again. No staff in sight to correct it.
I had an enjoyable stay with my family. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location may be in the middle of the city but once you're inside you feel a much welcomed divide from the hustle and bustle of the outside. This is a great location for business and leisure.
Went to a conference there and got nothing but great staff and amenities. Can't comment on the rooms though.

I was really disappointed staying here with my family and checked out 2 days before our intended check out date.My family booked a room here on June 18th 2016 and it was a very big mistake. Walking into the lobby area I was very impressed but as soon as We got to our room, room 419 to be exact , the excitement changed as we were greeted with a strong moldy smell which my 4 year old described as " dead roses water " . It was already about 2am in the morning so we decided to stay over night as we were traveling with 3 young kids 6 years old and under hoping that it might be better in the morning. When we woke up later that day the smell had increased and the amount of dust in the room was very noticeable which made things bad for my son who has allergies and daughter who has asthma. We later decided to head down for breakfast , which by the way isn't included in the price and that was the last straw for us. I'm not sure who planned the breakfast menu but I'm certain they didn't put any effort into it. By the end of breakfast another hotel was already booked and we could not have gotten out of there any quicker than we did . Checking into the other Hotel might have saved our lives from the toxic room that was offered at this hotel and we had a noticeable change in our breathing and the air quality . I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my best friend's dog Rosco .
Radisson was OK, there was a nice staff and a small swimming pool, but their prices were ridiculous. Just like every hotel in Trinidad they advantage tourist through their prices. If you have no choice then probably rent a room
The room was really clean , the staff was pleasant and the room was amazing.
I came to Radisson for my birthday weekend with my family. We made several calls to the hotel before our stay and none of the following were mentioned until we arrived. Then they had the audacity to say that they inform guests when the booking is made.
1. All adults MUST have ID on them in order to be checked in
2. You have to make a booking for the pool and are only allowed one hour there per day
3. The breakfast you pay for is not buffet style at this present time... They serve you in a box and the menu options are very limited
Side note: They apparently don't clean the rooms between guests, given the garbage we found under the couch in one of our rooms. The customer service has clearly deteriorated.
Doubt we will ever come back.
My stay was absolutely amazing both myself n daughter had an amazing time, the staff was very polite n helpful, breakfast was delicious everyone ensured that we had a wonderful stay and the pool is always clean n relaxing..my housekeeper was absolutely wonderful there was nothing I could have said i wanted or needed she made sure I had all my basic requirements in a timely manner nothing ran out. Such great service!! Will definitely be going back.

Medium sized hotel, conveniently located in downtown Port of Spain. Easy access to shops and other activities. However, the all-inclusive experience was a bit lacking at the time of our stay. I must say however that management made every effort to compensate for the lack.

3 adults and 1 child had access to 2 bottles (500ml) water, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and only coffee based tea bags. As for the linen, questionable as to whether they were fresh! Other than that beautiful scenery from the 11th floor.
Easter 2019 with my husband and children was a great staycation. My toddlers enjoyed the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Room had carpet which is not my favourite because it can smell when wet.

OH MY GOD! My mother checked into this hotel and it was one disaster after another. We moved around to several rooms on varying floors trying to find acceptable accommodations. Then a couple days later there was an earthquake that left the floor in shambles. She had to move to a next door hotel.
Nothing fancy about this hotel it's clean comfortable and the service was good. The pool is nice but needed cleaning. It had a lot of insects floating in the pool which kind of spoiled it for me. All in it was just ok.
Lunchtime buffet was very good and the service was excellent.
