Beautiful hotel and staff are friendly and rooms are clean!

Great location, nice clean rooms and friendly service, just a little slow at checkin.

Very good located on one side of the Mall of America. The entrance is a contemporary marvel! The lounge and restaurant are of high quality. It is also close to the airport.

The location is great! It was very clean inside. The atmosphere at fire bar was nice. They had a wine bar on one side and pool tables on the other side. Very chill place with cool people. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.

We dined at the Firelake Grill House for brunch. The Midwestern omelet and shrimp omelet were phenomenal. Great service. Beautiful dining room. Will definitely return &recommend to others.

Hotel was too expensive for the quality of the customer service. I was with one other person, and we arrived to celebrate the birthday of a friend of ours that was a guest AND had a room. When we came in, a security guard with a long red beard walked up to us and told us that company policy stated that they only allowed four people per room. We contacted the downtown Minneapolis location to verify the policy, and they told us that if four guests were staying in a room with two queen-sized beds, that another four guests were allowed to visit, but obviously not stay. My friend and I were only staying for about an hour. Fifteen minutes later, the keyholder of the hotel room went downstairs and talked to security in a professional manner, which resulted in security following her up to her room and kicking all of the guests out, which, at the time, were only my friend and I. Would not recommend this hotel at all, to anyone, this was a ridiculous situation that could've been easily avoided, and it was especially bad because it was a birthday celebration, and we weren't even being loud or disrespectful. Company policy should stay company-wide, right?

My parents visited and stayed for 5 days. Excellent location with walkway access to Mall of America where the Lego store and Lego statues are located. Rooms are nicely appointed and service was phenomenal. We dined with the grandchildren and the staff in the Fire and Ice restaurant gave my children nice stuffed animals as a gift. Food was excellent with lots of local organic foods incorporated into the menu. I used to manage beverage for a top 20 golf resort in the world and service levels were very good to excellent at all times. Worth the stay if you're looking for convenience to MSP Airport or Mall of America.

I stayed 2 days, the month of September, for a work conference during the week. I arrived at the same time that a bus full of people arrived from the airport. It took approximately 20 minutes to check-in. However, the hotel's staff was handing out complementary bottles of water and asked if I needed anything. Very nice!
The room itself was clean and modern. However, the TV didn't work, the thermostat made strange noises when it kicked in (which made it very difficult for me to sleep), the staff at check-out forgot to give me a voucher for parking, and there was one other issue with the room (forgot what it was.) I didn't bother complaining about the room issues or asking for another room since I overheard staff say that the hotel was completely booked.
The restaurant was hit and miss. I had museli the first morning, which was really awful. However, I choked it down because it was very expensive. The second day, I had eggs benedict and am not overexaggerating when I say that it was the best I've ever had.
The hotel staff was exquisite, including those at the hotel restaurant. It was very nice to have the hotel attached to the Mall of America.
I would have given the hotel 5 stars if I hadn't had the issues in the room.

What a great hotel! Convenient location, the rooms are fantastic, and the restaurant has unbelieveably great food. Pricing can get up there, but location, quality and service, it's worth it.

For a stay for my wedding anniversary and birthday I was very not impressed. Did get a suite to celebrate. Unfornately the phone did not work so I had to use my cell phone to call front desk for needs like when the pool closed. Told about this breakfast provided on 13th and we were totally underwelmed. Better breakfasts at a Hampton Inn. Not worthy of the $400 room price tag. Access to Mall was great. This was about the only thing I liked. I rated this stay low. Thanks for opportunity to comment.

Place is very nice and it's even better that the hotel is connected to the Mall of America.

Rooms are nice, and clean. I liked the rainfall style showers in the bathroom. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Went there for a work event. The room looked great and food was excellent. Service was very good as well.

We decided to do a weekend vacation and wanted a place near Mall of America and any food locations. This hotel was not only in a perfect location; it was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and I love how spacious it was as well. Everything was great! We will definitely recommend this hotel and we will surely be back.

Parking situation sucks, wish there was better access from inside the hotel. But overall, awesome, cool, modem layout, very nice rooms. Will stay here again.

Beautiful modern Hotel right on the Mall of America property. Super clean, modern and up to date with excellent amenities. Great Bar and restaurant, large gym with excellent equipment, big pool and spa. Minutes from the airport with a free shuttle.

Radisson Blu is amazing because it's attached to the Mall of America. Blue Lake bar area is so beautiful It's a long table that you can do whatever on and butt chairs that's cute. ITS AMAZING!!!

Made a stay with Radisson Blue as an overnight family getaway. The design and architecture of the spaces are top notch. Rooms are clean and modern and lend themselves to relaxing. Our room had two queen beds and enough room for a desk a small sitting area.

Nice details: Flat screen TV is wall mounted but can swing and swivel to accommodate viewing from wherever you choose to sit. Efficiency closet and small bar space in front hall offer surprising space to organize

Small annoyances: no lock on bathroom door. For solo travelers this isn't an issue but for our family it resulted in at least one embarrassing walk-in.

Classy and Comfortable, the Radisson Blu is ripe with modern touches of art, decor and technology. Their staff was exceedingly helpful and curteous. The walkway from the hotel to the Mall of America makes this hotel the perfect place for a shopping getaway. Be prepared to be wowed!

Although the staff are genuinely delightful and the location is hard to beat, the beds are an utter nightmare. A hotel is no good to me if I can't get a decent night of sleep. The walls were also super thin, so the many children [and a dog??] staying on the same floor made sleeping in impossible.

Conference room was rented and lunch catered for a work event. Food was fantastic and facility was nice.

Clean, modern room. Connected directly to the Mall of America for convenience. Hallways are a liitle confusing as you cant really tell which direction is the lift lobby (no difference in carpet/lighting/no signage.

Service was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make sure we had a pleasant experience. I didn't think much of the pool. There was a strong chlorine smell that burned my eyes.

Great location, close to the airport and obviously attached to the Mall of America. Good food and decent drink prices in the bar. ONLY reason I 4 starred ir, was because they were replacing the carpet on multiple floors during my week stay.

Checked in late at night. Took the hotel's huttle from airport to hotel ( call and then they come to pick you and your party up) and it offers a shuttle from hotel back to airport ( but must be booked in advanced-like 30mins) room service food was okay during after hours. Connects to Mall of America which is great. Overall great for a couple getaway!

Great service - there was rarely an empty plate or drink to be seen on anyone's table. Friendly - service staff were helpful with were to find things and seemed happy to help. Quality food - from mini burgers to to bite sized caprese almost all the food was great (the pizza was not good and needs a new crust recipe).

Anyone would love a place that is as unique and fascinating as this mall is. And to be staying right next door to it in a hotel was that much better there was always something to do that weekend. I had a great time would love to do it again..

Attended a professional conference. The conference rooms were clean and well kept. Facilities staff did a fantastic job with keeping everything clean and stocked. Would definitely recommend and come back to a conference hear again.

Easy access to the mall, beautifully decorated rooms, stylish rooms, and friendly staff. Can't wait to stay again.

The AC never cooled the room down below 72 despite setting the temp at 66 so it was impossible to sleep. Took forever to check in. The "free" parking is at the MOA so you have to either walk around or through the mall, which is very inconvenient. Otherwise it is $18 a night to park at the hotel garage. Priceline gave me a 50% discount which is the only reason I stayed here. I would be VERY unhappy if I paid $200+.

Radisson Blu mall was amazing the room will especially nice very clean they have specials in the firelake restaurant bar area and the icing on the cake is that it was attached to the Mall of America

Too plain on colors. Makes the room very boaring and for 500 a night I would think it will ga e better design and colors.

Nice place. Attending a convention here. Rooms are nice with comfortable seats and most have tables. What can I say? I'm just using chairs here mostly.

honestly, th forst hotel ive been too in a while that actually cares about you!!

I only attended a wedding dinner. Therefore, I can speak only on two aspects of the hotel. The wait staff and the conference room. The conference room was gorgeous and clean. The wait staff on the other hand is the worst I've ever seen. They all seemed to hate their job and I felt like a burden just being an attendee to a wedding.

Attended a professional Christmas party event here recently that was hosted in the main event hall. Dinner was decent however the bar service was extremely lacking for the number of people on attendance. 4 bartenders were booked for over 800 people. Dinner was delayed as people were waiting in long lines for their drinks long after hors d'oeuvre hour was finished.

Loved the location, room was nice but for the cost expected better toilet paper and towels. One towel was super nice, rest were ok. Good service, didn't use valet parking. Good food in restaurant for breakfast.

Not worth the money. Average hotel at best. Proximity to the mall is the only benefit. No hot tub, room service has 18 percent gratuity plus a delivery fee. Pay 1/2 as much and drive to the mall.
