Attended a corporate gathering here. Nice venue, very modern. The catered food was really good. However it did get a bit warm and stuffy in some areas of the restaurant with all the people.

Suite was nice, however it was dimly lit. Not necessarily geared towards families as evidenced by the chairs outside the elevator on 2nd floor. I'd come back...just not with my 4 year old.

We spent an evening at the Radisson Blu on Saturday February 13. I enjoyed the unique modern architecture and enjoyed the staff. The room was a bit cold and their was no hot tub, just a pool. Overall we had a great experience.

Our stay at Radisson Blu was simply The Worst Experience imaginable!

My family and I came to enjoy what the City has to offer.

Instead of being greeted with a nice warm welcome, we were harassed and humiliated.

Manager & Security Guard On duty that night were Terrible with a Nasty Discriminating Attitude.

Terrible experience due to lack of Decent Service.

Although our stay was a disaster,
Radisson Blu Mall Of America is a Lovely hotel.
Very clean with nice lighting.
Did not end up sleeping at Radisson Blu.

I was there for an after work happy hour with about 20 people. They don't actually have happy hour but our drinks are reasonably priced and the service was fantastic. She was attentive, helpful, friendly, and didn't mess up a single order. Sometimes paying at functions like this can be a nightmare, but she made it a breeze. The Flatbread pizzas and broccoli tater tots were both delicious!

Great service, quick and easy check in. Beautiful rooms. However, I think the 15 dollars for parking when it's the only overnight parking isn't very right. But business is business. Overall very happy.

Staff were mainly very courteous. Food was pretty good. A little pricey on the food, but they serve all night. Worth it except the room service guy that brought our food was a jerk. No hot tub, which was a little disappointing.

I only visited the Solimar Spa on my visit to the Radisson Blu at the Mall of America. I bought my wife a massage there for her birthday. The rest of the hotel seemed very nice! My wife enjoyed the spa and the massage. I would definitely take her back on our next visit to Minneapolis Minnesota

Great hotel and super convenient to the mall of America...you know, since they're connected and all. Or room is exactly as advertised; clean, modern and comfortable. The salt water pool is heated. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We will recommend and return.

We love the Radisson Blu EXCEPT for their pool area is ice cold (not the water but the pool room) and their is zero hot tub. Very disappointed...for what we paid, this should be far better. My girls love to swim but froze out of the water. Better at Motel 6.

I never actually stayed at this place. However it would be where I will stay the next time I am visiting. On our way home from a 10-day road trip back to Winnipeg and my data was cut off and I didn't have an offline map downloaded to work with to travel back home. Staff thankfully agreed to my unual request to gain the wifi login to download the map to go home. Very appreaciative. They were swamped with checkins and outs so I wasn't able to properly thank them for everything. Regardless, this deserves a full 5-star rating. Thank you again, for helping us get home safely after a long drive.

Stayed at this hotel on my way back from Tampa FL to Des Moines IA when my flight was delayed causing me to miss my connection and having to stay in MN. Hotel staff member named, Anna, was very friendly and since my luggage was left with the airline, she gave me the toiletries I needed from the hotel. Hotel staff at the bar were friendly, too. Hotel was clean and I'd recommend.

Room was of average size. Clean and well maintained. Staff was very professional and courteous all long. The location is really good as you are literally in the mall with direct access to multiple shopping and dining options. It's also 10mn away from the airport. Overall really good stay. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Attended a professional event at the MOA Radisson Blu. The serving staff were very prompt and professional. The ballroom well lit and clean. Parking was a bit tight, but adequate. Overall, a very good experience.

Nice stay and extremely convenient to Mall of America. The check-in process was lengthy and could be better. The room was nice and very comfortable. We would stay again and plan to do so at some point.

This hotel isnt for you. They have none of that.
Yes, the place is aesthetically beautiful and conveniently located but for the price; it should have more of the little things you know? All in all, it has 2 stars cause, I've had more enjoyable stays at other cheaper hotels.

The hotel looks lovely. The rooms are very plush and modern. I love that the hotel is basically connected to the mall. It's so easy to get there without having to go out into the elements. The hotel has a pool, spa, full gym, and restaurant. I wish the rooms had tubs since they don't have a hot tub but perhaps in some rooms they do. The staff are very nice and helpful. I wish they had a more sturdy rack for luggage.

Great space for large professional conference. Comfortable seating and clean event room and restrooms. Parking is too expensive for the area and almost $20, so I parked at the mall and had a five minute walk to the hotel lobby.

Nice hotel with direct access to Mall of America which is SO convenient! I love the huge table & chairs on level 2 where people can sit & play games. The fitness center is one of the best I've ever seen. Our room was clean & spacious. Great sheets & pillows. There is no counter space in the bathroom, and the shower is permanently open with no door, but other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

A rare extravagance for my wife and I, we stayed at the Radisson Blu on NYE. The staff was overall very nice and helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. Check-in was a breeze. Security is good (Note: the room key activates the elevator by holding the card against the big blue part on the keypad... keeps the mall patrons from accessing the room section of the hotel. The room unlocks the same way...hold it up against the blue part and you're in.)

The rooms were beautiful. Everything is nice, new and clean (see pictures)! I especially liked the local picture accents in the headboard and bathroom.

The restaurant is Firelake Grill and I highly recommend it. Most of the fare is locally-sourced and portions are not skimmed on at all! My wife had the prime rib (big as her head) and I had the bacon-wrapped buffalo ribeye. Both were excellent (recommend ordering either dish as rare, it really makes the flavor of the meat pop). The cocktail bar has anything you could think of. I only had a vodka martini but my wife had a lemon drop martini and said it was perfectly made.

Overall, great destination hotel & with the Mall of America only an extremely short walk away (did I mention its an indoor walk... no sub-zero temps for us!) there is not a shortage of anything to do.

Excellent location. Directly connected to Mall of America. Excellent place to stay specially if are starting with kids. Plenty to do in the mall as it has many indoor rides and several options to eat and have fun. Room was very clean and amenities were nice.

I stayed here this weekend for a seminar and it was AMAZING! Such a nice room with a nice shower and so convenient that it s in the Mall of America! Had a really good burger from Fire Lake as well. Will be back in January!

Contemporary type of hotel with great service and the best part...it's attached to the Mall of America! I've stayed here probably about ten times and I've always been very satisfied with my stay. I'll stay here as many times as I could as long as my work permits.

The rooms are just an average hotel room. They're clean and fine, but nothing special compared to other hotels in the area that are half the price. Pool area without a hot tub was disappointing. When I checked in the receptionist told me that there would be complimentary fruit and espresso on my floor. There was espresso but there was never any fruit (even was I asked an employee), just an empty bowl sitting on a table next to the elevator. In summary, it's a nice hotel but you can get the same quality for half the price elsewhere.
