Upon our arrival, we asked to take blu planet. Do not do it. They will not do ANY housekeeping. Our sheets were dirty. They did clean everything punctually though. Breakfast is amazing!! Proximity to the mall is convenient!

Awesome. Anytime you decide to go you'll enjoy it. Take yourself, family, or a retreat group. I did not stay at Radisson, but it has a long standing good reputation for service. Plenty of lodging, restaurants near, too. There's an amusement park in this mall. Real kids and inner child adults can have playtime. Awesome sauce!

Front staff and service were not good at all. Taking only online reservations and offered no assistance to get a reservation setup. Staff acted like no one has ever walked in and asked for a room. So we sat in the lobby and tried to make an online reservation. the website failed to take the reservation and couldn t we figure out why. Called the central reservation service from the hotel lobby and got someone to take the reservation but they couldn t barely speak English and it took a very long time. Very very frustrating first experience at this hotel. I m not sure why taking my money and getting a room would have to be so painful. Lobby in very nice though

Though it is on the pricey side, it's super convenient to book a room over Black Friday weekend so that you're connected to the Mall of America. We don't have to worry about driving around, we can make pit stops to our room to drop off bags or take breaks. They have a restaurant on their main level with friendly staff and decent food. The only "gripe" which isn't really a big one, is their parking. In order to park at the hotel, you are forced to pay and I believe it is also valet. You can park for free in the outdoor mall parking lot on the west side and walk to the hotel, but you have to register your car with the hotel guest services when you check in. This should sound simple and straightforward, but we still managed to get a nasty-gram from the mall security saying that we had to move our car. It was the day of check-out so we just ignored it and went home, but not sure why there was an issue there since we had given them our license plate number. Hopefully they can work out the kinks with the mall staff. Also, if you have a lot of shopping bags and luggage during checkout, it can be a pain if you're parked offsite. The valet guys aren't always happy with you parking your car in front of the lobby door even if it's just to load up. Fortunately, this last trip there was a super friendly man working the valet and he was very accommodating and told us it was not a problem. The prior year, we ended up having to walk all of our stuff to our car on multiple trips, which is a huge pain when it's cold outside and you have done a lot of damage shopping. LOL.

The Radisson Blu is conveniently located at the Mall of America and with an even more convenient separate parking ramp. The decor of both the main areas as well as the rooms is fantastic and the amenities in the rooms are unique and well integrated. I was only in the room visiting a guest and not as a guest myself so I can't speak to the service but everything about the hotel itself was well above my expectations.

Radisson Blu at MOA is a newly built hotel with modern and refreshing rooms! Manager Jassie is awesome. I was allowed to check in 6 hours early without a charge, that s great customer service!

The lighting is beautiful. The WIFI does not work. Pay to park. The Mall threatens to tow if you park in their lot. The logistics is screwy, you have to go up a long escalator and across a lobby to get to the elevators. The door directly into the mall is insanely convenient. Crappy bath towels.

Of the two I prefer the JW Marriott although they charge extra for WIFI.

The convience of being right in the mall was awesome! The comforters on the beds were the softest I've ever had at any hotel! The checking in process was a bit chaotic. Not enough parking out front. No staff was around when we pulled in so everyone was just in a jumbled clump not knowing where to park while checking in/unloading bags. Need a better process!

We are staying at the Radisson Blu for 2 nights and we have been treated like royalty since before we even checked in!!! Melissa helped with information on my stay and the area two weeks prior to arrival and when we did finally check in she came out and greeted us like we were family. Ashley at the front desk was very sweet and gave us coupons for the awesome restaurants in the mall. Finally Mickey in the business club lounge happy hour by far was the best part of our trip. Mickey was fun and friendly she was so sweet and accommodating she was by herself and kept the lounge in mint condition and the food and drinks were continuously stocked. We had the best time at happy hour every day thank you Mickey!!!!

There is stains all over the carpet. Literally everywhere in the hallways. There were a couple room glasses thrown on floor in the hallway. A bag of garbage in the windowsill, on our floor. Then to top it off the plate on the bottom of the door fell off when we walked into the room.

Came here for a quick vacation getaway and the service has been incredible! Mickey from the Business Club Lounge treated us like royalty and took good care of us! Great personality and a true professional!

Lavert from the front desk came in clutch and served as our tour guide! He gave us the rundown on all the areas and spots in the city and really helped us! We're from Miami and not familiar with the area so his insight was just what we needed! Thank you!

Ashley at the front desk was awesome! Super friendly and bubbly personality and was very helpful. She gave us insight on the best places to eat and on the mall itself!

My overall experience here has been stellar and I would definitely come back! Thank you Mickey, Ashley and Lavert for making our trip amazing!

Arrived at 3pm to check in. Was told have to wait an hour, at least. No compensation. Went to the side lobby and it was filled with people waiting for their rooms. Went upstairs and it was packed with people waiting for rooms. Maybe they should have spent less on decor and more on reliable maid service.

I love quwatel whom we met at check in. She was professional and had helpful suggestions. She made sure we got a crib bed immediately we requested one and gave us tips on how to get around and have fun in Minnesota! U go girl! Areyana was also kind to our son and very thoughtful. We had a clean room and bathroom with clean sheets. The front desk was very attentive to all our needs and every request was answered immediately. The front desk picked up the phone at first ring. It's a really good hotel and we would try to stay at the Radisson everytime we visit the States.

Been to a few meetings here over the years and they always put on a class act. The food is surprisingly good for large meetings and hotel catered events. Definitely Take a look at them your event.

The facility was clean and very well put together. The work event I was attending was color coordinated with our company colors which was a nice touch. The food was also very good. I can't say anything about pricing however since it was all paid for by my employer. Definitely hope we have another event there!

My room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is pretty amazing! The reason for 4 stars is because 1. The water at the sink wasnt going down very well and 2. I found some "Hair" on the bathroom floor.

The hotel has become fairly tired and definitely needs a facelift. What was fabulous in 2013, is now mediocre. The staff is nice and friendly and the restaurant is still great. Location is awesome. In all honesty, the hotel would be 5 stars if the rooms were better appointed and maintained.

Update: after a slow start, we had a fantastic vacation. This hotel is connected to the Mall of America. You literally walk down the hall and you are in the mall. Security in the hotel is right. You can t take the elevator to the first floors without a key. I highly recommend this hotel.
Old review: Still waiting for the airport shuttle with 3 cold children. It has been an hour now. I called several times. Apparently the first gal I talked to sent us to doors 5 & 6, & the shuttle isn t allowed to pick up at that location. Update: shuttle driver was very nice and the front desk person, Charlie was very courteous, & apologized for the delay. She gave us an envelope with breakfast vouchers, etc. Excellent customer to apologize for the extended wait time. Thank you. It was much appreciated. We loved the gym and the breakfast cafe.

The hotel is okay with keycard working elevators (many of them in fact), but to get to the main part of the hotel you have to either go up an elevator or escalator. I also booked in advance to be told my room wasn't available.
The hotel room itself is okay. For the price, you'd expect something better - the design is simply weird. The wall art doesn't match the floor (a weird detail that makes sense when you see pictures).
The best thing about this hotel is that it's directly connected to the Mall of America.

Clean, new, quiet and comfortable. I stayed here in the winter so I didn't have any problems with A/C but there may be issues as it does have one of those eco thermostats. Hotel connects directly to Mall of America on 2nd floor walkway no need to go outside.

This hotel is very nice in pictures and on the outside. They did not clean the rooms during my stay and used COVID 19 as an excuse. That should have been the reason to clean and sanitize the entire hotel. Additionally after paying for these expensive rooms you had to pay $18.00 pet day to park. That was insane. The most appreciative thing for me was, you can enter the Mall of America from the hotel. Lastly, customer service was good. When I asked for towels and linen, it was provided. It's questionable if I would stay here again or refer someone.

This place truly has it all! The bedrooms are amazing! This is the only hotel I have stayed in with a overhead shower. You are literally STEPS away from entering in to the Mall of America as it is connected on the second floor. The service was phenomenal. They take care of your needs as soon it is requested. I will definitely be coming back here.

I went here for my friends bat mitzvah party on the 26 of August 2017. It was an amazing night!!!!!! If you are a parent looking for a place to host your kids mitzvah party or hold a business dinner, I highly recommend! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars

Ok, I am so conflicted on how to review this place.
I came here with my husband for a 2 night stay. When I walked in, I was so excited. The ambiance and decor is amazing in the commin areas but, as soon as we stepped in our room it was like the party instantly stopped.
All the music playing in my head turn off, the lighting was gone.
The rooms themselves are kind of weak.
I came back with my friend for drinks and the food was...NOT GOOD.
In summary, I did give this place a low review because the best things about the hotel are in the looks and the looks are in areas where I didn't spend much time. When I did decide to enjoy the lounge, I found that the food was not good at all.

They have certian amenities such as whirlpools and all three had reservation signs on them the whole time we were here. Its like they dont want you here n having a good time. I asked the staff at 30 min until pool close and they still said no. Place has more rules than a dorm and even less sound proofing, if you r looking to have fun on that front. The rooms are like a crappy apartment.

You need to watch your booking fee I was told when I called 169 a night and then I went to checkout and they charged me 215 a night do to occupancy fees. Do not recommend!! I even called direct so I wouldn't have any problems.
