Stayed 2 nights it was around 550.00 for the 2 nights. Went and complained around 1100am to day manager that 2 things weren't working and found actual dried blood on the sheets she said that it's good cause the day manager for housekeeping is on duty and will have them come up and check it out and make sure both beds were stripped and new bedding on it. Left came back to our room 13 1/2 hrs later it was the same as when we left for the day.

It was my wife birthday and i figured i take her out shopping at MOA and stay and the nearest location. I new they had recently finish building Radisson Blu so decided to call. Price were fair compare to other locations in the area. I called another hotel across the street that is NOT as nice as the Radisson Blu and not as convenient and they were charging the same rate. I jaw dropped when i heard they their prices. Great room, clean, nice, comfortable. My wife loved it we went shopping for hours (awwwww) went out to eat at Benihanas in MOA. Convenient never left their parking lot.. I recommended to anyone that wants to be at MOA and be convenient.

Awesome hotel! 5 star service and in room dinning was superb! Virginia brought my food up to my room twice and was soooo sweet and professional. The food was delicious, especially the pancakes. Keep up the good work, I'll stay here whenever I'm in town for work. The spa services (massage) was nice too.

Positives:
Wonderful experience overall! The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. It had a clear glass walk-in rainfall style shower, a small leather sofa, desk, and a nice TV. Staff were always accommodating from scheduling my stay to asking for more items. The hotel is directly connected to MOA, which was very convenient. The mall has a lot of signs that direct you back to the hotel making it hard to get lost :)

The only negatives:
- The pool is fairly small...the water didn't look the cleanest either, but I didn't get a good look as I arrived after it closed. The pool is not open 24 hours...I made the mistake of googling its hours instead of checking the website. It closes at 11 PM. I don't blame the hotel on this one because the hours are clearly posted by the pool. Just don't Google the hours :)

- The parking ramp ticket machine was not functioning properly. Another guest mentioned that it happens frequently. However, the hotel did not charge me for parking, which was greatly appreciated!

- The comforter on the bed was very thin.

- No full continental breakfast. This would have been nice considering the price per night. They do have a "grab n go" type breakfast but only fruit, coffee, and energy bars and it's offered VERY early in the morning...I think it ends around 7.

I would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Dramatic decor! Nice service. Stayed on discount through Delta/travelliance cancelled flight terms. There is a direct skybridge to the Mall of America. Nice perk is the "breakfast to go" coffee station open at 4:30am for those of us running out the door before breakfast. Nice touch!

Very modern with an upscale feel. Was put up here by Delta when my flight was cancelled. Would stay here again. 2nd floor lobby connects right to the Mall of America and on property restaurant looks spectacular.

Ate at firelake and it was very good. Meeting room we had was a little drab, but what can be done to meeting rooms to make them exciting? Lobby is spectacular. They spent a lot of money to make it look great.

My fiance and I were there for a bridal fair. The Hotel had about two rooms and a hallway set up for the event. It was a wonderful and beautiful set up. Would recommend and return in the future.

I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could. I stay here every time I m near the twin cities. Rooms are always very clean, the food and drinks are great, (recommend the fries especially!) and room service, bellman and valet are always very helpful. I always recommend this hotel to everyone..

Radisson Blu's staff are extremely rude. They tried to charge me $20 for parking when I was there for just a few minutes only to be denied a room! I wouldn't ever even try to stay there again.

The hotel is very modern and gorgeously appointed. The feels ritzy, glamorous, and worth the money you pay for it. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable, the only drawback is the plumbing. The distance between the faucet in the sink is so small I can barely fit my hand in there and wound up getting water everywhere. Also the rain shower is placed poorly so that when you turn on the shower for the first time in cold water comes out, you will be doused. Also the shower head is anemic and only drizzles. They also forgot to include hair conditioner oh, I don't know if that's normal or if they just forgot, but if you need it bring your own. The views are not spectacular, mostly of them all, but I doubt most people come for the views.

We have stayed here every time we visit MN! The staff has been so wonderful since they first opened. The parking is excellent and cars are easy to access. It is great having the hallway directly to the mall of america, such a bonus when I am traveling with the kids. The rooms are always clean and they are larger than expected. The bathroom floors can get very slippery when they get wet. The pool is nice, more for lap swimming, but very well maintained. It is more of a retro feel at this hotel, but we love it. I know there are newer hotels in the area, but we always seem to come back to the Radisson Blu :)

Loved being connected to the mall for easy access. Gorgeous rooms, great bed and amenities, and nice views. We also loved the food in the hotel restaurant, and the shuttle to the airport was very handy.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean and very nice. Attached to Mall of America, so not the greatest views. Welcoming atmosphere. Beautifully decorated and whoever does flower selection for this hotel is amazing!

Beautiful and trendy new addition to the Mall of America. I reserve a 5-star rating in all fairness since I did not visit as a guest. But did visit when a friend was staying there. Very good breakfast experience there with a unique and we'll priced menu. Nice addition and ads a new level of class to lodging for MOA visitors. I will also give this venue a high rating on Google Maps because hotel management does appear to review and, when appropriate, respond to reviews.

Emulate hotel...clean clean clean. Service was rushed at check in. Parking garage eventually limited to valet only so since I wanted to self-park we had to park in an out lot 1/4 mile away....that sucks when it's -10 degrees out. Other then those couple of gripes it was well worth the steal we got on hotwire.

Upstairs there are 2 large dining rooms (in addition to many other smaller reception type rooms) connected by an open walkway that overlooked the main entrance. The rooms were very nice and the bridge area in between had a chill atmosphere.

Cool modern hotel with skyway connection to the mall. Unfortunately the skyway closed before we left the mall, so we had to return outside on the main level. Not altogether terribly if it hadn't been for the blizzard and negative temperatures.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu a couple years ago and absolutely loved it. Chech in and out was easy, I was staying for 2 nights and had a conference there during the day. The room was in excellent condition and the restaurant had wonderful food. I used the salt water pool which was very refreshing. I wish they had a hot tub to offer. My favorite part was the lobby. Truly the most beautiful part.

From the moment you step into the main lobby you realize it a beautiful hotel. That extends in to the rooms as well as they are beautifully appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Also loved the fact you could rent a Tesla from the lobby. Definitely would stay at this location again.

Absolutely a fun experience! We enjoyed our quick get away immensely. Just know that you have to take an elevator pretty much everywhere and you need your room key to do it! The restaurant attached to the Radisson Blu is amazing as well. If you have a chance to eat there you should do so.

Perfect location. Loved that it connected to the mall. My only complaint is the bathroom. No door on the shower sucked! The bathroom floor ended up with water all over it. There was no counter space in the bathroom either. I had to keep moving my toiletry bag depending on what I was doing. Other than the bathroom, everything else was perfect

Location, location, location... Lobby is basically apart of mall of America. Staff was nice, room was clean $650 for 3 nights. Hotel bar and restaurant are pricey, but the are playing to to business crowds. Lots of cheaper option at the mall for food and drink. Probably the best option when visiting mall of America

Location is perfect as my family was just going to hang out at the mall for a few days. The value for breakfast here is pretty terrible however as is most of the menu for dinner as well. 17.00 for oatmeal and fruit for breakfast was absurd. Go into the mall to eat. The rooms were pretty top notch. I didn't use any other amenities.

I stayed for one night on 2/18 before an early flight the next morning. The hotel has a very modern and sleek feel. My room was also very nice and clean looking. I ordered room service and thought the food was adequate. All of the staff I interacted with was polite and friendly.

Very nice place. Couple issues... They kept taking the bar soap I was using and replacing it with a new one. What a WASTE! And I signed up to have them only clean my room every (3?) days but they were in there every day anyway. My towel does not need to be washed every day and don't take my soap. :-)

When booking online an option was presented to get a deal on a potential " upgrade" that if I elected to be on the wait list I could get at a discount. I could not figure out how to advance the booking process with out selecting an option. This was a $16 mistake. The Valley View was actually a view of the IHOP and TGI Fridays across the road. Waste of money, I felt cheated.

When we got our room there were lips kissed on the mirrors, an empty shopping bag with a shoe box in it from the mall, the spoon for mixing sugar into the coffee had been used, and the room had clearly not been cleaned completely.

Since the walls are paper thin and the doors to the hallway didn't block the sound of people passing in the hall we wanted the HVAC fan to run constant. I was unable to make it happen. Our night away from the children and sleeping in cut short by people talking and walking in the hallway.

Hotel restaurant over priced. Chips, margarita, and a beer for me and my wife rang up to $40! Bartender was great though.

Had this been. $100-150 room I would t be disappointed. Since I paid over $300 for a "4 Star" experience I am disappointed.

I would not recommend.

This hotel has become our favorite for visiting the Twin Cities and having fun. Such a clean hotel with the best amenities, and being connected to the mall is perfect for getting anything we need. Be sure to use the light rail if you want to visit Minneapolis. This hotel is amazing and we'll be back many more times.

I stayed here for three nights in October and enjoyed the stay, except the Wi-Fi in the room was unreliable. I was planning to work remotely but my devices kept disconnecting. I spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support but nothing was resolved during my stay. I did not pay for the premium Wi-Fi, but the basic Wi-Fi should not be so unreliable that your devices can't stay connected. Unfortunately, I probably won't return to this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to business travelers.

The Blu does it all just right. From design elements, unique lounge areas, comfortable/quiet rooms, free on-site parking and TERRIFIC staff, all is perfect. The rooms are spacious, have free high-speed wifi and have very comfortable beds. They provide plenty of outlets for e-devices, a fridge, in-room safe large enough for a laptop, focussed reading lights bedside and a great coffee/espresso bar on each floor. I can't say enough good things about the staff who seem to only be driven to make your stay pleasant and hassle-free; they don't intrude but are readily available to help smooth your path. Oh, and it's connected to the Mall of America, whatever THAT is! ;-) You can't top this for a wonderful place to stay!
12/2017 Update tip: when initially connecting an iOS device to the hotel wifi first disable/uninstall any VPN service that you use. This was not necessary with Android devices, however. My iPad couldn t begin the login step with VPN running.

I loved this place. I wanted someplace near the airport and the Sixt car rental center because of an early morning flight. The first thing I liked was the drive-in drive-out car park which was very easy to access. The lobby was modern and impressive with white panels in an interesting design, on it's lower level there was a open gas fire which provided atmosphere. Escalators took me up one floor to the elevator lobby and through an open seating area and past the restaurant. The room was modern and lovely with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom had an upscale feel to it. Staff in the restaurant went above and beyond in service, both for dinner and breakfast. Food was of good quality. I wish I had a second night to spare to fully enjoy this property.
