The pool floors were way too slippery and the hot tubs were reserved yet nobody was in them. The bathroom floors in the rooms were super slippery too. My husband fell getting out of the shower. Otherwise our stay was good.
Very Comfortable and quiet. Excellent large bathtub. Convenient to the Mall of America and the airport.
Small hotel in the suburbs. Not too far from local restaurants. Hosted my friend's wedding party there and were very accommodating.
We were one the 11th floor, normal room. Nothing really blew us away in the stay. Room was clean, they did find a laptop in the room after we left but wasn't ours which means it was the prior guests......so they missed that
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even showed me how to use uber! Rooms are very beautiful and clean.
We had an event here on the Skybridge and the Radisson BLU staff were very accommodating, friendly and responsive with set up times and working with us regarding shipping large items. I will totally come back for our next event, thank you so much!

There are many great places in places to stay near MOA...I would suggest looking around. I won a gift card through a charity and wanted to use it two months after expiration and they will not honor. So bummed. Management not too flexible. Wanted to use it during a not so busy time. We will be sending our guests elsewhere. Sad.
Raddison Blu at Mall of America is good and offers all the perks a hotel of this quality has to offer however the location is questionable. If you are there to shop, yes location couldn t be better. My office is in Eagan and it s probably closest area to Eagan with 5 star hotels but it s still far so you might as well just stay in Minneapolis. You can only have that much of a mall.
Even for a hotel at the Mall of America, this place was disappointing. Tired rooms, a disinterested staff, and a building which has been smartly designed so that a great many rooms have a lovely view of a wall.
The shower situations leave me wanting more... the staff is great... that s all...
Both of my stays have been great. Room is spotless. Staff is helpful and friendly. Shuttle service to and from airport is convenient. Restaurant downstairs is tasty, but a hair pricey.

If you want constant noise and slamming doors throughout the night into the morning then stay here! Any noise in the hallway seems as if its right inside your room with you! Told the staff at the check in desk and they didn't care one bit! The beds suck too! No door on shower! Only good thing is its conveniently attatched to the mall of america! I think I would have slept better in the subway tunnels of New York!

It is such a beautiful hotel! Service here in my opinion just wasn't very inviting. We stayed a few days and enjoyed the quick walk to the Mall of America without stepping outside. Room service food was really not good and our room was not very clean. Be aware that parking is charged each night.
Held a staff meeting here and the event services staff were extremely helpful and professional. The food was excellent, and very accommodating of dietary needs. Would definitely have more events here. It's also great for out of town employees to be able to visit the mall.

This is a $90 room at best and we spent $200.
There is no furniture other than the bed and no microwave. They suggested we upgrade to a premium room for another $55 to get such luxurious amenities...which is interesting because looking at the loose fixtures and ikea quality furnishings, I don't see where they're sinking all the money other than in the corporate profit margins. I understand that because it is attached to the mall, there is an increased cost for whatever reason. However even with this rationale that cost for the quality is insane. Further, I would just like to say that at every step our interactions with employees was like being talked to at a drive thru of a Mcdonald's.
Overall, it is not an atrocious hotel. It just is just robbery at the prices they are charging. We stayed here for the convenience of being near the airport, assuming that a place charging this rate would be better that a Comfort Inn, but no. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Radisson Blu was a great 4 star hotel. The room was exactly what we wanted. It was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. It is also attached to the mall which was a huge bonus after walking the whole day we were able to just go back to the room with ease.
Spacious, elegant, loved that large rooms can be split into smaller rooms. One recommendation can be have more maps to help point out where rooms are.
Had to stay in the cities due to Delta Airlines mechanical issue. Missed our flight to Cancun. Called reservation center to book a room at the Blu. They put us in a motel in downtown Mplsby mistake. Raddison Blu MOA was completely booked Ubered there thinking our reservations were there. Ashley at the front desk pulled some strings because I was in tears at this time. Got me a room and gave me a discounted rate!! Hats off to the front desk staff ASHLEY. For going out of your way to make me happy. !!
The hotel room was nice, but it did not seem considerate with the cost, aside from its proximity to the Mall. Despite the thermostat set at 72 I was chilly the whole time. But the bed was comfy, the shower wonderful, and the towels fluffy.

I've been attending conferences here for over 4 years. They've always been handled exceptionally well and the staff have always been helpful.
I was only able to experience the bed during my stay. It was very comfortable, not too hard or soft. I didn't try the bar or restaurant inside the hotel, it was strictly a place to sleep. I would return the next time I need to stay near MoA.
This is a great place to stay and right at the Mall of America location. You are near to everything and close to the airport.

Great atmosphere and nice place to grab drinks or a nice dinner while in the area. Fire Lake is not cheap, however, provided is an extremely high class dining experience. The food was good and appetizers were spectacular.

Great service and location. Room was very clean. We did room service for most of our meals due to COVID and the food was great. It was our daughter's birthday and they brought her up a special treat. Also, we did the kids camping package which was a great way to keep our kids busy during downtime in our room. We will definitely be back!

I was drying myself after a shower and started from my legs.
As I went on, I noticed a dried BROWN STAIN on the white towel. Like, old steak sauce.
I retook my shower and used a different towel.
When I called Room Service and explained what happened, I got no sense of shock or disgust fro her response. Just "Oh. Okay. We'll get you new towels."

How often does that happen for you not to be phased?
I started double-checking everything after that.
Especially the bed.
I hope this doesn't happen to you.

Stayed overnight for several days at the Radisson for a corporate event. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby and common areas leave you in awe for sure. It connects directly to the mall by the Lego store and Hard Rock. The room is also very nicely decorated and laid out. The beds are okay, but the bedding felt very plastic-like and wasn't quite soft enough for my taste. The room was also very quiet, which is absolutely great but definitely out of the norm for me. The bathroom in my room had a rain shower head that actually had pressure to it -- which was great!! Would definitely recommend this hotel for those hoping to have a nice place to stay.
Called very early in the morning on 6/23/2019 to book a last minute room and the receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me. At no point was I anything but courteous or friendly. Staff member seemed to have no intentions on helping me. I ll take my business elsewhere, thank you very much.
Was there for a professional event. I've been there for events in the past. The venue itself is nice, on par with what you'd expect at such a place but nothing particularly spectacular. The food is average and some amenities (e.g. the location of the ATM is kind of out of the way and not easy to find. Ready access to the rest of the mall.
Conference rooms were setup nice and staff was cleaning food pretty fast.

We are a family that frequently travels and honestly this hotel is rated at a 4.4 star. We were dissatisfied with the room for the price. First this is the only hotel i have stayed in where there was no door to the shower it was only an opening very frustrating when someone is showering and others need to use the restroom. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and small pillows. The quality of the towels were cheaply made and were rough. I will never spend money again at a Radisson. The only positive quality is the convience to Mall of America. Very unsatisfied!!

Great place but the service was poor. Came for our anniversary and asked for reservations at the resturant and when we arrived we found out it was bought out for weeks. Had to go to the Marriot for an amazing dinner.

Very nice place, nice clean room BUT terrible customer service and housekeeping. I was here for a work gathering and am very disappointed with how the staff disregarded all of my requests. I checked in, and later on went to ask concierge for a fan. He said he would have someone bring one up right away. Four hours later, still NO fan. Tried calling room service and no one answered. Had to come all the way down from 13th floor to ask the front desk and apparently there is no housekeeping after 10-11 pm?? Also, I was never told by staff what time check out was the next day. I find out at 12:30 pm that if i didn't have my stuff out by 1:00 i would be charged a $50 late fee, but was never informed of this when I checked in. The staff said they would have a bellhop bring down my luggage so I could return to my work meeting. Four hours later, I come to the front desk to find out that my luggage had still not been brought down. I am extremely glad that I did not pay for this hotel room, and will not be staying here again in the future.
We attended a charity event here and it was very well done. The service was well timed and the food was delicious. The only thing missing was that there was no signage on the entry level indicating which room held the event - the screen was blank.
