They are conveniently connected to the mall of America which was great. Their rooms are nice, customer service is average.

My favorite place to stay in MSP. Of course the mall is next door. But even better is the Minnesota Valley nature preserve is less than one mile away!

Great clean hotel. We live only 15 Miles away but thought it would be fun to stay at the mall. It was nice accomodations and staff. Kids loved having all day to shop and when we needed a break we went back to the room.

Location is good. We stayed here as a group due to it's access to the light rail and convenience of getting to a concert. We arrived at 4:00 (check in time is 3:00) and only one of our 3 rooms were ready. At 5:20 we were still waiting and needing to get ready to leave for our concert. Still no rooms. Eventually they gave us 2 more rooms on different floors. This caused us to be late for the concert and the lack of proximity in our rooms made our group gathering less of a group event. Nice rooms, but given the price and the lack of concern by the staff for the unacceptable delay in checking in and getting the rooms we reserved, will probably prevent us from choosing this hotel again.

I have not stayed in a room here, but had a business meeting in here over the course of two days. The conference rooms were very nice - clean, large and open. The staff was helpful and got us extra power strips when we needed them. The food provided by the hotel was also very good, and I was happy that they were so accommodating to my vegan diet. One staff member even went as far as having the cook make me a personal meal.

Attended a wedding there and it was amazing. The venue was beautiful and the staff was ontop of everything.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but some of my co workers did n they liked it. But I do know the breakfast is dam good! The pancakes have a flavor I haven't taste before n the hashbrowns is like a big thick slice of pie. My co workers n I like what in the hell kind of hash brown is this!? Nit it wad good

The front lobby is warm and inviting. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The only reason I didn't give a 5th star is from the lack of a hot tub in the pool area. A hot tub is one of my favorite ways to relax after checking in after a long day traveling.

Comfortable beds, and on a hot day, you can go to mall of America without going outside

The hotel was gorgeous. And RICK at Firelake was AMAZING!!!! He deserves accolades, a promotion or some type of recognition. He made our experience simply wonderful. What a great time we had!

I went to the Radisson Blu for a business lunch. I loved the modern decor and parking was easy enough at lunch time. The food was just okay though... I had a prime rib dip popover and although delicious in theory was overcooked and almost impossible to eat.

This was an awesome place! Very nice staff. I didn't like my room and they switched it right away, even though they were very busy.

Quick drink with a friend. Good service, good drinks and very active scene for a Thursday night. Attached to the Mall of America and very easy to get to!

We came to the Raddison because we were traveling for work. We went to the bar at 1 Am to have a drink. The bartender said we could have a drink but would have to leave the bar. He said they are closed but we had to drink in the common area or in your room. As we were talking we had Jawaun the sercurity guard who thought he was a real cop come up and threaten us. He said if he needed to come back we wouldn t like it. He was super unproffesional. So we left the bar but he followed us and started to circle us. He was clapping his hands and pacing back and forth. I ask him why he needed to make us feel uncomfortable for us just to sit in the common area. He laughed in our face. I told him look your not making us feel welcomed but we haven t done anything wrong. I told him your not getting the best review. He said that s fine that he could not get fired. He said tell whoever you call to complain to tell him hi. We said we would call his upper management and he stated tell them hi and that nothing would happen to him. He was very arrogant. He followed us everywhere we went. To the point that we had to go to our room to get away from him. I would never recommend to stay here. For the money we paid we expected better customer service than what we received from Jawaun. If you like to be harassed and have to stay in your room to feel safe than stay here otherwise buyers beware stay far away from Jawaun the rent a cop. He has lots to prove and doesn t want you to leave your room. You literally are a prisoner in your own room. Hopefully Jawaun gets a talking with or at the minimum gets fired. That s probably the best thing for this place. The worst person I have encountered the whole time I have traveled this country. We will be calling Corporate and will be complaining.

Beautiful new hotel. Park at the Mall of America or use valet.

The Radisson Blu was a great hotel to stay at! The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds were nice with just the right amount of pillows. The bathrooms had a rain shower which was great. They even thought of the tiny details, like giving out usable amounts of shampoo, body wash,and conditioner instead of the tiny amounts normally seen at hotels. The fact that one can simply walk to the Mall of America to shop/eat/socialize at anytime is a HUGE benefit of staying here. The staff was also very polite and was very knowledgable about the Twin Cities area. They recommended us to some very nice restaurants in the Nicolette Mall area which we appreciated very much.

Room and service were good, but the restaurant was a bit stuffy and there was no hot tub. Convienient, modern, but lacking in a couple areas.

Great atmisphere in this hotel. Very convienent to visit the Mall of America. Room is clean and updated, but doesnt have dressers (which I tend to use on Day 1) bathroom and shower are spacious.

Hotel looks great. Beds are comfortable. Good food at the bar. Direct access to MoA is a huge plus.

My family and I stayed here over the holiday weekend. We enjoyed being able to stay indoors and walk to and from the mall from within. However, despite the modern look and feel, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows are really flat, the comforters are lumpy, the bed and sheets make so much noise, the walls are thin and you can hear all the noise going on around you. Also, we requested to be placed next to our relatives yet ended up being placed on separate floors. My relative's room had chip crumbs by the window and our room had chip crumbs by the desk area. They won't let you check in any earlier than 3pm yet the rooms weren't even clean. I imagine they don't even vacuum the rooms for the next guests since we both experienced this in our rooms. The staff were friendly though and we enjoyed breakfast here.

The Radisson blu plays to seems like a great place for adults, really nice architecture, nice conference rooms, gorgeous bars, etc. My wife however was showing off our new baby to her collueges and visited a restroom without a changing table. There are a few other minor things that I noticed. I know we're an edge case but that seems exceedingly overt. If you're looking for business or adults only reservations it is definitely worth consideration.

This is our go to hotel for when we are in Bloomington, MN. It has always been a wonderful place to stay attached to the Mall of America.

I had gone there for the Star Tribunes top 150 companies to work for. It was a fun and entertaining event. The food was good and the key note speaker was very good.

Great hotel connected directly to the mall. Outstanding staff really made this stay great. Everything else was very nice as well, but the folks at the front desk and at every touch point throughout my stay really made me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest.

Place is amazing. Pretty sure if you book 300 nights you can get a free night. You wont wanna leave staff is great

Fancy and fun. Right next to the mall is always easy to get to and it's really best to go to the MoA only when there's something else to do.

Good upscale hotel directly attached to the Mall of America. No need to even go outside to get there. As far as I can tell, fully acessible. Because of the mall, it can get busy for parking, but we had no issues. Nice, well equipped rooms with all the amenities. Good service. A variety or restaurants and eateries, and of course more if you walk to the Mall. Some very nice business work areas and accommodations. For a family stay or a business trip, it works.

Love this place. Very expensive. But great location !!

The bed had a toe nail in it. The sheets weren't changed. The restaurant was ok. The Quill legs are fantastic but the main course was discussing. Food came out cold and instead of remaking my food they over cooked my meal. Not worth the money.

Check in to the hotel and was immediately upgraded to the business class floor. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and nice. Great sheets and pillows on the bed. Access to MoA is super easy. Great rain head shower, and the turquoise carpet is awesome!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was close.

Attending a contemporary wedding here and from vows to last Dance in the we hours of the night, this place was the talk of town. The food was exquisite, the staff was very accommodating, and transition from one room to the next was flawless.

Parking was good, the bar was lovely. Very high quality food and fantastic cocktails.

My room is great. Staff is friendly. My bed is comfortable.

If you like the modern concept the entire environment is a modern feel. You have to pay for parking even if you pay to stay at the hotel. I'm not sure if that is common in the area but we found it to be rather funny.

Overall impression: Nice, clean hotel with all the amenities. My WIFI experience was substandard and the staff didn't do anything to help. This day in age, reliable WIFI is a MUST.

Very nice meeting facility with great staff attention. Just a skyway away from the mall as well. They have their own parking ramp under the hotel which is nice for convenience.

3rd time staying here, highly recommend, clean rooms great staff and easy access to mall.

Room was clean, furnace was quiet, staff was friendly.
