Very nice room. My family enjoyed the Non-Chlorinated Saltwater Swimming Pool. Short, indoors walk from room to the Mall was an ultimate convince. Staff was both friendly and professional. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we plan a trip to MOA.
Stayed twice... 1st time okay, but overrated. 2nd time Cable didn't work, kept getting random hang-up calls to the in-room ph (unplugged), and restaurant menu "meh". Definitely not a 4-star, and with 2nd stay less than a 3 for me. (*Separate note - housekeeping staff very friendly, coat-Chk, front desk, not so much.)
Their customer service was great for when we asked to switch to another one of their hotels and rooms.
I'll start off by saying that it was a little bit difficult to get into right off of the interstate if you've never been there before. However once you know exactly where it's at it's really not that bad and it's incredibly convenient. The staff was extremely friendly upon arrival, when you drive up the instruct you to park in the parking garage if you're a guest and you have the option of valet parking. We did not choose valet parking rather we parked ourselves in the garage, parking is fairly tight but not too much of a hassle. There is a centrally-located elevator that takes you to the lobby directly from the parking garage, which proved to be quite nice in the middle of winter. The rooms were very clean, the beds were exceedingly comfortable exceptionally comfortable, bathroom spacious and well stocked. The thermostat in our room was kind of funny, when we got in it was set for 66 which is understandable, so we bumped it up to 72 and after awhile it still seemed rather cold. We bumped up to its highest setting of 78 but it's still seem to stay rather close to the same, my guess was around 69-70, although it was supposed to be 78, a couple hours later, after it stopped running. The only reason this was somewhat of an issue is because we were traveling with a 16 month old, otherwise I wouldn't have noticed or cared - but he seemed cold and fought sleep. Overall and other than the thermostat it's a very nice facility with extremely convenient parking with amazing views and great staff.
Nice and clean hotel , great location, easy access to freeways to get anywhere in the metro area...free parking around the corner at MOA is a plus

My company had their holiday party at the Radisson. The atmosphere was classy and the staff was attentive. The dessert was delicious.
Service was fantastic, room service was super reasonable. I didn't like how dark the hallways were, or the fact that the sound carried. Convenient location, but there were a lot of screaming kids in the hotel because of the location. I would stay again.
Even being local, when we go shopping at Mall of America, we still go to eat at the Radisson because the food and happy hours are that great.

Clean , friendly staff , convenient location for our needs . The complaint I have is we checked in on a Monday afternoon there to Attend a Twins game. I understand rates of a hotel can increase with venues that are going to be going on, but I was fairly disappointed in the fact that they did not grant a military discount for my husband who served in the Air Force. The actual comment from the attendant checking us in stated parenthese attend a Twins game. And discussing this with my husband later we both commented that we You re lucky the military doesn t pick and choose which day they are defending our country.
Hotel is nice and location is great, However the only problem we ran into is in the morning they have a continental breakfast with eggs, toast and yogurt nothing fancy, but they have an employee guarding it shooing people away unless your staying on the top 2 floors. Probably costs more to have somebody taking the eggs and toast away from my kids than it would cost to let ALL guests grab a price of toast.

Lovely customer service! Raphael at the front desk helped us out with a mix up that was our fault. Cannot recommend this place enough. Only negative is that it can be difficult to get a shuttle to the hotel from the airport during a conference due to increased demand. Fabulous location and service.
The Radisson Blu hit it out of the park! We were there to celebrate my step-daughter's birthday and they had balloons and treats waiting in our room for her. I thought the beds were super comfortable, my husband thought they were a little on the hard side though. The girls had a blast in the pool. I really appreciated the pool being a salt water pool, it didn't damage the suits or dry out the skin/hair which made showers and hair brushing much easier. The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful without being overbearing or annoying. The easy access to the mall was what lead us to this hotel but the experience a why we will return again and again!
Radisson blu was an amazing place to stay at! We had a great room that was very clean. The lobby was clean and the people were friendly. They are located right by mall of America with skyway connecting. I would definitely recommend this place and it's a great place for families with kids.
I have only attended dinners/socials there, but it is a great place. I remember the large banquet hall was solid white walls. Kind of funny for a hotel with "Blu" in the name. Great food and great service.

Sonia at reception was AMAZING. She made our 10 year anniversary so special. The hotel and rooms were fantastic. The breakfast is overpriced for what you get.
For a 4 star hotel this hotel is lacking several amenities. Example: No longer have 24 hour room service except weekends. No hot tub, or sauna at the pool. No microwaves in the room. No vending machines except for soda. So get this if you are hungry after 11PM no vending machine and no room service during the week. Very short staffed at checking around 3 to 5pm time. VERY SHORT STAFFED WITH PERSONS ANSWERING PHONES AND VERY RUDE WHEN THEY DO ANSWER. No counter space at all in the rooms to spread out your make up and other items to get ready for work. The tvs are terrible with getting reception and when you call about problem the woman answering phone is no help at all. Says they have problems with tvs everyday nothing they can do about it .
I felt like everywhere you went in the hotel they were just overall short staffed and lacking in service. They were nice staff (except operators) but very short staffed.
I travel for business and I will tell you I will be booking back at the Hilton and just drive to mall of america when I want to eat or shop.

Worst place ever, 1st stay 250 a night bar tender at hotel restaurant would not even serve us, next 2 nights room was almost 80 degrees at night and they told us they were eco friendly haha get real.. at 250 a night I wants ice box..will never waste my money again...

We haven't stayed here yet, but I thought it was important to write a review. We had a family emergency come up the day before we were scheduled to stay. We had problems with the external booking site we used and I called the management at Radisson Blu Mall of America. They took care of everything and were extremely kind. It may seem like a small interaction, but it really meant a lot to us and we will DEFINITELY be scheduling a stay here in the future.
I have to agree with those that rated 2 or 3 out of 5. There was dry food on the floor and wall. The wood floor was not mopped it had dry dirt stains. My husband cleaned the floor so I would feel comfortable. The all white chair had dry orange sauce on it. Please tell the cleaning staff to pay attention to detail and sweep corners as well.
While this is a very lovely hotel and easily located at the Mall of America, but their were a few problems with my last stay: 1) while I was early, no where is it published what their check-in, check-out time is and was told at the front desk that it would be $50 for me to check in early. They wouldn't let me in my room early without the fee. But they then let in others early (we were a large party for a work function). 2) Then my room wasn't cleaned one day. I was gone all day from 7am-5pm. 3) Since we were in a hotel conf room until 12noon, I asked for a 1pm check so that I didn't have to lug all my bags down- and they didn't even consider it before they denied it. 4) Instead of waiting in the long line for check out, I did express check out, and 5 days later still have no email of my bill. I have been here before and know they can do much better, and hope they can handle the larger load the next time my company sends us there.

The rooms are gorgeous and the beds very comfortable if you like softer beds. The bathroom is also spacious. The staff has been kind and courteous and the easy access to the mall (it's right off the second floor) is very convenient. A ride up the escalator takes you straight into the food court.
I went here for my graduation party. The bar was a bit expensive, but it also offered free pool. The good was very good. The hotel room itself was also very good.

My family of four stayed here for a night and overall it was a good experience. We used valet, which I would definitely recommend as their service was impeccable. Check in was fast and the front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The 2 queen room was nice sized and the bath tub was amazing for a soak. The beds were hard and the comforter made a lot of rustling when turning, coupled with being able to hear people above us and in the hallway we did not get the best sleep. A beautiful hotel, but not likely one we will stay at again due to the noise and uncomfortable beds.

We made an unexpected stop in Minneapolis because of an airline mechanical problem. Delta passed out vouchers for another nearby chain, But when we got to the end of an hour-and-a-half line we were told there were no more rooms. By then, most of the rooms in the airport area had been filled. After several desperate phone calls, we stumbled upon Radisson Blu. Recognizing our distress, their wonderful staff provided an excellent room at this beautiful hotel at a GREAT rate for us, DESPITE NOT HAVING ROOMS.
We hadn't made plans to visit Minneapolis, but they have given me a reason to. I NEVER write good reviews for hotels, since the vast majority of them are staffed with people that don't care about their work, only their jobs. The good folks at this Radisson Blu take their work seriously.
