Superb location attached to the Mall of America! Pleasant staff and very nice rooms. The shower was a rain shower and had no door at all, so that was weird. Otherwise a good place.

I was here just for a meeting, however, it was very elegant.

Beautiful building. Great Room's. Obviously easy access to the Mall of America. They have some neat packages that are good deals.

I stayed at this hotel for my PHD graduation. It was an amazing experience. All of the hotel staff were so friendly and treated me so kind on my special day. Special thanks to the hotel manager, guest check in, valet and our awesome bartender. I booked two rooms and my parents also had a great time. The convenience to the mall and convention center was great. I took a lot of pictures and will update review to post them once I get them back from the photographer. The price was reasonable considering all the amenities including a indoor swimming pool, gym, ambiance and convenience. I will be back and bringing friends.

This is my go to place since the first time I stayed there. They never disappoint and the beds are so comfortable. Sometimes I book a room just to stay as a weekend getaway.

When I am in town this is the only hotel I will stay at. The amenities are 2nd to none. And the staff goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Loved the cheese board, and my steak was wonderful. My girlfriend had the chicken kabobs, and was disappointed by how boring they tasted, but also enjoyed the cheese board.

I am in love with this hotel. Great location in the mall, nice friendly staff, clean, and a great restaurant! Wonderful experience over the Thanksgiving holiday. I highly recommend!

Stayed here last year in December for my husband's birthday. Such a beautiful hotel. I will definitely visit again.

I love the family suite hotel room so very much so. That it's one of my personal favorite things to do when I celabrate my birthday. Because I can just reserve a room. After that I downstairs in the elevator and drive down the hall that is connected to the Mall Of America. I honestly love how I am then able to go shopping @ the Mall Of America and no need to worry about trying to do all of the shopping that I want to do all in one day. So when I get to stay the night; or couple of days @ the Radisson Blu I can do all of my shopping my heart desires @ the Mall Of America in Bloomington, MN.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The restaurant has a great rare bourbon selection (including all of the pappy's).

Third week here. Very convenient for dinner after a long work day. Rooms are clean and staff are very nice. This will be my hotel of choice during my stays in MSP.

From the moment you step into the main lobby you realize it a beautiful hotel. That extends in to the rooms as well as they are beautifully appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Also loved the fact you could rent a Tesla from the lobby. Definitely would stay at this location again.

At their restaurant, ask for the server named Juan! He is an awesome server, great guy, and very professional.

It was an ok hotel. It lacked many of the amenities that less expensive hotels offer. The showers are awful. The elevators are inconveniently placed (at least they were for me). The bathrooms don't have a fan which is just ridiculous. The fridge in the room struggled to keep drinks cold. The service was friendly so they win some points there, but overall, for the price, there are much better options.

I do not recommend staying here. Unfortunately their customer service is horrendous. They will not assist you with a situation that may arise (even when that situation is their fault). I have never been passed around by so many "customer service" representatives who had no idea what to do. When my issue finally got raised high enough I was told "absolutely nothing I can do". They didn't even offer another option or courtesy to try and alleviate them being so incapable of assisting. I am embarrassed for them. Radisson does not deserve your business. Will post more about this experience soon.

Had booked here in the past using Expedia and had success. I attempted to book two connecting rooms through the raddison blue hotel itself as my family has grown and to keep the family together would cost an additional $20 per room so $40 to share the door. I asked if I booked one room with a door would the person booking the other room have to pay $20 for sharing a door with a stranger. I was told that they could keep my family on the same floor for free but couldn t guarantee the connecting doors without charging me first. Not impressed with the service don t charge me $40 for a connecting door when you don t have to. Military rates only applied to booking 1 room so if you have a large family and serve then consider finding a more accommodating place.

It was a really nice hotel. Although you needed a key to go anywhere I found that somewhat annoying

The location is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are clean....but the beds are hards as a rock. We are in our low 30s and woke up sore. If you like very very firm beds you will like the beds at this hotel. When we checked into our room the thermostat was set to 74 at 3 pm, we set it to 67 and it took way to long to cool down. It was still 72 at 12:30 am. I need it to be cooler to sleep. If you flush the toilet to fast it splashes on the floor. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

Great service, comfortable beds, and great food at Fire Lake restaurant other than that I would never stay here again I can't stand the retro orange colored decor, no tub, no jacuzzi, and the pool was full of kids.

Good experience overall and nice being attached to the mall, but not many services and too many families with kids. Room was nice, but staff could be more welcoming of guests.

Staff is great, there's a funny simple scavenger hunt that's done by the hotel for little kids, great location to take advantage of all the mall has to offer with little kids

The lobby is wonderful and the valet parking is awesome, but the room just didn't wow me, it was nice though.

Shopping package is a must! We called while in the mall and a bellman came within minutes to take the packages to our hotel room! Room service was delightful even at 9:30 at night!

When I used the shower, it sounded like a siren going off. Overall the room was nice and friendly staff

Magnificent hotel, integrated into the mall of America with hundreds of stores. Very close to the airport.

Props to the staff of this place, who must be saints. Our plane was diverted to Minneapolis on the way to Chicago so a bunch of groggy people from our flight ended up staying the night here. What a beautiful and fun hotel!

Upon my check-out, I left two packages with the girl at the front desk and asked her to use a shipping label I filled out to mail the packages to my home. She shipped the packages via FedEx next day air, which was NOT what I requested.

This was neither a reasonable nor a responsible decision considering the total cost billed to my credit card was $512.44 - more than the entire cost of my weekend stay at the hotel. I attempted to contact hotel management about the matter and they have been unresponsive.

The Radisson Blu is a great place to stay, but I would warn against trusting the staff too much.

Great hotel and connected to the Mall of America. Rooms are really nice and modern and bed was super comfortable. Lots of plugs in the room. Internet worked great. Did the lounge upstairs and it was great as well as breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night for a business event. I loved the interior design. Its modern and at night it lights up blue. There's a nice fire place and cool seating. The front desk people are very kind, helpful and quick. We also visited the bar while there. Its all hard for me to describe. There was lots of open space to stand or sit. Sadly we didn't make it to the pool or have time to enjoy all the other services they have available like massages or manicures. The rooms have nice bedding with modern designed bathrooms. Our view was overseeing the rooftop but a cool part of that was we could see where they keep the bees that they use for their house drinks and other menu items. Another part that I liked was that you could choose your breakfast on a door hanging message. You can choose the time you would like it to be delivered etc. I dont usually stay in an upper level hotel, so I'm not sure what's typical. But I was very happy and comfortable during my stay. I wish I couldve stayed longer to really enjoy all they had to offer. Oh yeah..they are also connected by skyway to the Mall of America. SUPER CONVENIENT!

If you are going to Mall of America this is the most convenient place to stay. It is connected to the mall. You get off the elevator, walk down the skywalk and you are in the mall. The room was a good size, nice and clean, staff was efficient and friendly. Had to pay to park, can't remember for sure how much, but it was under $20.

It is a stunning facility. I attended 2016 State of the Bees there. The catering service was excellent.

I recently stayed overnight. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom. The TV had easy-to-access HDMI ports. We had breakfast in the restaurant. It was very tasty, and was made with local ingredients.

I thought staying at a hotel connected to the Mall of America would be annoying. I was wrong. The rooms are comfortable. The attached restaurant is amazing. I have now stayed multiple times.

The hotel at Mall of America is beautiful on the inside, with convenient access to the mall itself. The view from the rooms, on the other hand, isn't great. The conference facilities are also beautiful, with nice "blu" ambience and great service and food. My only real complaint has to be the beds. They're really uncomfortable, which is a big deal, imo. Everything else is top notch, from the towels to the toiletries.

The room was clean. Bed was a bit firm. Super convenient with visiting the mall. It was right by the movie theater and restaurants so date night could not have been easier. Convenient parking. Pleasant staff. Nice room service selection.

The hotel is connected to the mall and the rooms are amazing. I stayed only two nights but this is definitely a hotel revisit. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food was delicious. Saving the best for last, the staff was awesome, we arrived late but they took very good care of us. They treated us like honored guest and that's how all guest should feel when staying at a hotel. The definitely are five stars and more with me.

Radisson Blu hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been in and it's connected to Mall of America which is so many places you can visit in the mall you will enjoy yourself 100% I guarantee it.

The guest room was nicely furnished and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking costs $15 overnight or $25 for valet. Good access to the mall.
