It seemed like they put all the guests right next to each other even though there are hardly any guests staying there. It was so loud with doors slamming constantly in the hall and I could hear people in the next room yelling and slamming cupboards until after 11. We were hoping for a relaxing getaway from the kids but unfortunately was not relaxing. Also the stains on the carpet were pretty gross, especially in the halls where it looked like people were bludgeoned there. We wouldn't stay there again.

Really pretty hotel. The room was modern and cool. Nice big TV, good channels, good room service. We stayed on New Year's Eve and they gave our kids party hats and horns which was really cool. The bathroom was really nice with a nice shower and lots of toiletries. Most conveniently, it is connected to the Mall of America right by the Lego store and Nickelodeon Universe so we could come and go as we pleased. The hotel staff were also very polite. Would recommend! It is a fancy place, but still okay for kids.

They don't tell you when you check-in that you have to use your key to access floor. Air conditioning clicks all night as it turns on and off, room service menu isn't the best and the food follows. Do not feel it is a well put together establishment. Bathroom fixtures and towel rack falling off wall. And a "fancy" waterfall type shower head with one pressure that isn't very much and takes forever to get shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. You would also think for the price you pay you would have a mini bar in you room, but instead you get a mini fridge that barely fits and thing. Also other people are staying in the hotel at rude and let doors slam at 6AM.

Had a great two night stay. The room was very clean, the shower was my favorite part of the stay. Since there is a lot of people traffic, the key cards are required to use the elevator... no people wondering.

When we pulled up, we were greeted by valet ($22 a night and well worth it), tagged and were asked if we needed help with luggage. Check in was a breeze and we were in our room quickly. I even asked about an extra night, they right away offered my current rate I had. EXCELLENT customer service...because the rate I had was stellar and I was even willing to except something a little higher for not planning ahead.

MOA is connected by the 2nd flr skywalk, this was a great convenience.

Fire Lake has some great food on the menu, but much just not my taste. Nothing wrong with anything we had, it was great and everything I saw people getting looked amazing but I think you could get more for your money trying some other local restaurants.

Pool, average size, adult only times in the early AM and late PM. That is all fine, but no hot tub. Would love for a sauna hot tub adult only room.

Bar and lounge, very nice, very loud, but that is people having fun! Prices surprised me... in a good way. Local brews on tap, YES! The bar, stocked, if they didn't have the whiskey or vodka u want, I'd be surprised. Bartenders very pleasant.

Valet, great service! After a night downtown, I left $200 in my center nook of my SUV and I came back down, he walked me right to my car so that I could get it out. He saw it but knew better than to touch it and was going to put a message in at the front desk. Ya, he got a tip!

Enough information wasn't given before my free stay. Almost had to pay full price even though i made a reservation with a free night reservation code i won. They never mentioned you need to check in with the certificate in person as well. Very poor communication.

We stayed here for a couple days of shopping at MOA. Great hotel, beautiful lobby, nice rooms and helpful staff. We loved ordering room service for breakfast the night before with just a door hanger. Every detail was included and it was delicious. The only down side was the pool. It was very cold. I'm sure we would stay again if we're in the area.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean! Parking was easy ...if you park at the mall make sure you register your vehicle. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is because the food was bland. (We were there for a conference.) The staff was great though!

The staff was wonerful and the access to the mall was outstanding. It was great how only people staying at the hotel could use the elevators to the rooms. We never had to wait ling for an elevator.

Very nice valay service. It was freezing outside. Front desk staff also friendly. Austin escorted us to our 7th floor suite. He explained where everything was and even got us ice. Excellent overall.

We were instantly treated like we were important guests and our questions/needs were answered and met completely. My boyfriend and I had missed a connection flight and ended up having to stay in Minneapolis for the night. I thought, hey wouldn't it be cool to stay near the Mall of America to say I've been there? So instead, I booked a night in a hotel directly attached to the Mall of America! Aesthetically, the place was very sleek, artwork and decor was contemporary but hit, service was amazing(wish I could remember his name, the front desk staff rocked, I think it was Scott), and everything was very clean. They were great about taking COVID precautions too. There is no complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant in the hotel was awesome, not too expensive, and had quick, friendly service. Would definitely come back!

Over paid for a room that was never cleaned. Still had fece on the toilet. They refused to come clean it. Also when making reservations asked for a room with a tub and when I checked in never got one. They said all those rooms were taken. Will never stay there ever again.

For the price of this hotel I was expecting a lot more from the bed. Considering it's the main reason for a stay in a hotel is to get a good night's rest I was shocked how firm and uncomfortable the bed was; the bedding also was terrible and felt plastic-y. I thought I was possibly sleeping with shower curtains and not bed sheets or comforters. The staff was incredibly unhelpful in all areas of request. The one pro to this place was the smart engineering of the design of these rooms. I will definitely be looking to stay else where when we go back as I need comfort when I sleep.

Everything about this hotel was convenient. I have nothing I can complain about. It was clean and modern. Great amount of amenities. Being connected to the Mall of America makes for great shopping and sight seeing.

Hotel staff were very friendly and located all over to help direct people to the bathrooms, correct conference rooms and answer Mall of America questions. Separate parking was a nice bonus and the lobby was gorgeous.

No Maid Service in our suite
It appears when u pay $300 per night you would think that maid service was included. We received 1 bath towel. Room was nice. Check in was nice. Other than the maid service it was a nice stay

Guest services were nice, to some extent. Yet two of us ordered a sandwich without any mayo and asked for mustard instead...both sandwiches came out with some kind of mayo and when we asked they didn't even try to fix it...when I went to pay they had double billed me. Room was nice but when we ask for creamer for the coffee they said yes but we never received any. Lights in the room didn't work properly, yada yada...when you say that you are four star, be a four star or don't rate yourself so highly, Maybe using union carpenters instead of having things out of square and lines not matching up throughout the hotel...just saying

Was expecting much more from the Radisson. Found a half drank beer in my fridge and was there 3 days yet no housekeeping visited the entire time. I would have expected some clean towels or something. 3 days....nothing.

It's incredibly convenient to have the hotel connected onto the Mall or America. Unfortunately this leads to extra security measures that can slow down your experience or are sometimes plain tedious. There is parking available in the form of a garage in the front, but as a guest you only get a limited time of free parking there. The TV is built into the wall so the room is quite spacious without necessarily having more square footage. Unfortunately because of the shape or the hotel against the mall and the placement of the elevator, your room may be an oddly long walk down the hallway. The atmosphere is quite comfortable and there is a nice large fireplace when you walk in to warm yourself after walking through the cold Minnesota weather.

Hotel and bar are fancy but that comes with a price. The breakfast was pretty sad, some fruit, eggs, and cheese. No biscuits and gravy or sausage etc. I don't know why but it always seems that the more expensive a place is the worse its amenities are. Being able to walk straight from the hotel to the mall was a pretty good perk though. I would probably stay again but don't bother with the restaurant or bar due to the price.

Location is very convenient to the mall. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Doors close VERY loud. They woke up my infant (both my door and surrounding neighbors' doors).

A comfortable hotel that is nicely decorated. I have stayed a few times, but was pretty disappointed with early am construction noise that interrupted my sleep (when they said work would start later in the day). $17 overnight parking is a little steep for the area it isnin, but can't beat proximity to airport. Restaurant there is decent, and I was overall satisfied with meals there.
