Beautiful hotel. Staff is very monotone and they don't really care to help. Obviously they dont pay attention, they gave me my room keys in a folder that clear as day said 442. After getting all my bags and two young children up to the room, the key didn't work. Turns out they meant to write 444. I was waiting a while on the phone before they told me, I wasn't about to head back downstairs with all my bags and kids. Treated like I miss read the number. Over all, it was ok. It's a pretty place.

We have stayed at several different hotels. We love to travel. We decided to splurge and stay here because it is connected to the mall. That and the very nice fitness room are the only good things about this place. We have stayed at 100 dollar a night hotels that offer more amenities and are nicer aesthetically. The filling in the so called comforters is lumpy. The pillows are tiny. The hallway carpet is stained with what looks like blood. Some of the molding in the hallway is taped together with masking tape. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk humiliated me when I told her we were parking in free parking. As loud as she could she said " oh, free parking" and made a big deal to walk to the end of the counters and pull out a sheet I needed to fill out. By the way, it is $16 a night to park, $25 if you valet. So far we've killed 3 spiders. Our view is a wall and a roof. The room has a thermostat but I think it is actually controlled by the hotel. The room was too warm when we checked in so I lowered the thermostat and it never got cooler. Even cheap rooms have microwaves, this one does not. I could go on.... I just expected a lot more for $350 a night. I am so disgusted that we wasted that much money. Oh yeah, there was supposed to be a bell hop, none was to be found. Maybe if your here for business the experience is different.

Hotel service for the conference we attended was fantastic. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Catering services, food, and drinks were all very good. It was a very convenient venue for our event.

Great hotel. Modern furnishings, and the restaurant/bar (Fire lake) is great. Connected to the mall (great in the winter). Hotel is really nice to stay in. Beds are a serious notch up from most hotels, especially in this price range.

It's not the JW Marriott but it's still the best value in the area and way better than most of the other hotels in its price range. I am trying to focus on staying in Hilton system hotels but I always make an exception to stay here when in Minneapolis.

I was at the Radisson to visit a family member that flew into Minneapolis. The lobby was absolutely beautiful as well as the room. Great customer service at the front desk, definitely would recommend it to anyone. And the best thing is, its attached to the Mall of America !

Check in was smooth. Parking convenient. We didn't try the restaurant. At first glance it looks petty. However, I question how clean the room was. There were stains on nightstand that went to the carpet (one spot looks like someone tried to soak up something and there's two large reddish areas, guessing vomit), green candy (maybe a skittle) was left on the carpet, brownish stain on the bathroom ceiling by the toilet and there were neon (pink, orange) pieces on the carpet. I really want to like it though due to its location but I don't think I'd stay here again.

The hotel did credit my rewards account with some extra points to make up for the inconvenience.

We had a very disappointing visit to this hotel recently. When we arrived after three, we waited in a lengthy line only to be told our room was not yet ready. We waited two hours to get a room after we checked in. The front desk staff didn t offer an apology or seem to care at all that they had no rooms to provide anyone. When we finally got to our room, it smelled terribly. I don t believe they have smoking rooms but it smelled like someone had been smoking in there.

The beds are hard as rocks! Seriously, one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. I just got off of a red eye and couldn t have been more tired, I should have just fallen asleep. I was so uncomfortable I couldn t sleep at all.

I went to the Radisson Blu for an office party and is by far the nicest event location yet. Everything has a nice high end atmosphere, the staff is professional, and you can get away from the noise in a quiet corner if you want to.

First time at this hotel and it was very confusing! I hated the fact that the stairs are locked! Hated the fact that we had to go up an escalators and then walk to another set of elevators then up to our rooms. If we had to go out for anything we had to do that several times. Th beds are horrible. I woke up and my back was hurting! And the pool area! Has no hot tub! The cost of this hotel per night? They should be able to throw in a hot tub lol. This was a stressful trip. I will not be staying here again

Great hotel that is next to the Mall of America. It is close to the MSP airport, and many of the hotels have shuttle's that pick you up at the Airport. Highly recommended for the best shopping that I ever see in the World. Parents can shop and your children can play in the Amusement park, in the middle of the Mall.

My family stayed for three nights. Room was great and being adjacent to the mall made for plenty of food options. Free parking was included but only in mall lots, which was quite a walk and paperwork was necessary daily to avoid being ticketed/towed by mall security. I would stay here again.

We booked a king junior suite for one night. We loved the actual hotel, the skyway connection to MOA, fire lake restaurant and the staff. The room was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us but the rooms should be comfortable and ours was not. Obviously a hotel room Is used mainly for sleep. My husband and I go little to no sleep because of how uncomfortable the bed was. Very hard, lack of good blankets and the pillows flatten (even tried stacking two). They leave you with 1 sheet and thinner blanket for the pull out bed - definitely need more and better blankets. The towels in the bath were very rough and hurt to actually dry off after a shower, and also why would they only have 2 towels in the bathroom for showers when it s a 4 person room?. Also, paying for parking I thought was a little ridiculous as we spent so much on staying at the hotel already and then another $200+ in fire lake restaurant but my brother who ate in the restaurant with us got his parking validated by the hotel because he was eating there. Will we be back? Possibly I just hope we possibly get a more comfortable bed etc!

I went to Moa for a college reunion. The room was perfect, including location. The restaurants were delicious especially Tucci Benucch. Transportation via trains was easy & fast. Looking forward to the rest of my stay.

I stayed here for a conference , layout is spacious. Easy access to the MOA 2nd floor and I like the art and the feel of the hotel. What I don't like is that the rooms are close together so you can hear the doors opening and closing...sometimes sounding like your own room! But that's normal hotel stuff...otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is relatively new, so all fixtures and decor were newer, updated, and nice looking. There was nothing extraordinary about the room, but it was a comfortable king room with sufficient space, and everything worked well and looked good. Service was excellent-- we were able to check in early, and we got a quick response when we asked for an item to be delivered to our room. Of course, you can't beat the location. Especially in winter, it was so nice to enjoy everything the mall had to offer with a room of our own as a home base.

The customer service was nonexistent. While checking in, we overheard the staff failing to apologize to another guest after the hotel rented a room to two guests, and the second guest walked into the room to a deaf guest. Staff did not seem to care in the least. That should have been a sign to leave.

The key computers were down while checking in. The elevators only went up to floor three. We were left trying to figure out how to get to our floor, with three other guests. Eventually, we all resorted to using the stairs, however, we got locked inside of the stairwell. The other guest pushed a Help button which set off an alarm that went ignored by hotel staff. After a few minutes, one of the other guests called the hotel to ask them to let us out. They were unaware of the alarm and did not even know where the stairs in the hotel was located. Another 3 or 4 minutes go by and the alarm turns off. We continue to wait, locked in the stairwell until someone finally come in and let us out. We were later told that we have to use our key card in the elevator to get to floors higher than 3. This should be mentioned when checking in, or at least put instructions in the elevators.

The floors in the hallways are dirty and need to be professionally cleaned, although the floor in the room was clean. The room had temporary temperature controls, but it was stuffy the entire stay. The following day into our stay, one of the key cards stopped working.

I was charged a valet/parking fee without my permission. Why am I paying for a service I did not use? I did not use a valet and I did not even use the hotel s parking ramps. On top of that, an additional $78 was charged to my card for unknown reasons. I will absolutely not return nor recommend Radisson.

Stayed at this hotel january 12th-14th I loved the hotel it was clean beautiful the staff was very respectful and gave you accurate information the only reasons why i would give this hotel 4/5 is because the hotel is located right off the interstate its designed very odd and the paying for parking per day also trying to figure where you can park at is irritating no hot tub in the hotel the major part of the hotel i loved the most its connected to the MOA so i can carry my bags back to my room

My friend and I stayed overnight at the Radisson Blu Mall of America on December 31, 2019 to January 1, 2020. We pulled up in front of the hotel. Two valet's came and opened up the doors. Greeted us. Asked if we needed a bell cart for our luggage. I felt like I was spoiled the minute the valet opened the door. Even parked the car for us. Texted me with information on how to get in touch with them when we were ready to leave. The Radisson Blu Mall of America is definitely beautiful inside. When you walk through the doors, there is a fireplace off to the left. A very gorgeous sitting area. The staff were very outgoing and helpful. Since it was New Year's Eve night, the staff gave us choices of alcoholic drinks and our party favors. We checked in a bit early and our room was ready for us. As we were heading to the elevator, we noticed a bar and a restaurant off to the left. When we got inside the room we commented how big and luxurious it is. We checked out the bathroom. Then we headed off to the mall. It's so much fun to have a hotel connected to the Mall of America. Staying at the Radisson Blu Mall of America, we were not disappointed in anyway. We will be back.

Beautiful warm inviting hotel. Great location, rooms are nice and set up logically. Bathroom on the small side but has a real door, which is nice. Great location, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again

Very nice hotel. Parking is $15 in the ramp or at moa lot is free but you have to walk and fill out a form so you don't get towed. No hot tub but pool is nice. Connected right to moa!

For a 4.5 star property, we expected much more. While the lobby was beautiful, The rooms were pretty basic and small. There were hairs from previous guests all over the bathroom, as well as these problems-the fan didn't work, the door didn't lock, and while the rain shower head was nice, only having half a wall was weird. It was cold and water got all over the floor. The bed wasn't awful, but too firm for our tastes. We did find the lounge chair comfy. Most employees were friendly. Was awesome to be able to stay indoors the whole weekend and go back to the room when we were tired if shopping. Very high prices for what you get.

Perfection. Wonderful stay and will do it again. We had no problems and everything was as should be. Location is close to the airport and my family thoroughly enjoyed the amusement park. Room was I clean and in order. Staff was professional and cared about your stay.

The stay was nice as far as the room goes, but when it came to the lady at the front desk we all left with a sour taste in our mouth. I was given an invoice for my stay that said the total was $497 and I paid $514 with an additional $115 that they told me they accidentally charged another pet fee the lady I spoke to when I first noticed it was zero help and had no idea what she was doing so I left and tried again before check out the following day. Same lady and same frustrations. She told me the extra charge was taken off and printed me off probably 3 more invoices pointing to the same things and unable to give me an answer. The manager came out to help after utilizing this woman I was speaking to as a messenger the first time around. The manager was more friendly but even while she was speaking to me the other woman kept lifting up the invoices and interrupting. Basically, nothing was resolved and I just have to wait and hope my money is put back on my card. She basically told me it was my cards fault. Later in the day, we realized my brother in law left his phone at the hotel so we went back to get it. The SAME woman told him the room had been cleaned and they found no phone so he turned his phone on lost mode using his wife s (my sister) phone. It was telling us his phone was in the hotel room. So again, he went in and showed her the lost mode and where it was saying his phone was and her response was that Those aren t always accurate so eventually he asked someone else if he could go check. Found it the second he walked into the room that clearly hadn t been touched by their maids. Except the only thing gone from the room was our leftover pizza. Nice

We keep getting locked out because the key cards stop working. It's a hassle to continually having to go down to the front desk and wait in line for them to reprogram the key cards.
The rooms are a decent size and are nicely furnished. Lighting is a problem when trying to apply makeup.

Had a dead beetle in my room but the hotel itself is very modern and convenient. Close to the airport and is literally attached to the mall. Staff is accommodating and overall the stay was very pleasant.

I don't like having to pay for parking when I'm a guest of the hotel. The check in process was warm and inviting with all our questions answered. Once in our room, i connected to the wi-fi, it was very inconsistent through out our stay. Our room was very nice, everything appeared to be in order and clean. The bedding sheets were very uncomfortable, they were very rough and loud when you moved in bed. It almost was as they used too much starch and no fabric softner on them. With the location being adjoined to the MOA, it is a 2 minute walk and you're in. Overall, it is a nice hotel, pricing is plenty steep but you are at the mall and no driving.

Rooms were nice. Wanted to try the Radisson Blu due to its connection right to the MOA. At check-in we were not told to use key card for activation on elevator to get to our room. Stuck on elevator for fifteen minutes before we could get back to main level. Another long experience just to validate parking card. When we explained the miscommunication at checkout the manager was very apologetic and gave us free breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The wait staff was friendly and professional. Hostess was available immediately. Our server was kind and professional. Food was delicious. Everything was made in house. The opportunity to experience was appreciated.
