Just had four nights here on a business trip. Very impressed with the hotel. Connected by a bridge to the MOA means you ve loads of shopping, bars and restaurants on your doorstop. Also nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. Typical rooms for this class of hotel. Very useful having a shuttle to local offices and airport - and a very friendly driver (Bob). Will be staying here again.

The room was a little dirty . Our orange cloth pillows were stained, the desk had coffee stains on it, and a fine film of dust coated the nightstand. We aren t picky, and just wiped it ourselves. We really enjoyed the convenience of being connected to the Mall of America, so it cancelled out the dirtiness of the room.

After driving 5 long hours to the hotel, arrivated at pricelessly 3pm (checkin time) and the room was not ready. I had to wait 1 hour and 15ish minutes before I even got my keys. You would think the luggage would already be in the room right? Nope. Got our stuff at 5:30 and now we will be late to our show at the comedy club! Cheers to the 4star staff and hotel.. will never come here again.
ALSO: bathroom was very dirty! Unbelievable.

For the quality of hotel this place likes to pretend to be, the service leaves a lot to be desired.
Given the proximity to the airport, the narrow hours of airport shuttle availability are inconvenient at best.
Rooms are not as advertised. Specifically, rooms are listed as having bathtubs.the first room did not in fact have a bath tub. The reservation was made specifically to have a tub in the room. They did manage to accommodate that request.
Spa business hours are also lamentable. Was unable to secure services due to early closing.
A malfunctioning room key was also an issue during my stay. Staff treated that problem as my fault, and were less than polite about re-issuing a keycard.
I am not inclined to stay there in the future.

The hotel was connected to the mall. They had a fitness center and a pool. The 'quick breakfast' was only available until 6am, we didn't get ready early enough to get it. The pool was so heavily chlorinated that it hurt my eyes just to walk into the room. The rooms were smaller than the Hilton Garden Inn, which was about 2 exits away on the highway. Also, the Hilton Garden Inn did have a microwave in the room, and free breakfast available for most of the morning.

I thought that my stay at the Radisson Blu Mall of America was wonderful. The food was fantastic, my room was wonderful, and the staff was very nice. I would definitely like to stay there again.

This hotel is wonderful. They woman at the front desk during check in was incredible and personable. She was so sweet to our daughter! Hotel room was amazing and clean. It is attached to the MOA. We had a fantastic stay. We will be back!

the room decor was great I loved the look and feel of the place. shower was good I did not like that there was no fan for the ventilation to keep the steam down while me and my wife showered. overall the hotel was great breakfast in the morning was also very good service was amazing I never had to touch the coffee pot to refill the waiter was over every few mins topping it off for me. and having it connected to the Mall of America just made going from stores to the room so much easier.

Parking was expensive to park near the hotel, there was only one bar of soap and a small bottle of conditioner with no shampoo in our room. The wife wasn't too find of the shower head. Complaints aside, we had a good time and a pleasant stay. It was pretty quiet on our floor. Will still stay again for the convenience of being so close to the Mall.

This is now the second time I've stayed at the Radisson Blu at MOA. The staff if great. Everytime I would walk by someone they would greet me. The hotel is connected to the MOA. This is a great added benefit as you can walk over the skywalk from the hotel to the mall and enjoy all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The rooms are plenty big. I stayed in a room with two queen beds and the room did not feel cramped at all. Each day the room was cleaned and made up, never had any issues. There was plenty of hot and running water for the bathroom and shower. The hotel also has a nice large bar, so if the mall is closed you can still grab a drink. As a side note, the doors between the MOA and the hotel stay open until 12:30 a.m. so if you visit some of the attractions that do not close until 11 pm to midnight, rest assured you can still get back to your room with no problem. The hotel also has a good size indoor pool and I really enjoyed the fitness room. I've been to many hotels where the rooms are small, cramped, and not much equipment. Here the room is large with about a dozen treadmill, bike, and elliptical machines. There are also dumbbells and a good selection of nautilus equipment. Over the hotel is well worth the cost for your stay.

I had been here for a birthday party... the folks at the entrance are really nice people that care for the guests... the people at the party hall are clueless at times... I will always ask the hosts on how and when to serve things...

I attended a wedding at the Radisson Blu, and the food and venue were great. We were in a huge room, and able to have loud music late into the night (not sure what that experience is like for the guests). The location is relatively easy to get to, with the exception of mall traffic. The servers, bartenders, and staff were all very nice and helpful.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and pristine. The meeting spaces were great for medium-to-large events. Having direct bridge access to the mall a very convenient and easy. I would definitely stay again.

I was excited to try out this hotel, but when you walk in you ll see how poorly and cheap looking it actually is. Everything looked it it was from Ikea, the service was very bad. The only great thing about this hotel was that it was connected to the MOA. It is very small, although they have free parking, the system on how to get around and the signs are all wrong. The hotel is tiny, it is so enclosed when you walk in, the pool is tiny and looks like it needs to be cleaned. The construction from when you walk in to when you leave is terrible. The shower is a half open and doesn't close glass door, the pillows and sheets smelled fowl, all in all a bad experience.

A great hotel with very swanky commons areas and bar/restaurant. The rooms are pretty basic hotel rooms, nothing to write home about, aside from the relatively classy and very clean bathrooms.

The proximity to the MOA makes this a fun visit with quick access to the mall and adjacent locations.

The staff are the star in this hotel's jewel. All staff have been very friendly, polite, and helpful.

The check-in process was completely insane. A line of 20 people waiting, and one front desk clerk! Added parking to our room and had to use a credit card to pay 17 bucks to leave! So I will be debating that charge! Beautiful facility, but really chaotic check-in process. They need all the front desk stations occupied to move the guests quickly!

Stayed there at the end of August. Room was pretty small for what I expected. There was no hand soap available for the bathrooms. They said they ran out when we asked for some. It was very crowded and busy in the 2nd floor lobby. We were told we had to make an appointment for the pool. Which we did. Unfortunately for our appointment the pool was very full, and people just kept coming in whenever the door was opened. They should have an employee monitoring. It got way too crowded and we left before the hour we reserved for was up. I was looking forward to staying here, but the only good thing about this hotel is the convenience of being connected to the MOA

We normally stay here when coming into the Minneapolis area. Generally the service is great and the room is very nice. However, our stay over the Labor day weekend was a one star experience. I gave it 2 stars above reflecting the other times we have stayed here - but this last experience was 1 to no stars. Since we were traveling with our 2 sons, we had reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds. When we got to the hotel they did not have a room for us and instead gave us a song and dance about how a king with a sleeper sofa pullout was an "upgrade". In may whole life, I have never found a sleeper sofa that was comfortable and this was not exception. The room had garish aqua-marine carpet and black tile that sparkled like a disco ball - literally there were sparkles of light reflected on walls and ceiling when the light was on. It was like stepping into a cheap Vegas room. I expected Elvis to burst out of the silver foil closet doors at any moment. In addition, we had to call down for more towels and linens. When you move 4 people into what amounts to a single room, does it not make sense to make sure there are enough towels and sheets? Bad experience, wont be back.
