Professional event. Accommodations where very nice. Staff was exceptional

Hotel was okay. Having my tv not work after midnight wasn't. Convenient location but there's other hotels close as well. I was told they were "playing with a tv cable earlier today" and that's what is causing the issue. Yet the tv has been working fine for the last couple of hours so that seems like a lie but hey what do I know. If you want to spend $300 a night just for the bed, this is the spot.

I went there to drop off some Twins tickets. Seemed rather swanky.

Room 529 on Sept 2 - 4. Room is great, service is amazing. The TV services need to be updated. Need a guide showing what is on. Everything else is perfect. Quiet and comfy.

It was perfect! I visited the family and we hung out in the mall all day. It was a very nice vacation.

Cool hotel with a Sky bridge connected to Mall so you don't have to go outside and freeze

Very spacious room, huge comfy bed, deep bath, comfy chair and right next door to MOA. Only negative; no biscuit with my coffee.

Stayed here will my family about a month ago. It was a great hotel! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly. It was nice to be so close to the Mall of America. If I were to go up to spend a few days at the mall, then I would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion that I would have for this hotel is a hot tub. There is a nice heated pool, but no hot tub.

Rooms are insanely beautiful. Love the basket seats. I like the connection to Mall of America.

Attended a fashion vintage clothing sale event in the Skywalk. Small bites were catered and were delicious. Fashion was very interesting and marketable. Made one purchase. Would definitely go back again for future events

Visited the Radisson Blu for a work event. Service was great and the food was very good too. Modern amenities.

I just stayed at the Radisson Blu Mall of America and was sadly disappointed for the cost and ratings. The pool was cold, staff uninviting and not helpful. The location was convenient, but the room was not stocked with coffee either. Will definitely stay at the JW Marriott next time! They were friendlier, hands down.

I'm such a huge kid that I LOOK FORWARD to riding the rides instead of shopping. It's a great place to kill a whole day just walking! This place is HUGE!

We had a great time here last night. The room was super clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will for sure stay here again when given the chance.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The hotel is still very clean, and the amenities and facilities are top notch. We love the rooms, and how they are set up.
The pool is excellent! Large enough for plenty of people. Maybe not for swimming laps, but still big enough for a good time.
We haven't had a chance to try the restaurant yet, but perhaps in the future.
The staff is extremely polite and courteous! Extremely helpful when explaining how to get to your rooms. Parking can get a little crazy if there is a full house, but talk with the staff, and they will be super helpful with getting you to the right spot.

We have stayed here twice and loved it both times. Our room was a little cold this last time but other than that the staff is always amazing and they accommodated us with adjoining rooms as we were traveling with 2 kids and my mother in law. You can't beat the location and parking was so easy.
Thanks for making our summer vacation so relaxing.

Good hotel. Great visit. Very crowded, but the staff handled it well. Very accommodating. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the shuttles. The vans are not well kept and dated. I do recommend.

Service was decent though sometimes slow (and the place was not at all busy). Food is good with some interesting stuff though not prepared quite as well as the descriptions imply.

Room and amenities are outstanding. The app to get that allows you to order extra towels, Shampoo, toothpaste, exc needs a lot of work. They messed up our room key cards and did not allow access to the breakfast we paid for.

It was a bonus meal, so I can't comment on prices. Food was pretty good.

Nice, clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff are available. That is giving them 1 star. I stayed here for a conference and we hooked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The listing was not very clear and I've learned my lesson to call ahead so we dont book hotels like this one again. Booking said breakfast available, not free, and not worth the price. Booking said free airport shuttle service for guests (makes sense since we are less than 4 miles away). They only have a shuttle every half hour, not at will. So when I found that out, I called the front desk to see when the shuttles were scheduled and they dont even run every 24 hours, only after 5am. And they were already booked that early. They didnt offer an apology or recompense for inconvenience. They did offer to arrange a taxi, for an unknown fee. He even said he worked his 2nd job for a taxi service. That doesn't sound fair to the hotel guests to advertise shuttle service and make it so scarce as to need to pay for a taxi.... that your employee benefit from. (I'm all about helping employees out, but it should absolutely never be at the expense of your guests. If taxis are needed so frequently, change your shuttle service to accommodate for those guests. If it is such an infrequent time and amount of people, then the hotel wont be out that much money and will have through the roof customer service ratings since you are bending over backwards for your guests)
The beds are nothing special. They were very clean and tidy. The bathrooms have no fans to help with steam, so if you plan to use the mirror or have multiple guests, be prepared to create a nice sauna. The decor was nice. I feel like the sheets were starched or something because they are extremely loud. I shared a room with coworkers for the conference and when she moved, I couldn't fall asleep by how loud it was! Just a weird side note. I didnt dock stars for that. I wanted to mention it because it makes the sheets kinda scratchy and not as pleasant as they could be if they used fabric softener or had different material.
There is a safe and mini fridge in each guest room. That is convenient. ABSOLUTELY USE YOUR SAFE if you're planning to leave your room unattended during the day. The cleaning staff leave the doors open while they're cleaning and leave them open for a long time even when they aren't in the room. I was in my room, in and out for 3 hours, and they had linens in the hallway in heaps next to doors and carts down the hallway. The doors across from us were open every time I went in and out. I didn't hear anyone in there so I called into the room from the hallway to see if anyone was there (I was mainly trying to get an extra towel...I have a lot of hair & ours were still wet). No one was there. No one even close enough to hear me tell out "excuse me, is anyone there? I need a towel." I trust the employees here, all very nice. However, anyone can just walked into your room and grab stuff.
They do have an elevator for guests only. You can only select a floor when you flash your room key. That is very nice to know. (You dont have to just go to your floor, with a room key, you have access to all the floors I'm pretty sure. I didnt try, but we did press floors for guests sharing the elevator with us using our card).
Another coworker was here with his wife and they brought their son with them (just over a year old). They placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on their door during his nap. He was awoken 3 times by housekeeping, crying and screaming. They knocked loudly & opened the door without waiting. Do not expect privacy during the day, so not a place for honeymoons, anniversaries, or anyone who loves naps!
They have a pool. My coworkers who went swimming said it was nice but ice cold and came right back to our hotel room.
This is a great place to stay if you need a small conference (200 people at round tables at most). We only had tables for ~150 people because we needed a stage for speakers & it was crowded with people lining the walls or standing without chairs.
I will never book here again.

Went there for a conference. The building is beautiful. Serving staff was mostly okay. The food was pretty good.

This hotel is very modern and very accommodating. I was here for a work event and everything was clean and complimentary to my work event.

The room was very clean and the decor is very modern and welcoming. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! Only complaint we would have is our server at the restaurant, Nickili, was rude and short with us. Not what we would expect from such a fine hotel. Either way, we will be staying here everytime we visit!

Had a holiday party here. Great venue, staff, food and drinks. Really enjoyed the night and varied spaces throughout the Radisson Blu.

Great location if you are heading to the Mall of America. Literally in the mall. Easy access from airport with free shuttle. Clean rooms, very modern. The were very few drawers for clothes, so if you are an unpacker, you may be disappointed.

Very good experience. Right inside of Mall of America. If you are in Minny do not hesitate to visit this beautiful place.

No breakfast. Not very clean. Reduced service at full price. And you have to pay for parking.

It feels swanky when you walk through the door, but the staff seems very down to earth and helpful. The pool area gets very slippery, so be very careful with young kids. It's a good way to knock out a tooth. Attached to MOA, duvet comforters, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, flat screen TV as well as a zoom mirror to really inspect how much you have aged.

Comfortable and clean. So nice to stay at if you're doing a lot around MOA and that area!

The room doors slammed so fast and hard that it woke me up very early in the am. I was there vacationing, do I didn't want to get up so early. Also, the barstools in the lounge were very uncomfortable.

The atmosphere is very modern and beautiful. They have delicious food in the restaurant as well as great customer service. Unfortunately, the bed was not as comfortable as expected.

This place is expensive but totally worth the price. You're right next to Nickelodeon Universe, the Mall of America, and Sea Life, Fly Over America. Super fun activities to be had all around. The NailArtSalon is only half a mile away, and they do a superb job with reasonable prices. You must make an appointment first though.

Stayed here for a conference. Everything was fantastic. Nice, clean rooms with helpful staff.

Amazing stay! Room was great ... the hotel staff and ballet were great. Having the convenience of the hotel/mall was awesome! Would do it again and tell others.

Well they never told us that the door leading to mall closed. So for people wanting to eat or drink at the restaurant, beyond a certain time there is no sign, signifying that the doors close to the hotel. So we had to be escorted to an alternate route. Also the prices very from fo site to site. Even on the direct online site. It was a nice hotel. But if you plan to have fun at the mall just make sure you come back to room early before bar hours.

Between both rooms being charged $100 more than online reserved price, the curdled coffee creamer, and the maid entering both room at 9am with no warning, I'm not impressed

Our room is clean and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable. I love being able to walk over to the Mall of America. It's great to have this option for meals. The salt water pool is wonderful, as I swim for exercise. Our stay has been very enjoyable!

No jacuzzi, no tub - so no place to soak and relax. The rooms were cold, I could hear everything going on outside the room. Not any nicer than other less expensive places. Radisson Blu....Radisson Ew! Disappointing.

The location is very convenient. It is connected to MoA and one can go shopping any time when the mall is open. The room is large and the bed is comfy. Very recommend it if you want to visit MoA.

Asked to check in early at 1 and was unable to. Also some noise during night not sure if it was air conditioning but very annoying. The plus is the location.

Underwhelmed. We live in the Twin Cities but did a one night stay with our son. It's a nice enough hotel, seemed clean, and is definitely convenient for spending time at the MOA. However, it's the small things that hold it back. Not sure if they use satellite or cable, but the TV kept losing its signal, which was annoying. The rainfall shower head looks nice, but the water pressure was terrible; plan for extra time if you want to shower AND get clean. Biggest annoyance was the parking. Their website notes that there is valet parking for $25, otherwise limited parking in their ramp or parking in the MOA ramp. We self-parked in their ramp and, SURPRISE, it was $22 when we left in the morning. Can't say that I'm overly shocked that they would charge for parking, but I always have a problem with companies trying to hide their fees. They may not see a problem with it, but it's always these little things that ultimately add up and drive people to other options.

Hosted dinner, didn't stay overnight.
