Great location!! Beautiful spot with gorgeous sunsets. A bit disappointed in the amount of trash that is allowed to blow about on the beach. The layout can be confusing, too.

Food is yummy at The Sunset Grille. Rooms are nicely appointed and updated. Has an interesting history, and the hotel has lots of enlarged photos with captions. Lots of security. Lots of eating spots across the street, and shopping. Not particularly impressed. Feels like you're still in the US. Would have liked to see more local stores.

Great spa, tropical birds that they let out in the mornings, plenty to keep you busy. Be prepared for lots and lots of wind!!

Upon arrival the hotel did not have the room we had reserved. But they had an outstanding attitude: they took us to a better hotel for that night, they gave us back the money and they covered us the breakfasts of the rest of the days that we had not hired. Thanks Romeo !!!
Very good facilities, especially the amplitude of the beach area and pools. It makes the difference with other hotels.
But desperate for tips, they haggle umbrellas, and this situation is very unpleasant.

My husband and I came here for the first time and absolutely loved it! The hotel itself had a beautiful old school vibe with some modern tones mixed in. The personnel were incredibly accommodating and gave us that home away from home feel. Our king size room was clean, decent in size, with a beautiful ocean view over looking the bird sanctuary. I highly recommend taking a trip to the spa for one of their many offerings or even just to try the cold water pool (Talk about refreshing)! Hopefully we'll get another opportunity to come back and enjoy the Hilton some more.

I stayed at the Hilton Aruba for 6 nights and 7 days. I was treated less than standard for being a Diamond member. I was lied to, policies were not followed and my room was not ready on day of arrival. They fell short of expectations at this property and I used points for my entire stay! This is only in short for the experience I had. The points I used do not match the service or amenities I should ve experienced. I m extremely upset and I ve been a member for years. I was lied on my first day. I spoke to Grace and she gave me a horrible view that was supposedly a partial ocean view. It was the first room right off the elevator which was the farthest from the ocean... when I confronted her she told me that the ocean view/ front was not available. I called the Diamond desk and was on hold for 1 hour until I got Nelson on the phone who s the director of front services. He basically said that the room was available but it s not clean.... I ve been in contact with Grace from the beginning and she knew it was my birthday and anniversary and she still treated me less than a Diamond member. She kept saying this is not available for Diamond guests . My friend who s not even a Hilton honors member was given the last room partial ocean view and it was better than the first room I was given... 3 days later Nelson changed my room to an Ocean front after the whole hassle I had to go through. Then, more problems came with that ... AC was loud and rattling, construction in the morning drilling a whole right by the pool.
I had 2 separate reservations that I booked with points and Tasha said that I wasn t supposed to receive another drink voucher because I already received vouchers for my first reservation. This is NOT true and wrong because I ve stayed at other properties and every-time I have 2 separate reservations I get my benefits all over again. Also, she billed my room without me looking at the bill and charged my card. She admitted she was wrong and apologized. Water bottle were NOT available in rooms and i had to buy from the market a huge case of bottles. I m extremely aggravated and upset at this stay. I work hard for the points I used and I m a loyal member.

Hotel is located on perfect beach( palm beach) most of the hotel customers during our stay age 60 and up. Rooms are old, hotel is old, towels were old , elevators old. We paid $400 daily and it s not including breakfast at all. Beach is super crowded and sometimes you have to wait for towels and sit. During our stay we tried the bar food next to the beach it was terrible. I would recommend you to stay Hilton or Marriott Stellaris.

Very good! The Hilton hotel staff were wonderful. My flight landed earlier than I expected, so it was too early to check in but, the staff kept my luggage and made sure I had access to the resort until my room was ready. I must say this hotel is very modern, my king size room was beautifully decorated , extremely clean( thanks to housekeeping), a decent view from the balcony. The beach is the highlight of this resort, palapas ( which you'll have to order for $15/a day) keeps the sun off, and was very relaxing for a day at the beach. My only problem with the Hilton Aruba are the restaurants, I had to dine out on the strip because, I was unable to book any reservations. However I had their American breakfast buffet every morning of my stay, the omelet was good ,they served pancakes, waffles french toasts, potatoes pastries, scrambled eggs, fruits etc. The unlimited mimosas were a plus. The day before I left, I had reservation for a swedish massage at their spa. The decor was very airy, and the experience was soothing, my masseuse was gentle and adhered to my needs and, I was also giving a complimentary mimosa. Overall my stay was enjoyable and definitely lived up to the Hilton experience!

My husband and I had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and a beautiful partial Oceanview. We had a private balcony and the bathroom was quite large. The hotel has recently been renovated. We were very happy with our accommodations and also with the pool and beach areas. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Safety and cleanliness are obviously very important to the management. There was always someone to help us hail a cab or to answer any questions that we had. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Room is basic. Views are mostly resort and a tiny glimmer of the ocean. Pools are nice. Breakfast and ALL FOOD OFFERED are butt. In room dining caused me to vomit and made my wife sick for the rest of the trip. Issues with reserving events but hotel made it up to us. Staff is very friendly though. Parking is useful if you're renting. Close to the ocean. Palapas are way too overpriced. Due to the pros and cons, I give it 3 stars.

Very quiet stay. We stayed on the 6th floor of the newly renovated tower closest to the Riu side. Our only complaint was prices of food onsite at Hilton resort restaurants. We heard from couples that have been coming here for years the prices haven t always been this steep. For example a grilled chicken wrap from the pool bar (which was less than par and clearly pre-made the day before with cold chicken) was 22$. We ate at the Bugaloe bar offsite and a quick walk -mostly as food is fairly priced and good quality with good drink prices. Overall a good stay but we may think twice about staying here again vs going back to the Riu.

I highly recommend this hotel for any first time guests to Aruba, when we arrived to the property we were met with champagne, bottle of water and a wet towel. Also all the staff were smiling and welcoming, I have yet to receive this kind of welcome at any other Hilton property. The hotel lobby flows into the pool area with open architecture. I highly recommend spending the extra money for an ocean view, it's worth it! The restaurants on premise where very tasty, fresh fish of the day! The weather is perfect with moderate humidity, however the constant slight breeze makes that feel like nothing. I do have to say again that the all the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful.

I recently purchased a gift card at the spa for a couple that was staying at the resort. I did it all from the states, over the phone and via email, and everything was handled great! Spa manager, Albert Cruz was efficient, polite, and professional. He delivered the card with a hand written note and it was placed on the bed before the couple arrived. They were ecstatic to see it waiting there for them! This is how you delight your customers. Thanks, Albert!

Everything was great other than it's very clearly not a non smoking hotel, people literally light up cigarettes right outside the lobby and no security guard or staff says a word, it happens all day. This is annoying cause we came here with a one year old and I purposely picked a hotel that was supposed to be smoke free.

We stayed here for our honeymoon.

We stayed here for our honeymoon.

The room was very clean and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs!

The rest of the staff was lethargic and not interested in helping us.

Went to brunch this afternoon at 1:40pm and it ended at 2:30pm (a buffet). Was told by Juan that we only had 30 minutes to eat and then we had to go. The cashier wouldn't even look at us as she was rooting through her purse.

Called the concierge to ask about prices for laundry, got a very sleepy/uninterested person on the other end who only answered every question I had with "I don't know, it depends." I eventually had to say thank you and hang up because I was so frustrated and she was so unhelpful.

I would say the staff that runs in the background (waiters that fill water, servers from Gilligan's on the beach) are far more attentive/helpful than the main staff. Very disappointing.

The hotel is lovely. The food choice is limited and so are the drink choices. The receptionist except for maybe 1 or 2 had attitudes. Front desk could use a little more customer service training.

Gorgeous hotel! Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location. The pool area and beach are amazing and very enjoyable for the whole family. The one drawback is the lack of restaurant options on the property but the resort is so close to a wide variety of restaurants that this isn't a problem for me.

Some friends and I took our annual trip and this year we chose to travel to Aruba. Although we did not stay at the Radisson, we stayed at the resort next door. While out one evening, we decided to walk through the Radisson to view the property. The property is absolutely beautiful! There was a Carnaval celebration going on that evening. there were vendors, dancers, food, musical entertainment and a lovely pool all at the rear of the resort on the beach. We decided to visit the Radisson because we were told that it was not in all-inclusive property, such as the property where we were staying so we would be free to walk through and enjoy the festivities. Looking at the resort itself, if it were an all-inclusive resort I would definitely want to stay there when visiting Aruba again. The dancers were great, there were also 3 men on stilts in costume, who were funny and very available for photos with whomever wanted to take one. Although we did not eat the food they were cooking smelled great!....although it was $20 to eat, which I felt was a little expensive. All in all, from what I saw, the Radisson is a great place to stay when visiting Aruba especially if you are not going all-inclusive. Oh! another benefit, is the Radisson was at the very beginning of the strip so the nightly activities were very much within walking distance which is great for those who want to hang out in the evenings. Again, although I did not stay at the Radisson, from what I could see and what I experienced, this is a great place to stay.

I found my new favorite place! Thank you to everyone who makes this slice of heaven possible. I will return as often as I can for the rest of my life. I never want to go to another beach again. Thank you bartenders, concierges, housekeeping, Laguna restaurant staff and I want to give a special thanks to Rosalva Jackson. You are so wonderful!
