The staff and amenities are great. Honestly, I never saw a disgruntled staff member or one that was happy to help with anything. I will say that everything on resort is much more expensive, so get your food, beer, etc at the local supermarket! Aside from that, reserve your palapa, check in on time, and enjoy the beach!

Spent a week at the Hilton. Well maintained and friendly staff. Great daily activities available at no extra cost, like stand-up paddle boarding. On the best beach in Aruba and across the main strip with lots of restaurants. Reservations for the beach palapas can be done online weeks ahead ($). Would definitely recommend the Hilton Aruba!

Nice rooms, great service. Sunset Grill probably best place to eat on the island. The other two restaurants are good too. Gym and spa are excellent. Extra activities are easily accessible. Beachfront is great. Really cool walking path beachside. Plenty of stuff to do across the street from the hotel that is walkable. Taxi service/no problem. One of my favorite resort hotels.
The ground of the hotel are very tropicall. Lots of birds and plants. The outdoor area is very large. This is my favorite hotel in Aruba because it feels like a tropical paradise and not just a hotel. The restutaunts are all pretty good and there are a lot of options within walking distance.
Best location in the high rise area! Most convenient to walk to several wonderful restaurants. Most beautiful grounds and beach! The friendliest service possible. I highly recommend the Hilton Aruba! Tell Miss Vicky at the reception desk I recommended the Hilton. She is incredible!!

Went to Aruba for our honeymoon in April of 2019. The hotel was spotless and the staff was excellent and very helpful. This was the perfect spot to be. Our only complaint was that we were there for only 5 days. Next time we will be there for a much longer time. Aruba is beautiful!
I can't believe this fabulous resort has not been reviewed here!!! It is the epitome of a five star resort, located on a 5 star beach, on a 5 star Caribbean island. The location is the best anywhere on the island, close to shopping, fine restaurants and other top notch attractions. The staff at the Radisson is most accommodating, friendly, cheerful and pleasant at all times. This property is a pure pleasure at which to stay. Rooms are good sized; clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated.The beach is located at the best part of the best beach; the two infinity pools are clean and inviting; management is one that cares for its guests. We've been guests at the "Rad" for over 10 years and have stayed at other resorts on the island. This place is "A-1"! Highly recommended!!
Great place, great location, we won the raffle for the FREE snorkeling ($60 value - x2) at Tuesday s Manager s party. Kind of pricey since it s not all inclusive and the lower bar (closest to the beach) is card or room number only which I wanted to give cash for.
Overall a strong recommend just considering price I am giving a 4 star mark.

We stayed here for a week and we loved it. Great place, grounds are very well planned. We had plenty of things to do and discover. Room service was good every time. Personnel very friendly.

Excellent hotel chain, this fabulous hotel, impeccable service, restaurants and bars open from morning until late evening. Three very large pools, good angle with aviaries where inside there are some varieties of parrots and Tucano. The beach is perhaps a bit 'small but fades into the background when taking into account that we are in a Caribbean paradise
Touristy location, cruiseship atmosphere. Private island is really nice, looks tropical, unlike Aruba's desert landscape. Better value to buy the daily ticket for $100 to enjoy the boat ride and calm setting.
Yes the hotel is bit aged but I was very impressed by their staff. We had a medical emergency and their security staff "Angele" personally helped us with our needs. Being outside of our own country, having someone at the hotel stepping up was extremely helpful and we were extremely appreciative.
So, GREAT staff and I would definitely recommend staying here. Food was great and property is very children friendly. Keep up the great work and we will be back again!

We stayed at the Hilton this week. I was surprised that it was rated as it was. The rooms are dated and tired. We stayed in Tower 3. The halls smelled of mold. I just unpacked and the clothes that were in the closet stink of mold. The grounds are nice and well kept but I can t say the same for the rooms. It was also an issue with the beach chairs. The front desk says they are free but that wasn t the case. They charged $40 per day for 2 chairs. We found that offensive to paying hotel guests.
Best resort on the island down! My wife and I went April 2 -6 in 2017 for a short getaway. The beds are compatible for rest! The food agrees with your eyes and stomach. The treatment makes you feel important and the views might make you think you died and went to heaven!

Very nice and small hotel on the beach, food options are a little pricey but good quality food. Live music every night. Don't forget to book your lounge chairs at the beach every day, some are free. Great location for night life and restaurants around.
I loved my time at Hilton. I loved their bed, very comfortable, long pillows, excellent room service. The hotel has multiple pools, daily activities like bird interaction, bingo, pool dance, yoga, and many more. It's right next to Palm Beach and the the night life area of Aruba.
The casino of Hilton is smaller and less busy than others like Hyatts'. But they do have mini market inside the hotel with decent price. There's also a De Palm concierge that stays open for long hours.
The only drawback I can point to see, they have small shower area in bathroom. But overall really happy with my stay at Hilton Aruba.
We visited the casino. This is a review of the casino we did not stay at the hotel. It is very small and the bar staff is not very attentive. The other casinos nearby are much nicer and they treat you better. We won't be back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were super clean. The pools and beach were everything you could ask for.
On the way to the pool they have an area with tropical birds. Rainbow parrots, cockatoos, and other species alike.
Having a casino located on the property was an added bonus.
One of the best perks of staying here was the short walk to some of the best restaurants around.
We will be returning again and again.
Great hotel, staff, beach amazing. The front desk is the worst in the Hilton system. First night they put me in the wrong type of room. No problem we will fix it tomorrow. Called down next day. I get sorry Mr Adams that is the type of room you booked, if you have proof you booked a different room please provide it???? Who is Mr Adams. Oh what is your last name?? Ok we can change you. I ask for a gold member late check out. No you must ask for late check out at 7:am the day you are checking out. So at 7am I ask for a late check out. They give me an additional hour. Then lock me out of my room at normal check out time. I ask about getting into my room I am scolded for not rescanning my key. It would of been nice for someone to tell me?
At most Hilton s the front desk acts like they care and want the best for the guest. Not so at Hilton Aruba.

Pros- good location, nice beach and pool area, beautiful and well kept grounds. Nice palapas and helpful beach / pool staff. Amazing bird garden and bird trainer. Good food, Gillian s and Laguna. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Cons- we had service issues the first few days, first with our reservation, then with housekeeping. As a Hilton honors member I expected better service, but the staff tried to make it right with us and we appreciate that. Overall we had a relaxing and pleasant stay.

It is a great resort. With various amenities, casino, pool, restaurant, sauna. The resort is close to the strip where there are more restaurants and clubs. So it's walking distance from all know restaurants, close to nigh clubs, and very safe. Security at the entrance, great channel lineup. Relaxing ambience with all the trees and plants. In front of a beautifull white sand beach which has a lot of water activities to offer. Really recommend!
We went for our 25th anniversary. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Richard was our waiter on numerous occasions and he was very helpful and always a pleasure to see,

Property for sure needs to be upgraded. Chose this property because I have status with Hilton. Asked for an upgrade on a slow weekend, during non-peak time and was told that no upgrades were available. Really? We get our keys and try to enter the room only to be told by housekeeping that the lock doesn't work so back we trek to the lobby, where all of a sudden they have an upgrade available! Could have just given us the upgrade from the get go. Other than that, hotel is centrally located and casino has free drinks if you gamble.
My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Aruba during a short three night babymoon. Overall we had a great experience. Before I go into detail I must add we did go during Covid-19; so, there were far less people than you would find normally at this resort.
The beach is beautiful! The sand is like no sand I have felt anywhere else in the world. It is incredibly soft and white (by the way you are allowed to take one bottle full per person through customs). The beach in front of the Hilton is actually wider and cleaner than most of the other hotels. And you have an excellent view of the sunset! There servers on the beach are always around if you're ready for another drink or meal.
The food: the breakfast is very good and it gets to your table quickly so you don't waste your beach time. The restaurant on the beach has an excellent burger and view of course, but the grilled chicken was a little dry when we had it. The room service food is (was when we went) not of the same quality. The burger is bland, chicken just wasnt very good and the prices are premium. In other words I did not find the room service food to be worth it at all.
Other: they have parrots that they will put on you for pictures. The parrots are really cool. Some of them will say "hello," but either way pictures with them are free and an awesome addition to the resort. Personally, they do appear to be treated very well. During the day you will see them out and in different trees around the resort. One last big plus is during certain times of the day you can use their kayaks and or padle boards for free.
This is a very nice and family friendly resort. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Aside from the disappointing quality of the room service food the only other change I would like to see here is the addition of an all inclusive food package. The hotels on either side of Hilton do have this option...
It is a nice and comfortable hotel, the normal rooms are quite spacious, the pool and gardens are spectacular, the staff is very friendly, and has the beach practically in the hotel, it is in the hotel zone of the island, so when you leave You find one with a wide range of restaurants that we found expensive and bad, so you better go to the city to eat something.
Need a credit card for the bill if not staying there, otherwise make it a room charge.
Way pricier than it needs to be.

Just got back from staying at Hilton Aruba hotel. We were a family of 22 adults. The breakfast lagoon here has the best staff and food! The staff greeted us every morning and helped my elderly parents to feel so loved. Yedly who made the omelets is so talented! Loved her omelets! The place is friendly, clean and food was more then expected! We will be eating breakfast here next time we stay at the Hilton. Thank you.

The property is superb. It used to be the very first hotel in Aruba. They had an extensive renovation and it shows .
Nice hotel, a bit of a mix of trendy, art deco and luxury. Parrots and birds in the garden by the pool and a very nice shop at the reception. Surprising what nice (not tourist) stuff they sell there. Culinary best pricey and location on Palm beach is spectacular.

Loved the location of the Hilton. Plenty of shopping and dining directly across and within walking distance from the hotel. There were a few different restaurants within the hotel to have breakfast and dinner at if you don t want to venture out. Also has a nice gift shop. The hotel was really clean and the grounds were nicely landscaped. One thing I appreciated about the Hilton was that it was nice and quiet at the beach and pool area. When walking down the beach a lot of the other hotels had incredibly loud party music blaring so if you re looking for peaceful and relaxing you should consider the Hilton.
