Beautiful resort, right on the beach...can't find any thing to complain about

Great hotel in a great location - pleantly of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I found the palm beach area the nicest much more vibrant than downtown and more to do than near eagle beach. Aruba Is a small island you can get around it in a day.

Great beach and lots of activities within the Hotel to keep you busy. The booking system for the sunbeds is effective and really easy to use. Go say hi to the birds they are great!

Watch out for the Hotel tax it's extortionate $350.00 for 6 nights!

Virtually no service at the pool area. If you are sitting further 30 feet away they won't come to serve you. They expect you to come to the bar.
Be prepared to rent your shade (cabana), and the cost is $45 per day. Or they can name different number, like $55. Suspect, it depends on person, or how do they like you or don't like you.
Room attendants are great. That is the only good thing we found from this place.
In general all the staff looks more relaxed than the customers.

This is my favorite hotel in Aruba, the bartender there make the best mojito! The hotel has a great open feel to it. We stayed at the Ritz this time but I wished we stayed at the Hilton again instead.

Stayed 10 nights. Booked palm beach club. Very good value , outstanding service at all levels. Beach service, no line ups for palapas. All staff and facilities in room and out side were outstanding. Matilda at palm beach club was the best along with all beach servers, Omar. And all staff at Gilligans . Best lobby bar and entertainment among ALL hotels on palm beach. Definitely coming back!!

Ended up at the Hilton after being unable to get into either Marriott (We had heard so much about the Surf or Ocean) - best thing that happened to us. We were warmly welcomed at the Hilton and had early access to our room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. There is a sidewalk right behind the Hilton that goes along the beach and takes you past all the hotels. The Marriott pools and beach were way too CROWDED for us (however, we don't have young kids). The Hilton is in a GREAT location for restaurants and water sports. Our room was in the Aruba Tower and was a suite - plenty of room for the 3 of us. The pull out couch wasn't that comfortable but we didn't expect that one would be. Would absolutely go back here.

It's very convenient to the beach however the rooms are very tiny don't be deceived by the website the staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas

The Aruba Hilton located in Palm Beach is one of the best hotels in Aruba....eventhough this hotel is an older property, the staff makes up for it...Everyone is pleasant and kind and they keep the place pristine. The Hilton has by far the nicest beach area as it is deep and very shaded by the strong sun. If you are looking to spend a vacation in paradise this property will definitely meet your expectations.

I had a wonderful time at the Hilton Aruba! The staff was absolutely delightful and made my experience great. But the best part of this beautiful resort was hands down Juna! The pool bar cat! She made my day every single day! Thank you all for such a great experience!

I'd like to invite the General Manager of this hotel up to our Ocean View room and listen to what we are listening too. They failed to state that Ocean View rooms include having wedding reception music blasted into your room. With the balcony door closed I can perfectly hear each song and all the nuances of the music. The reception may as well be right in our room. Wish they would tell you Ocean View plus you won't be able to sleep before midnight in your room. This is the third night in a row! This sucks!

We experienced the entrance, lobby, and casino.

The entrance has beautiful landscaping including a water feature and porch swings at the doors. Feels very tranquil.

The lobby is minimalistic in nature - decor creates a very stress-free type of feeling. You can walk right through the lobby out the far doors into an outdoor area. The straight- through allows a wonderful and steady breeze right out the front door.

The casino is towards the back but off to the left and down a flight of stairs (elevator available). There are bathrooms - I can only speak for the ladies room: the stalls are small but everything worked and it was clean. There are table games, including some real good poker games towards the back. There are a lot of different styles of slot machines, including a nice amount of reels to choose from.

Don't forget your players card.

Great hotel to stay at in Aruba. The food is overpriced so venture out and go any of the many restaurants located within walking distance of the resort. The pool is nice and there are plenty of activities to participate in. The beach is fantastic and very pleasant. Make sure to stop at the duty free shop at the airport before you come and get enough alcohol for your stay, if that's your thing. The taxes on alcohol are pretty high on the island. The rooms are nice and get restocked with bottles of water every day. Definitely will be back next time we come to Aruba.

Very friendly, clean, and offered wonderful accommodations. Beautiful lush flora. Delicious food. Exciting fauna. Totally relaxing.

Our stay here was wonderful! Location was ideal - lots of restaurants and shops right across the street. It is situated right on the beach with 2 separate swimming pools - one of them had a volleyball net! Staff was very friendly and service was always very quick. Our favourite was Mira Solo Bar. Such a great place to have a drink at happy hour and catch the sunset. The small plates here are soooo delicious! We also ate at sunset grill for dinner which was so tasty as well! We stayed in a King Bedroom with Ocean View balcony. It was very spacious, clean, and had a great view. A/C also worked really well. There s a spa at this hotel for calm relaxation too!

Loved the location and beach. Staff was wonderful. Hotel was under renovation at the time so a little noisy. Hence only 4 stars. Should be better now that repairs and updates are completed. Definitely would stay here on our next trip.

What a great resort. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the views and the property are great and the private beach superb.

Great beach, beautiful pool and nice staff. Rooms have been updated since the property was owned by the Radisson. It was our second time at this resort and will definitely be back.

Great location! Reserve your palapa on line. This location has walking access to many restaurants and some shopping - t shirts cigars etc.

Not the best I should say. Have seen more friendlier service inI other hotels. Front desk staff is very unfriendly and rude. My HHonors was not treated even with small requests made.

Beautiful resort. Incredible staff. Had an incredible dinner at the Sunset restaurant. The waiter was so accommodating and made us feel like royalty. Couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon. Definitely recommended!

I wish I could live at this place..I stayed at the adult section of the resort and trust me when I say here you will forget all about work and stress back home unless you bring those shenanigans with u... if I knew how laid back and relaxing this place was, i would of brought more casual stuff like shorts t-shirts and sandals I ended buying more slippers... beautiful place, amazing food and drinks all the time.. if u love that stuff prepare to gain some weight!! I know I did and visited the gym in the morning so I wouldn't feel so bad lol.. ohhhh and did I say this place is super clean!!? Amazing...A must go to place on the bucket list. I would love to bring my family next time.

What a paradise. Food was outstanding. Drinks were awesome, make sure to have the Aqua Aloe with gin. Rooms were clean and tidy, the whole hotel was spotless. The grounds were beautiful and the parrots were awesome. Breakfast buffet was delicious! The beach was beautiful and well groomed. The water was on the cool side but felt great after being cooked by the sun. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about going to Aruba.

I have been going here since it was the Radisson.
Hilton has been going down hill ever since.
Hilton Aruba tries to nickle and dime you for everything.
Drinks are around $15 and they measure the pour.
Fees fees and more fees.
Rooms were redecorated a few years ago, new carpet and paint.
WiFi is ok in room not so much at the beach.
Hilton does have the best beach.
Food is ok, Sunset grill is pricy but food is good. Servers on the beach are good. Pools are clean.
Some hallways and rooms smell musty. Maid service is very good. Beds are comfortable, bring your own pillow!!
TV is 50 flat screen.
We will be thinking of somewhere else next year.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. All rooms have balconies, small but nice. The hotel has 2 pools and is on a pretty beach. Only thing missing was a hot tub/Jacuzzi. It's location is within easy waking distance to restaurants and night life. The casino employees were like others said,not friendly.

Very bad attention. They charge you for everything even for using a.quitasol or palapa (as they call it) around the pool. 50 dollars. They ignore those who speak Spanish. When I speak English there are no problems. I speak Spanish are disrespectful and badly educated. I do not return to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our time at the Hilton Resort. The accommodations were great. One nice thing was the beach was right there. No need to walk across the street. The people were so helpful and pleasant. I'll definitely go back to the Hilton

Good structure of beach and pool. Large and comfortable room as usual in the Hilton chain. Well worth it.

This hotel is top notch! The people, service, accommodations, amenities, beach, pool, food, drinks, location and everything were perfect. We stood for 5 nights and it was the right amount as we loved every second of our stay. Checking in was a pleasure as they were very friendly, and checking out was simple also, thanks to Anastacia! The room and view was outstanding and we loved having the balcony to relax on and watch the sunset. The Mira Solo bar at night was very nice to grab a drink at, shout out to Jean Pierre who was super friendly our whole trip and was a great bartender. Every service member was great, it truly is One Happy Island! I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back!

Very disappointed with house keeping,
Went into our room and we didn't check out, took belongings of ours, and when reported to front desk, manager Manny and his supervisor, we were not treated with any respect, and have not heard back from them since, even though they said that they would contact us the next day,

Clean and lovely hotel. Had more amenities and bonuses as Radisson. Have to pay for palapas now or be at the resort at a designated time to get one. ( That system is flawed as well, the woman in front of us was able to book 3 palapas for her friends even though they weren't present). There used to be free coffee and muffins, pastries and fruit as Radisson. We spent 40$ every morning for what used to be included. These aren't deal breakers but when paying a premium to stay here, those little bonuses are definitely nice and appreciated. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the restaurants are amazing. Carlos at sunset grille is the kindest and coolest ( my kids thought he was the best). Overall we love this place but a few extras like a free good cup of coffee in the morning would be really nice. The beach can't be beat. Shopping is close, many restaurants to choose from nearby.

We.ve stayed in this hotel over eight times and treat it as home when we're staying. We will continue to stay here in the future too. Once Aruba's coconut plantation, now a beautiful resort, it made Aruba into what it is today

I can not find anything bad to say about this hotel. The room was spacious and well maintained. The restaurants we're very good. The pools we're clean and very inviting. All of the staff that we interacted with we're friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating mainly on the check in experience. 415 and still waiting for a room. I showed up 1pm expecting a wait for a busy weekend yet have Gold Status. No recommendations on checking in for wait time, just keep stopping by the front desk. We are now 15+ past the wait time when they knew we were waiting (mind you many people have checked in and received rooms much after). We are basically missing our friends rehearsal being held at the venue to change and shower for the event..... still no one has even walked over to us to come check us in... I rarely would even imaging posting before getting a room or much less leaving a stay.

Absolutely loved every second at the Hilton in Aruba. Family friendly resort with all the amenities you could ask for plus steps to the beach We will be back. The staff are also amazing!!!

Very good indeed, clean bedding delicious and bed linen even better. Pool show, food great. And the best the sea ... which is right there almost an extension of the pool. What was lacking was a mini-structure for the child and baby, for example a changer with a changing table, a mini-vase to prepare meals, and a microwave-breaking branch for baby-bottle heating and baby food.

Move over Hyatt, the Hilton is amazing !!! I have to say the service at the Hilton is amazing. I had to 2 rooms booked and when I checked in they surprised us with a room upgrade to a awesome suite. I have to give special thank you to Nelson and Cynthia for making our stay the best ever!!

I have been coming to Aruba for 15 years and about 3 time a year . I have stayed at every hotel and the Hilton by far is the best . 5 Stars for service and the rooms, food , activities are great.

Hilton has done it right!! They surely know how to treat there guest.
