Poker room has good dealers, but it has always been super smokey. They keep the room soo cold folks close off the vents so it just gets more smokey. May as well let people smoke right at the table - they are only 5' away.
Close to many good local foods and the beach is pretty nice too.
Beautiful grounds though the beach was extremely crowded to the point where it was better to stay at the pool. Some staff was very friendly and others were not. When we asked questions and actually looked to upgrade it seemed like we were bothering the staff.
Rooms and grounds were very well taken care of. Our housekeeper was Violet wonderful. We had the best waitress at the overpriced breakfast buffet. Cecilia was very welcoming and happy. you can count on her for smile and a fresh pot of coffee without having to ask.
After our most recent trip to the Hilton Aruba we may have a new favorite in the Caribbean.
The resort is beautiful, very well kept and modern. Plenty of outdoor space everywhere you want to be. The beach is the largest around, the pools are sprawling, with many comfortable lounge areas and dining options.
The food, wow, the Sunset Grille! Well appointed dining room is great but we loved the terrace! If you're looking for a special experience or just a great meal with truly dedicated service, you'll find it here.
The location is perfect. Right next to lots of dining, shopping and nightlife options. Parking lot is secure and free for guests.
All of the staff at the resort were helpful and nice to interact with. We couldn't have had a better experience!

It is a really beautiful place. Its green areas, pool, beach. Very nice environment. Much hospitality. The entrance is beautiful that waterfall gives a lot of life.

Well located hotel near several shopping malls and restaurants. The common areas are beautiful, gardens, living, restaurants and very friendly staff. The room is large, large, comfortable, quiet but old-fashioned, the floor is carpeted, which is unacceptable to me in a seaside hotel. Weaknesses: Even when booking with no pre payment require system through Booking it is necessary to pay 1/3 of the daily rates in advance to guarantee the reverse. Check in is at 16hs and will not let you in before, even if you request early check in, only if you are hilton honnors. There is card for everything: towels, food, casino and if you do not present them (because they are several and you do not want to worry about carrying multiple cards on vacation) it is impossible to use the hotel services and detail no one explains this to you on arrival. The cleaning of the room takes place around 15hs, time to return from the beach and take a shower, I do not know why the maids have been talking through the corridors since before 9:00. And the biggest nonsense is having to pay $ 50 a day to use the chairs is beach umbrellas. I will definitely not be using Hilton hotels again, for me it was too bureaucratic and disorganized.
Excellent facility with extremely helpful staff. All of the amenities are available. This vacation will have a special place in our memories. I would love to return after we cross off a few of our other places on our bucket list.
What a beautiful resort on a beautiful island! Staff was professional and attentive. Food at Gilligan's was great. Make sure to reserve a palapa! Would definitely return!
Resort is very nice, spotless clean. Stuff is super friendly. Plenty of restaurants on property or in short walking distant. Beach is perfect. Very wide and is not overcrowded. There is a bar and a restaurant right on the beach. Very convenient. Important: reserve palapas in advance online.
One of the best property in Aruba! This Hilton doesn t have the feel of a traditional Hilton but yet it does, it embraces the Arubiana vibes with that Hilton standard. The staff is more then helpful and beyond friendly.
