My family and myself had the BEST time in Aruba and the Hilton was for sure the highlight of the trip. When I return to Aruba, I will be staying at the Hilton again! The grounds were breathtakingly beautiful and so well taken care of. All of the staff members were beyond courteous and friendly. Overall, such an amazing time. We reserved palapas at the beach for most of our days at the Hilton and had the pleasure of being served by Erika from Beach Bites. She was so wonderful!! Very attentive and super friendly. Hopefully we get to have her wait on us again when we return! Regarding the palapas, I highly recommend reserving them in advance. We experienced a lot of angry guests who made themselves at home under an empty palapa only to find out that it had already been reserved when the owners showed up. We even had to (politely) kick someone out of our reserved palapa one afternoon. Our housekeeper, Louisa, was also so lovely! She was very patient with us as we had a tendency to show up to our room while she was in the middle of cleaning. She also left us extra water bottles which we greatly appreciated! We did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Hilton due to personal eating preferences nor did we utilize spa services so I cannot speak on those. The location of the Hilton is great and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is a short $31 taxi ride from the airport as well. Highly recommend!!!

Quite worn out, but still Hilton quality. The only strange thing was to find out you have to book palapas previous day at 4 pm, so don't miss to take your place in the line. In case you return from excursion late, then you are not so lucky, you will have to rent a tent from entrepreneurs on the beach.
Hilton have talking parrots show, which is amazing also to grown-ups, not only to kids.

An absolutely pristine resort on Palm Beach. I cannot wait to return. This resorts, the grounds and the staff, stand head and shoulders above rest of the resorts in Palm Beach. I cannot wait to return. If you are here, walk to to the Riu property next door and you will see an immediate difference.

Great location in the most popular beach in Aruba. Palm beach area has a selection of various 5+ stars hotels, but Hilton offers great value, modern facilities, very good & friendly service and a casino that features table games, slots and poker after 7pm in the evening. We visited for a day and loved the beach side casino space. Definitely one of the best hotels in Aruba!

Love this hotel! Such a perfect location and gorgeous beach. My boyfriend and I came here for a get a way from the cold New England weather. The staff is super friendly and want to make your vacation special. The lobby, room and view from our balcony was breathtaking. There s everything you need at the resort but there are also shops, restaurants, and bars right across the street, super convenient for a night out.

The dinner restaurant at the hotel, Sunset Grille, was divine and romantic. BEST French onion soup and sea bass we ve ever had (and we are super foodies). Also wonderful service from ERROLL, very professional and friendly. He paced out our meal being very understanding we were on a vacation in no rush. The Laguna restaurant buffet was excellent and GUILLERMO was awesome!!!! He refilled our mimosas for us which was so fun because we felt pampered and encouraged to have fun. Castaways by the pool had yummy fish tacos, fast service. Woman who took our room service order was also a sweetheart on the phone and gentlemen who brought it was so great. Servers have 15 percent added gratuity to the bill, I wish it was an automatic 20 percent for them because they work so hard and are so nice. Hopefully their hourly wage is higher than normal.

The hotel gift shop was convenient for anything you could imagine if you forgot it at home.

The Eforea spa here was perfection and one of the best parts. Massage therapist did a fantastic job as we had just rode ATVs the day before and we were so sore. Very high end and the staff there are so kind and treat you like royalty. It is expensive (but worth it) so definitely milk everything you can from it by using all of the amenities. My boyfriend and I were in the outside cabana and we loved it but might choose inside next time because it was on the noisy beach. Still fantastic and ended with mimosas in the courtyard.

The white sand beach and gorgeous turquoise water were a beautiful sight underneath our palapa where we drank tropical drinks, read a book and listened to music.

I will be super honest knock off one star for three things but we would absolutely still return but we will be aware for next time. We did not complain because they were just small things to be weary of and could be fixed right off the bat so you can enjoy the other wonderful 99 percent of the hotel. We also didn t want to risk losing our gorgeous view from the balcony. First, our mattress was so sunken in on my side. I love firm mattresses, but it had a crater on my side I sank into and my back hurt so bad every morning. Just check right away when you get there. I m sure it was probably just mine. Also the water in the shower turns hot and cold the whole time, I saw other reviews affirming my paranoia. Third, mixed drinks had little to no alcohol or watered down. Mind you, I don t like drinks that taste super boozy, sign of a terrible drink in my opinion but I literally could taste nothing and no matter how much I drank I felt not even a slight buzz which was what I was aiming for. I obviously cannot know 100 percent if this is true but it makes sense for profit and to make sure guests don t get too drunk. Again, just speculating and could be completely wrong.

Overall, Hilton Aruba was incredible and would highly recommend!!!!!!!! :)

Pool bar beware - The bartenders are trained not to credit your card when they admittedly make an ordering mistake.

Instead their solution is to "have another drink" not that this is a problem in most cases but not this time and they would not credit my card as stated "their machines cannot process a credit on a card.....".. waaaaaaaht?
When I'm obviously being rolled I'll take a stand finally the manager nodded and told him to credit me but it never materialized on the credit card statement.

This took time to settle at the bar which was a bit embarrassing for me and yet for $13 this is the $13 review they earned.

Hotel itself was very nice and most of the staff was pleasant. Our issue was with the front desk. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in for three hours, though we were told to continue to check in the status of the room. Once checked in, they put a hold on my card for the room of $150, which would be returned at checkout and was not an issue. What was an issue were the charges the following morning that were being held, an additional $577.02 and another for $190.00. When we went to the front desk about this, we were told it was making sure the card was good for the price of the rooms and were brushed off. Having $917.02 being held by the hotel hindered our ability to enjoy Aruba. Upon checkout, we also found that someone had rented cabanas for the price of $525, and had eating charges of $78, to our room, and supposedly the front desk could not take the charges off without confirming with the cabana rentals. This was a rental for a week long use of cabana, however we only stayed three nights. They said they would email with confirmation when it went through that the charge had been removed as this was obviously not our cabana, however we have yet to receive that email. The $150 and $190 have been returned, however the $577.02 has not and is still being held, with no email explaining why, which we asked for. Will not stay here again. Additionally, they charge over $220 in fees upon checkout which nobody tells you about at checkin.

The hotel and grounds are gorgeous and the staff was fantastic! I would recommend renting a palapa for your stay because that was great! The beach is absolutely breath-taking! I would recommend this hotel over and over again. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is lovely. It's conveniently located nearby the main attractions. Bars, restaurants, the piers, beaches and plenty of shopping are easily accessible. Beds were comfy and hot shower was on point! Look forward to coming here again.

My GF and I just returned from a quick 4 day trip ...

My GF and I just returned from a quick 4 day trip to Aruba where we stayed at the Hilton Resort & Spa. We have a fantastic time on the property, leaving it only once to explore what else Palm Beach could offer. The service at the outdoor bars and at the Palapa was great. The property is full of Palm trees and beautiful gardens & plants. We spent most of our days on the beach where we ordered food and drinks from Gilligan's restaurant on the property - everything we had was delicious - Lobster Roll, Burger, Wraps, Fried Shrimp, etc..was delicious. The beach was expansive and never seemed too crowded. The Mira Bar, located on the same level as the Lobby, had entertainment each night with quality performers. The bar shares a kitchen with the Sunset Grille, which serves some of the best Ahi Tuna I've had (I think we ate 3 of these apps during our 4 day stay). Be sure to reserve your Palapa at 4pm the day prior for a great beach setup (free of charge to guests). Can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!

I was shocked to get all the way to Aruba and find that disgusting and dated bathroom. It was a birthday trip. We took a week off of work and it was a Hilton. What a major disappointment. That was an old motel or gas station bathroom. It ruined my entire trip. Don t go!!!

I haven't really decided about the Hilton yet. We were there for nine days and had to call room service five times because the toilet did not work. The prices at the restaurant was way inflated. We found ourselves going across the street or in other restaurants to eat.

If you have a chance to. Stay at the Costa Linda do it. We have stayed there for 10 years and have enjoyed every minute. We will go back there next year instead of the Hilton. Enjoy Aruba it's a great place to vacation. So many things to do and some beautiful shopping areas and a lot of water sports

Beautiful layout of the hotel with welcoming reception staff; several pools; plenty activities including resident parrot show: photo opertunity; the hotel is situated on a guarded sandy beach with ample sports facilities; buffet breakfast is out of this world, but for dinner go across the road.

This is my third time staying there. Nice location and overall most of the staff is pretty friendly. Not too happy about the new tariffs that they charge at checkout ...be aware of the extra cost. The woman who checked us in, I believe her name is Vicky, was a little fast talking and borderline rude. When I shook my head at the cost of the buffet she said something in her native language to her coworker that I could tell was not pleasant. Don t think we will be staying at this hotel next time we come to Aruba.

There's no more Executive lounge for Diamond Members.

I came on our anniversary trip and they gave us a room with a double bed...

*Update: After we complained, they upgraded us to a king bed room with a "partial" ocean view (emphasis on the partial) and offered us some drink tickets to compensate.

There is a reason not too many bathroom pics on the site.... old bath/shower.... needs an upgrade soon.... room itself was ok but not like the Hilton we normally expect

Front desk reception was poor.... waited 2h hours to get our room, had to keep asking for it

Receptionist at front desk was rude and did not seem to care

Bartenders are slow and not very friendly

But the worst part is they charge 45-55$ a day for the cabanas at the beach, considering the price they charge a night this is ridiculous

We stayed 3 days before here at the Eagle Beach Resort and Casino... it was much better, much bigger room, huge bathroom and shower, friendly staff, no charge cabanas or chairs and much less expensive

Location and staff were amazing! Traveling during a pandemic is tough, hotel was clean and all staff took all health precautions. Breakfast was excellent with endless mimosas. Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Only thing missing was a jacuzzi but will definitely come and stay again.
