Not a great hotel.

Not a great hotel.
No heat - the heat was broken despite the fact that it's still freezing outside; just cold air.
No bath - which is something I have never seen before in a hotel.
The shower curtain is about 6" too short, so every morning I have to waste most of the towels mopping up the water.
Reading the impersonal generic replies from the hotel for other reviews, was VERY disappointing. One person clearly had merchandise that was stolen and the hotel did not address that portion of his comment.
I would not let someone else's testimonial effect my rating, but I felt the need to let the hotel know that people actually read these reviews, and most definitely read the replies "from the owner" to see how the hotel responds to concerns and complaints. I find the replies to be the greatest gauge in regards to how the hotel ACTUALLY operates, and how they will handle a problem should one arise. Generic replies here prove their lack of real understanding and concern. They give hollow, political replies that mean NOTHING. No one wants to read about how your hotel has better standards and you are surprised by negative reviews.
Some things were ok, but honestly, who cares about the rest if you are so cold that you need to wear a t-shirt and 3 sweaters to bed?
IF you reply, please make some effort and write like a human instead of copy and pasting a corporate response.

Nice hotel in downtown Toronto. It was not smack dab in the middle of the city, yet very close to much of the city. We walked to Hockey Hall of Fame from here although it was a bit of a hike. The Air Canada Centre is close by. In the winter there is a free ice rink only a minute walk from the hotel and many restaurants nearby. There is a bar which is open very late which you can get to through the hotel lobby, but the bar does not take away from the nice atmosphere of the hotel and we never noticed any excess noise. Highly recommend.

One of my favourite places to stay when in Toronto. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff are fantastic and accommodating. They have underground parking and the Amsterdam Brewhouse is right across the street.

Good Hotel to visit Toronto. Close to the CN tower the Rodgers Center and the aquarium. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Pool with views of the lake and the tower. The only thing is that to go to the center you have to go with public transport.

Got the room on a booking website for a discount. Pleasantly surprised with what we found. King sized bed in a giant, modernized room. Limited encounters with staff but no issues with what I had. Amazing restaurant less than a minute walk away. Would stay on this waterfront hotel again.

Great location at walking distance to the CN tower and right next to one of Toronto's bike share station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower had good water pressure, however they decided to design the shower box without a door. After a shower the bathroom floor would get soaked.

I loved this place simply because of how well I slept. I only had a one-night stay, but I had a chance to eat in the restaurant and experience the service, and it was comforting and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable. I woke up without the back pain that I often get sleeping in a hotel. Would stay again.

Due to Covid and travel restrictions, my wife and I have decided to do staycations to have some quality time together. After doing some online review research, I selected Radisson Admiral Harbourfront (now Radisson Blu Harbourfront) due to their overwhelming positive reviews and beautiful location/views of the waterfront and area. I called to make a reservation and spoke to Rema. Now normally I would do a review after my stay(and I will update this review after our stay in February) but Rema was so fantastic that I needed to start the review now. She was one of the most pleasant people I have ever spoken to! She was so kind, friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. You could just tell that her kindness is sincere, it who she is. Upon learning I was not a rewards member, she advised me of the savings I could get from this booking. She was able to sign me up in seconds and I did save a lot from the price per night cost. I chose the corner King suite and Rema recommended the southeast room facing the lake and Amsterdam brewery. As I know the city well, I was torn between the southeast corner or southwest corner room. I opted for Rema s recommendation requesting the highest possible floor.

Came by for a social event nearby but the hotel was hosting the accommodation including parking. Didnt stay over night but the hotel was nice and clean, lighting is dim and not bright/lit. Gives it a ease mellow feeling. Some may prefer that, I personally found it rather shady. Shop at lobby closed early so that was a bumper. Overall decent hotel.

worst hotel in dt Toronto! reserved two beds and only got one. it's ok but no one shows regret. very unfriendly staffs.

construction starts from 5 am to midnight, making this hotel literally a hell. had to stay out for the entire day to escape the HUGE noise.

Room was nice, I liked the updated look without carpet, nice wood floors. Lighting was very complementary to the look. The power had gone out several days before at the hotel. Our room had two huge generators right outside the window. I believe that the hotel should have informed us of the noise and then given us a choice to get a different room or to cancel our booking and look somewhere else. Olso, the power was scheduled to be restored sometime early in the morning leaving only the emergency power. I do believe that we should have been informed. To inform a guest is the best way to keep a customer.

Good location, close enough to downtown and right next to the Harbour front. In the winter bring your skates and hit the rink at the waterfront. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Excellent location on the water and a fair price for that area. Very polite and courteous staff. A lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Be careful driving in and out of the parking garage, there are a lot of blind corners and very steep car ramps.

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel and I was totally impressed! Right on the harbourfront, the room was beautiful and I love that there was no carpet in my room! The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and there was always someone at the front desk! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

I was there with my girlfriend at the Pawsway doing WoofJocks, the scenery and area is amazing not my first time there but amazing place day or night, some of the people how ever can be unsavory, tho with a police station right on site there shouldn't be much hassle. Also an amazing place for Pokemon Go personally I think Niantic should host a special Pokemon event here in Toronto with different boroughs containing concentrated people of around the world there could be special spawns only in those area respective to the country representation.
