Extremely upset with my stay at the Radisson Admiral Toronto recently. Stayed there for 6 nights total. They double charged my card!! Charged me for the full amount and then each night charged my card per night. The room was dirty. There was a huge brown stain behind the TV on the dresser. Another huge brown stain on the floor to match. There was 2 beds in the room, one of them had brown/red stains and gross marks in the sheets/blankets. Thankfully we only needed 1 bed and the other one seemed okay. When I originally booked the hotel, I was told the pool would be open for my stay. Upon arrival I was told the pool would not be open for any of the 6 nights I would be there. I was extremely disappointed by this as the only reason I picked that hotel to begin with is the had the highest rated pool in Toronto. The bathroom had just a shower, no tub. There was only one glass panel to the shower and the other side completely open. This design made water get all over the floor and made a huge mess. Needed to keep using towels to clean up the water mess. The staff was rude and gave me attitude when I would request more towels and never brought the full requested amount (only 4!) The door wouldn't shut when we left our room and found this out the hard way. We left for over 6 hours and came back and our door was open ajar. You need to push the door shut everytime you left the room. I'm pretty sure $100 went missing from our room as well but we have no actual proof. Overall I would never stay or recommend this hotel chain to anyone. There is a lot better and cheaper options out there! If you have the chance to stay somewhere else, I would do so. Don't waste your money at this place. Told them about my issues and they didn't care at all. Very bad customer service to top off this horrible experience.

Decent hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Bathroom lacked a fan which was disappointing. Not a fan of the door that connects you to another hotel room.

Overall though good experience and good pricing.

This is one of my favorite hotels. Bright modern - rooms are small but well designed, great showers, friendly staff, good location. Starbucks downstairs, gym, business centre and restaurant on site. The views from the rooms cannot be beat, rooms have multiple windows.

Nice rooms at a reasonable price in a prime spot. It's located on the waterfront next to a TTC streetcar line. It's within walking distance of Rogers Centre and several bars and restaurants. A lot is happening around it during the warm weather months.

Came for a fun birthday weekend by the pool...

Upon arrival they let us know that the pool would be closed early for a special event. I advised the manager that we booked this hotel specifically for the pool and made plans around staying here. His first reaction was would you like to cancel your reservation . He later agreed to refund 180. Although nice to refund a bit, it doesn t go far when we are paying to go to another pool bar at 50 dollars per person... terrible customer service.

The pool is nice if you plan on sleeping, no music or service. Your better off at another hotel or staying somewhere cheaper and paying to go to a pool bar. As they are getting ready for the event there are a lot of people setting up. Not nice for a relaxing day by the pool. Wouldn t come back

Unfortunately we were put in a very first room next to a door with a loud handle that separates the hall way and lobby/elevator. I was taken up there time throughout the night by people opening the door and chatted loudly by the elevator or within hallway. The situation didn't get better, I was waken up 6 am by the door again and was not able to fall back to sleep this time. The front desk staff did offer free parking and told us we could get ear plugs next time. Hope they find a quieter solution for the door!

We were there waiting for a tour to begin and the hotel staff was beyond helpful. They asked contextualizing questions so my wife and I no only got on the tour, but maximized our time at various stops.

We made a last minute reservation and found a somewhat reasonable rate. Location is so good. We had a beautiful view of Lake Ontario.

Short streetcar to Union Station where you can access the subway to anywhere in the city.

Our room was spacious, clean and very, very quiet for a downtown location. I would return on that point alone!

We had a fantastic a-la-carte breakfast. The English Breakfast bowl was delicious and very filling. My mom loved her Admiral Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The orange julep & blueberry smoothies were also very good.

Would highly recommend a stay here. Ask for a room with a view of the harbour. You are steps away from Harbourfront and ferry to the Toronto islands.

Note we were able to check in earlier than 3 pm which was very helpful as I was traveling with my 85-year old mother.

Parking was $26 plus tax but with in/out privileges and access up to 6 pm the next day.

Hope to return... loved it THAT much!

Stayed in a 'premium' room Feb 2015 at the front facing the Amsterdam pub & on the notepad on the writing desk you could see the imprint that somebody had written on the previous sheet.. it said 'Hookers'... Also regularly saw 'hired' women arriving/leaving the hotel... I took photos of the hotel room & entered it's location & room number and uploaded to traffikcam app to help identify hotel rooms where sex trafficking is occurring... Suggest you do the same... Hope the staff, especially the rude one I dealt with on the front desk on 1 occasion have stamped it out or call the police if they suspect somebody is being 'hired' out against their will or otherwise in rooms they 'manage' .

Very nice 3-star hotel. The standard king-size beds are a nice touch and the rooms are sizeable, comfortable, and modern. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is not the best for tourism or food, but is manageable if you need to be near the waterfront for work or are aiming at spending leisure time in the entertainment district.

Parked here for a Jays game. It was $20, which is cheaper than most of the lots close to skydome. It was also underground so no fear of rain. Exit and enter through the lobby. Recommended!

Nice hotel. Not very fancy but it is clean and has a comfy bed. It also has a very nice pool overlooking the harbor with a good view of the water. It is a great spot to stay if your going to the Rogers Centre, CN tower or Air Canada.

Not to have TV service has really ruined our hotel stay experience in Toronto. This was our first time here and we will always have this bad memory of our stay. Probably will never come back.

I wasn't there much, just spent the day on the second floor atrium for work training. It was a really nice facility and the food provided was and the staff were courteous and friendly.

So far so good. Booked online. We don't check in until Dec 19th. We called to find out if a very late check in would be a problem and front desk was very accommodating explaining that if we are to be any later than midnight just call ahead to keep someone at front desk for us. Will update review after our stay. Looking forward to it.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. 3 minute walk from Rogers, located in the harbour area - lots to see and do within walking distance. Did have problems with this visit - found lots of hair in shower area - did inform front staff and the "manger" went up to review and fix - but his eyes must be poor; when we entered 2 minutes later the hair remained in the shower area. All he did was roll up the shower mat and put it under the sink. When they called to see how things were - I informed them that the hair remained in the shower, I was told house keeping would fix in the morning. Problem was NOT resolved as per their regular high standards.

Visited to use the outdoor pool facilities. Very nice view of the lake with backdrop of the CN Tower. Waitresses are professorial and service was very good indeed. Pool water is clean and of high quality. Food is very good too.
We've been there a few times. Last visit water temperature was high, possibly duo to the hot day we had. Over all totally recommend this place.

Great location coupled by an amazing facility and professional courteous staff.
The room, although not the largest in sq feet, was beautifully appointed and the floor to ceiling wall of windows was a great touch.
Will Def recommend and return.
Special mention to Cameron on front desk, above and beyond my friend! Keep up the great work.

Exceptional customer service and spacious rooms! Add to that a scenic setting, European styling, unbeatable location and attention to details. Standard room still had so much room! Floor to ceiling glass that was actually quite sound proof, which we found a huge issue at other hotels in that area. No carpeting in the rooms but lovely Scandinavian style flooring and furnishings and details, like modern chairs designed for comfort and style. Loved the bathroom! No scrimping on lovely soaps etc., bath sheets, with lots of everything. Massive shower with a thoughtful foot spout to adjust to the perfect temperature before committing, a well stocked mini Kuerg, fridge, safe etc. We never waited for an elevator, the staff was friendly and clearly proud of the hotel. So many views to choose from and 2 minute stroll down to the Lake and the Amsterdam Brewery. The hotel also has a good restaurant and outside pool. Our room had two double beds which were very comfortable and had 4 lovely pillows each. Price wise, I booked directly after checking booking site prices, and they were happy to beat it by a nickel! 15 minute stroll to Union Station and 5 to the Sky Dome, Ripley's, etc. Will definitely be returning!

Only went there to park, so we could walk around downtown with the car safe. Ended up paying $30 flat rate for 2 hours of parking. Didn't know it was going to cost so much until we were already underground. They sure know how to sucker you in
