The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the hotel staff very friendly.
Great place to stay. Right by the water lots of cool things to do
Great location with a nice pool patio overlooking Lake Ontario. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
Rooms are beautiful but Windows and walls are paper thin. You need ear plugs for proper sleep.
Offers best in class service at the heart of Toronto, the restaurant offers great food and premium service. The staff were very friendly. I specially enjoyed pool side area. Love this location and it's vibe.
Hotel room was large and clean. Parking was very tight and difficult to find.
Our room was so dirty when we got there we had to complain our fridge also didn t work so they had to call house keeping and a electrician this was a huge inconvenience for us as we had somewhere we needed to be and had to get ready, they offered us free breakfast to make up for inconvenience when we headed back to the room... well you can see these photos are AFTER house keeping was there for a second time I don t even think they came ... all the ice machines were broken except one on the 3rd floor kinda annoying when your on the top floor to keep going down the reason it has three stars is because the staff at the front desk was absolutely amazing and very apologetic even though we know it was not their fault at all ( we stood there when they called house keeping and call them again to see if they were done )they gave us a discount at check out which was nice I don t know I just expected more of a hotel that costs the way it does
We stayed in an amazing room, the hotel is right next to one of the best restaurant/brewery in Toronto and a 5 minute Uber to the Scotiabank center for you Leaf fans.
Great service, very courteous staff as well.
We've decided it will be our place to stay when we visit Toronto.
First time staying in a Radisson property and exceed my expectations even before arriving!
5* Customer service, friendly and effective communication by email, and at check-in. We were visiting the city to celebrate a special occasion and they were very kind to offer us a free upgrade. Also, they honored all our requests, high floor, rooms next to each other. So we were delighted!
The rooms were spacious, clean and with lovely views to the lake.
Location was also great, a short 10 min walk to the CN tower.
Our coffee machine stopped working and HK replaced it immediately.
Great location. Clean rooms. Noisy corridors and can hear noise from Street outside and neighbouring rooms.
Decent rooms, friendly staff. There's a breakfast/lunch place on the fifth floor and a Starbucks in the lobby and onsite paid parking. Was 15$ per day for us with in and out privaleges who j isn't too bad in the area. The city view side of the hotel looks at the cn tower which isn't too bad either.
Reserved and paid for the room months in advance and requested a roll away bed. Upon check in we were told none were available. $370.00 per night and no rollaway? Also no cable TV you are stuck with local channels or pay per view movie @ $24.99 each! Sorry we do not recommend.
Wonderful hospitality. We will definitely stay here again.
I was here for an event so can not really give information abnout th or rooms. Location is convenient as it is by the harbour front. Slow to downtown and transit. Service was very good.
Wonderful staff and clean rooms. I wish the Starbucks in the hotel would have stayed upended later though.
I was very impressed with this hotel and exceeded expectations. Rooms were nicely done and modern. Has a great location, especially if you are there in the summer, right by harbourfront and next door to the Amsterdam ale House which is a great restaurant. The price was very reasonable too for downtown.
Great views of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower. All the amenities, friendly service. Pretty pricy, however it is in one of the best spot of the city. Near down town and the water. Yes. You can have it all.
Beautiful hotel, sadly we had a power cut the whole stay however the staff couldn't have done anymore
Nice staff, clean hotel.
"Fancy, not functional" is a good catch all here.
Rooms are loud, could hear other people showering in bed as parts in our bathroom would vibrate. They clean around 8-9am so no chances to sleep in with all the noise.
Shower only has a half glass door, so a ton of water gets out if you move around inside. Shower heads spit out water like a machine gun, high pressure.
Free water was nice. Has a mini fridge in rooms.
Rooms were very clean and spacious. Check in a breeze. Shower pressure strong enough to take skin off. Pool area was very enjoyable, only issue was you never got served if you were over 40 and glamourous. Otherwise a great stay, spitting distance to CN tower and the baseball stadium, and 20 steps to the hop on hop off bus stop 17. They store your bags after checkout so you can utilise the pool or continue to sightsee. Would be back.
loved it... perfect for my needs. On the water, safe. Away from the hustle and bussle of Downtown but close enough for a quick $5.00 Uber up the street to the club district and restaurants
Went to the restaurant. Terrible experience. No customer service. The food was inexcusable for the price. Charges like fine dining. But delivers like a chef in training quality
Great service, spacious rooms with fantastic views. Its like being on vacation. Pool is phenomenal ... views of the lake and CN Tower.
Fantastic location! Outdoor pool and restaurant overlooking Toronto harbour. Love it.
I stayed 1 evening and parked my vehicle in the attached underground parking. My window was smashed in and the hotel has basically said, sorry about your luck but it s not our problem. They don t care.
Hotel clean and friendly. Nice staff. Fitness center not equipped enough
Awsome hotel. Right down on the lake by amsterdam brew house. Nice pool on the 5th floor outside with the cn tour in the vack ground. Highly recommend this place
Great hotel. Great services but getting in the area is a little tough.
Overall good experience and good customer service. But not what I would expect in value for the price paid. Decent rooms, but uncomfortable pillows and less than perfectly clean bathroom. Would only stay here again for convenience in location, not for the value.
A nice harbourfront hotel and event space, I went for the event space.
I was at this hotel to park for the event and the location is amaizing. Right in the core of toronto downtown and right next to the lake. Great hotel!
Great location. Right by the lake and a pedestrian friendly area!
Central a few meters from the tower and other tourist attractions of Toronto, recommended
The room was clean and comfortable. TV is not in HD.
Stayed on 16 October, all things were going well but in the morning, there was no water supply so I left without bathing and all things were messed up. Hotel should refund my money.
Amazing location, 10 min walk from union station and from scotiabank arena (formerly air cananda center), 5 min walk from the cn tower and rogers arena. Right next to the harbourfront, lots of bars and breweries nearby. The hotel was incredibly clean and service was friendly. Many restaurants in the hotel. Beautiful pool area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all amenities. A little on the expensive side but definitely worth it when compared with what you get. Right near bus stops as well, amazing location. The parking garage however only goes up to 6 ft, if your vehicle does not fit it must be parked outside and that is charged.
Greeted by a kind and quiet friendly staff, this is a refined escape from the jungle. Although not a fan of hardwood laminates anywhere least of all at a 4 star hotels. Its cold its loud it echoes which is fine in loft style condos but when you think that a room fetches $6000/mth this is not appropriate and the finishing is a horror like none other. unfinished edges everywhere sloppy painting drips it looks like a high school shop practice center. The restaurant is an absolute perfect balance of hip trendy traditional fusion..amazing ideas executed to perfection...that really boosted the 3 star guest rooms to make this Radisson a 4 star player. Go eat here even if you sleep elsewhere
Quiet and clean modern suite.
Great location.
Really good location and the room was well maintained. Only complaint was the TV had a fuzzy image, but, didn't watch TV anyway.
This is the most incredibly staffed hotel by far including the amazing staff that helped us Maria (at the front desk) , and Scott (the pool lounge), These two staff members in particular were so attentive to our every need and help to make sure we had the best say possible. 10/10 would recommend.
Had a good time, great locations and friendly staff
My close friends stay here whenever in Toronto, its actually in a great location & they love it.
They have been going there for over 20yrs.
I personally don't find it very accessible or staff well trained.
Modern clean and friendly. Good position in Downtown
The food was good, and the service was exceptional. Amazing place for drinks.
It was a very clean comfortable room. Only thing is we asked for lake view and it was there if we looked real hard.
Location is about off, it's on the other side of the the highway from downtown. But not that far. The venue is good for small size events, there is a Starbucks there for coffee of needed, their catering is pretty good there
The food is not the best, the service is okay, and the staff is a little snobby... but the view is great.
Great and beautiful hotel on Lake Ontario. Very modern and our room was upgraded without asking and for free.
Went for a social event where dinner was a part of the package. The food was amazingly good.
Nice hotel, great location close to sporting events, great staff.
Place was beautiful. Stuff seemed to be broken. No instructions on how to get upstairs though the elevator
Was here in a 2 double bed room. Bathroom was very clean and bright. Beds were firm and comfy. Had to double up pillows but otherwise the room felt very high quality. There were ample plugs and charging for cellphones, etc. Plus a little keurig and TV.
This Radisson is in a great location in Toronto and the rooms are very nice and modern.
The radisson is a very nice and modern hotel. The rooms have hard wood floors and are updated. Free water in the fridge is a nice touch. Some aspects are more about the design over functionality such as the shower with no door, but other than that the hotel is great.
Small hotel, but right downtown and the views are stunning. Also the service is exceptional, sure made my Warped Tour trip better!
Well located, beautiful view close to CN Tower and Union Station
Location, location, location!
View of the lake activities.
Beautiful outside pool deck.
Was not an overnight guest but while passing by, had to extremely use the washroom. The hotel staff kindly guided me in the right direction without denying me the usage of the facilities. Thank you!
Great view from the 5th floor. Friendly and helpful staff. A hidden gem
