We have stayed at the Radisson Admiral Hotel several times and have had a great stay all the time. The staff there have been so kind and helpful at ensuring our stay goes well. Special thanks to Nadia, Isianna and Rima. We look forward to our next stay very soon!

The location and branding of the hotel are distinct in Toronto Harbourfront. The convenience of walking to the lake and nearby attractions is a great feature of the hotel. The exterior and interior are satisfyingly comfortable.
Super location Hotel chose during our stay, we took it for location and were not disappointed. It is very well located in front of the Marina. The rooms are very good, clean and spacious. The welcome is perfect, everything is done to make you comfortable, we had a great time!
It was alright, the view was nice but not at any point did I say to myself "wow I got my money's worth" the room wasn't finished being renovated the breakfast was horrible and I'm sorry but charging $70 for breakfast on top of what you have to pay to have the room is just stupid. Their just wasn't anything that made me stop and say yes this is what I imagined it would be like. The tv was crap non of the channels came in and the phone would ring but you couldn't talk to anyone cause it didn't work there was a hole in the wall, the fridge was broken and the towels smelt moldy. Not worth the money at all very disappointed.
Great hotel with a wonderful view of the water on one side and the CN tower on the other. I enjoyed the 5th floor deck overlooking the water. Pool is great. Great location. Close to everything. Do not book anywhere else. All of the other hotels in Toronto were large and in congested areas.
High-end hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Very nice room, great view of Lake Ontario. Huge bed. Quality services. Pool on the rooftop overlooking the CN tower. Sports Hall. I highly recommend.
The hotel itself is lovely. Sign up for the free membership to receive an upgraded room (waterview). The hotel is clean and stylish. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown and everything is within walking distance. The parking situation really frustrated me. Parking is listed as being $15 a day. The hotel has a package deal, which is twice the price! There was no benefit or need to go through the hotel then and it is quite the cash grab. For that reason alone I would not go again.
Paid for a day pass for the outdoor pool and enjoyed the service and drinks. Very friendly staff and clean loungers and pool. Would recommend to others.
Great location in the waterfront with many restaurants nearby. The building appears to have been built in the 70s or 80s but the rooms appear to have been updated within the last 10 years or so. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Scott at the pool bar was awesome. Miranda the manager was incredible at solving problems and made our anniversary stay amazing. Thanks Miranda and Scott, we ll be back!
It was a nice clean room, not really set up for families as we had to move some furniture around to make it work. No bathtub, and very loud at night. Its next to a few bars so people are yelling in the streets, lots of racing cars and people in the hallways are very loud too. We had one squeaky bed, and it seemed like only one side of the room got air conditioning.
I did not have a great experience at all with this hotel. First, when I checked in I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Nothing like arriving in a room with garbage actually in the bed. Then, my next room wasn't exactly great. Part of the desk unit was kept together by clear tape, the toilet seat was loose and kept slipping, the shower head was clogged and sprayed different directions, etc... Then, to finalise, I accidentally left some items in my room (clothes and a present) and they never found it. I called four times, and each time the front desk was too busy and ensured that they'd call me back. When I finally heard from them a week later they insisted I must have lost the items elsewhere. As if I unpacked my bag on the airplane and took out the exact items that were in one of the drawers where I left them. I found the staff to be rude overall, the premises to be shabby, and am very unhappy with their service. Given the large number of hotels in the area, choose somewhere different.
Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms and nice view. The best part is that is steps away from the Harbour and the city hit spots. Had a great time!
My wife and I would like to take this time and give feedback to people of the Radison Admiral Harbourfront Hotel in Toronto. We have traveled a great amount over the past 20 years or more and have stayed in many hotels. We would like to say that this as been by far the most pleasant we have ever experienced. The hotel waterfront restaurant food was fantastic, the rooms were absolutely well maintained. The most pleasant thing about the hotel was the outstanding service we received by the front desk person Simona . We would and will stay again mostly because of Simona. Her beautiful genuine smile and helpfulness was greatly appreciated .each day of our visit. Bob and Diane Muggeridge
I was at the Radisson Admiral hotel for a chess tournament held on April 7th and 8th. The venue and service were great, and I'm satisfied with my experience.
We attended the British Chamber of Commerce & Trade Christmas Ball at your hotel and your dinner & venue was excellent! I would highly recommend your hotel & ballroom events!
i have stayed at this hotel a few times. The view is stunning and it has a lovely old-world charm to it. The views are unmatched (it is right on the lake) and it is within walking distance of the entertainment district. The staff is very welcoming. Alex, who has been at the front desk other times when i stayed, and two others that i met for the first time (Rema and Symanthia) were wonderful. All this is to say that it is a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
Beautiful hotel and right by the harbor. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially for business events. Delicious catering and very close to great restaurants as well.
Location was excellent - close to the harbour, Rogers Centre and CN Tower. There's a couple of breweries nearby, and ample restaurants. The hotel was excellent - rooms were large and well appointed. The rooftop heated pool was a nice addition as well. Staff at the hotel were great and were all helpful. I will not hesitate to return the next time I am in Toronto.
Excellent hotel! Staff were wonderful! Rooftop pool was great. Restaurant was lovely and service was perfect. We will absolutely come back! If looking for somewhere in Toronto that's close to the excitement I would certainly reccomend. Great view of the lake and beautiful rooms.
In August I proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes ! Pandemic be damned, we decided to elope and chose the Radisson Blu to host our guests and us on Oct 24. We expected the requisite steps in ensuring our safety and indeed they were there But, what was completely unexpected, especially given a skeleton crew operating the hotel was THE BEST SERVICE AT A HOTEL EVER!! When Tevin at front desk found out it was our wedding day, he rolled out the red carpet. We suddenly had wine and roses sent up to our suite. He went above and beyond and even suggested a late check-out. I can t speak more highly of the service and attention to detail we got at the Radisson Blu. Not to mention our view of the lake was just stunning. In these dark times, we decided to grab a ray of sunshine for ourselves and got married. Tevin straight up went and lined all the clouds in silver. Thank you so much to the staff at the Radisson Blu Toronto for making our dreams come true and please promote Tevin to General Manger immediately.
Giving this hotel a 4 as the room was very nicely decorated and write clean. However, the shower, though clean, was very very dated. The shower handle was at my waste height and not about to be raised. The curtain didn't touch the ground with about a 3 inch have to the ground. That being said, otherwise the bathroom and room were nice with hardwood floors throughout. Would stay again.
This review is not about the Hotel as I am sure it is lovely because of the location and the view. It is about the spa associated. Ir eceived a package to use there which was for a manicure, pedicure, facial and massage and I say was because it never actually happened
I moved on to the manicure and as we finished, she brought over the hand dryers which is when they hit the full, bright pink bottle of polish and smashed into little bits all over the ground. Needless to say, the polish got all over my legs and my freshly done pedicure, but also on my pants and sweater. I sat there in shock as she wiped my legs down with acetone. She turned the fans on for my hands as she started to clean the floor, but I was preoccupied with getting the polish out of my clothes. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited for an apology or something to try to make it right but nothing happened. I asked her and her colleague if they knew how to get nail polish out of clothing, and they responded with I m sure you can just Google it and At least it matches your pants (because I was wearing patterned tights and no, they did not match because I was not wearing bright pink!). I was in shock by this response (or lack thereof!) that I was getting, so I said I was not going to finish my treatment so I could go home and try to fix my clothing before the nail polish sat for too long. When I was asked if I would like to come back another time, I said no (especially because my commute was terrible and I took a full day off work for this) and asked to speak with the manager. I was told she was not in and there was likely nothing they could do since I got the certificate online. Again, no apology was given for this instead, the colleague said just give her Seema s card and she can figure it out herself . Wow. So I gave the manager s business card to my boyfriend who has still been unable to be in touch with this poor excuse for a manager. I even said to the girl I understand accidents happen but her response could have been a lot better, especially being in the service industry. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely do NOT waste your money on this place.
