Tv stations are not working. When booking I'm convinced we had breakfast included and to be turned away. They are trying by giving us a free movie and 1 morning breakfast out of the 2 days that i spend close to $600.

Went for dinner at the watermark restaurant. We were served by Scott, who was hands down the best server we've ever had. He was attentive and quick with his service even though restaurant was busy. Food was delicious and well plated. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Excellent, our stay was very peaceful. Excellent staff. The connection to the public parking lot is good on cold and snowy days. As well as with the restaurant Joe wherever it is possible to access also inside the hotel. The location is one of the best in town.
The room was very clean, well equipped, and had an outstanding view of the CN Tower. It was within walking distance of many attractions (CN Tower, Ripley's). Good value for the room.
The location was amazing, right beside the harbour front. Watching the sunset at their restaurant was an amazing experience. I had a one night stay and the room was amazing, a king sized bed with a city view. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
All in all its well worth the stay. Clean facility, friendly staff and great location. The shower in the bathroom was meh. Have to get in it to turn the water on. Pool area could use more lounge chairs. Otherwise I would return and recommend this hotel.
Went for some drinks with friends. Service was good, the restaurant and hotel were very nice and modern looking. Great location, too. All around great experience just for the restaurant alone.
Great location. Wonderful & friendly staff. We were upgraded for free to a studio room with an amazing fireplace. Cafe inside the hotel and a Tims & a pizza spot in the same plaza beside the hotel. A 24hrs Rabba across the street is very convenient. Walking distance from Air Canada Centre & Skydome (Rogers Center). Pretty view. Rooms are clean, spacious, modern style and nice. Lighting is excellent compared to most hotel rooms have poor lighting. Bed is extremely comfortable. Complimentary Nespresso machine in the rooms. Highly recommended.
Excellent location, five to ten minute walk to Rogers Center, CN Tower, Convention Center. Very comfortable rooms, clean, and the in room coffee is actually decent! Worth the stay for the location alone.
The decor was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, great place to walk around the area at night and explore, the hotel also allows for exploring to check out what it has
Stayed 3 nights on business trip. Nice large room with beautiful lake views, clean and great comfy bed. Staff were all friendly, buffet breakfast was fine (small range) but very satisfactory. Located in tourist area walking distance to small restaurants and sightseeing attractions. Definitely recommend for work or holiday
Fantastic hotel! Beautiful big room. Good view of the harbour. Friendly, helpful staff. Quite enjoyed the stay. Will being eating at the restaurant next time
Loved the stay. Staff, food, rooms. Special thanks to front desk manager Max, who helped us to navigate around the city and have several hints to maximize value from our stay. We had a great experience.
Price isn't great. Irs a very Ikea like decor, and the room is nice enough. Walking in shower, but no door so the floor gets wet, which is pretty awkward. Noise isolation between rooms isn't great. Get used to hearing stuff in the hallway. If you're nore facing the CN tower of the lake, the view isn't exactly great. Not a bad hotel. But not spectacular either.
The room was lower quality than expected. The room temperature was not under individual control. There is only one ice machine for the entire hotel. The restaurant is under renovation and there are no amenities. The staff was friendly and courteous.
A great hotel in an excellent location on Toronto's harbourfront. Lobby staff were excellent, we were warmly welcomed by Simona who made a great first impression of the hotel. Rooms are large and spacious, we were lucky to have a room with a view of the lake. Large in-room fridge which was empty so could easily be filled with drinks and snacks. Very comfortable bed and well stocked bathroom, our room was well attended to by Estrella. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
Loved staying here. I stay in hotels a lot as I travel for work and something stood out for me here. Roman (Manager) was very hospitable, beds/rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious, and service was personal. Thank you for a great stay and for going the extra mile to care for your guests. I will see you again!
Perfectly adequate. Friendly staff, clean room, what else would you expect for a zillion dollars a night? Certainly no reason to complain, but nothing to distinguish it either. Sadly, the first rule of travel seems to be "lower your expectations!"
Excellent view of the harbour as well as the CN Tower. I stayed as a guest on Canada Day, and got a comfortable poolside seat to watch the from. Closeby to many tourist attractions.
Location was amazing, the venue for the conference I attended was perfect for the size and the accommodations including the food was great. The rooms are very well kept/maintained and I personally liked the decor. There's a Starbucks conveniently located inside as well. Staff were professional and courteous.
Very ideally located in downtown. Fit for business travellers. Well connected By Trains and trams. Billy Bishop airport is very near. CNTower and rogets stadium just a stone's throw away. Rooms are well equipped
The pool and outdoor patio have a fantastic view if the waterfront. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nighrlybrstebis pretty expensive though for summer weekends.
The hotel is in a wonderful location in the Toronto waterfront. There is also a real nice restaurant called the Amsterdam Brew House which is excellent. It is also close to many attractions.
