This place has gone way downhill! Staff very rude, rooms dirty and trying to use the pool when you are a paying guest is a joke! They want to charge you for pool use, for third person you have staying with you!?
Other hotels in the area are MUCH better. Won t be back.

Our room was clean and comfortable and had a view of the harbour. The restaurant breakfast was delicious. The CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium are very close. There is underground parking but most trucks will not fit so we parked a short walk away at the outdoor lot by the Rogers Centre. The staff in this hotel were amazing. I want to make particular mention of Max, who checked us in and also served us in the restaurant. He was professional, friendly, well-spoken, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including the many Uber eats deliveries our teens kept ordering. Max, keep up the good work ethic and attitude - you will go far.

The parking garage is public and shared and super sketchy. I was concerned about our car the entire time. The staff was nice but the receptionist we had had a very thick accent and we misunderstood several things. The rooms were nice overall but they need some work. There s scuffs on the floors, dust coating parts of the walls, stains on the light fixtures, and the fridge wasn t cold. The views were nice though and the location is good too.

Fantastic location, clean, modern rooms. Great staff. Hardwood floors and comfortable beds. Close to transit and bikeshare. Room service available and has several on site restaurants. 15 minutes walk from Billy Bishop airport. Would definitely recommend and return.

I stayed one night at the Radisson Admiral in Toronto for a business trip. We arrived fairly late to the hotel and was surprised how incredibly busy it was. The staff was efficient at getting through the line and checked into our rooms. The lobby was clean and very modern. I was blown away by my room. All laminate flooring, very modern, an incredible view of the lake, and to top it off, a telescope. The room provided a fridge and espresso machine/kettle for tea. Everything was clean, however I did find a hair in one of the disposable travel mugs. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

everyone should visit.

Great rooms and very clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay here. Driving to the location is confusing though due to Toronto street turning restrictions so double-check before you go. Great restaurants nearby and close to entertainment and sports venues.

Staff was very welcoming and processed an early check-in. Front desk staff was helpful in giving me directions to certain attractions. The room was gorgeous and was very clean. The location is ideal and is within easy walking distance to any number of attractions. Unfortunately, I had no heat in my room on the 8th floor, where some renovations were being done. I also could not get any hot water from the sink in the bathroom. I specifically asked a front desk clerk (a female whose name I do not recall) to fix this issue regarding no heat. She assured me that it would be taken care of; however, when I returned from a lovely evening out, my room was still cool. I then had to explain the situation all over again to Alex, the manager on duty, who had no idea what I was talking about. While Alex was very nice and professional and did his best to help me by personally delivering a portable heater to my room, he should never have had to do any of this if the previous clerk had done her job and not forgotten all about it. I was a guest of the Radisson Admiral Hotel and deserved better than that. I am truly disappointed after what was a most incredible beginning to my little adventure.
PS The manager on duty, the aforementioned Alex, took the dining room charge off my bill and also paid for my taxi to Union Station. I truly appreciate the gesture, but I did not complain to get something for free nor am I posting this review to get anything else. I just don't want anyone else staying there to go through the same ordeal. IN THE FUTURE PLEASE PROVIDE ALL GUESTS WITH HEAT AND HOT WATER.

Good location and rooms . Have stayed here many times and service is always excellent . The restaurant called watermark had good food and service. Within walking distance of many attractions.

Positive: good restaurant and charming waiters!

Positive: good restaurant and charming waiters!
Negative: well of light in the room, so even the curtains closed, impossible to sleep in the morning for someone who, like me, wakes up with the light. Walls and cardboard doors, we hear neighbors coughing.

I was here to attend a conference and I can say this hotel is excellent. Very friendly staff, great location in downtown Toronto. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I had an issue with the heat in my room which was quickly resolved by a staff member. Great experience overall.

Good hotel and great locale. Courteous staff and clean rooms - Amsterdam Brewhouse nearby is a great pub to chill and entertain at. The pool on 5th floor is really cool. I stayed for a conference but would liove to come back again next time I'm in the city.

Initially had a small issue with parking and our room. Jeremy took incredible care of us and made sure we had an amazing Anniversary! Thank you!

The location is excellent, the hotel is spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Love to come back in the summer to enjoy that pool!

Thank you, Jeremy!

We did not stay at the Radisson but when the Amsterdam Brewery Pub was way too full and not too inviting we ended up going upstairs to Watermark the hotel"s bar and restaurant on the 5th floor. We ended up getting a great view and being served by Scott who was super sweet and funny. It was my birthday so he treated us to some sexy fries which were crazy good. This was a hidden gem totally found my accident but we were so happy! We would go again in a heartbeat.

Stayed at the Radisson at the Harbourfront this past weekend and would defiantly recommend it as a place to stay when in Toronto. The location is brilliant - It s so close to all the tourist attractions, less than a 5 min walk to the CN tower, Scotia Stadium and the Ripleys Aquarium and about a 15 min walk to Eaton Centre. The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. Would stay here again.

Amazing customer service and hospitality. The catering staff were super friendly and helpful. They always radiated positivity and I would love to come back. The front desk staff also very friendly.

I may have a slightly "rose-coloured" view of Radisson Hotels, but I know what I like.

In addition, I know what is, and is not acceptable, from properties that compete for my travel dollars.

Over the past 9 years, I have stayed in Hotels for more than 900 nights. Almost everyone of them has been a Radisson Property.

I'm not loyal because of the points, nor do I stay within the same group of companies, because they almost always upgrade my accommodations.

I stay with Radisson, because, in my personal experience, more than any of their competitors, I am treated like family that they missed seeing for too long.

Believe me when I write, that my travel experiences include 40+ countries, hundreds of cities, towns, as well as resorts and some tiny mountain villages, some not on most maps.

If there is a Radisson close enough by, I choose to stay there. To stay with my hotel family.

Earlier this month, I had a last minute chance (literally), to travel from Montreal toToronto, to spend an unexpected day with my son and Grandson.

I arrived at the Radisson Admiral Hotel Toronto Harbour at 22:00 hours. I didn't have time to buy a last minute gift for my Grandson when I left Montreal.

I wanted to find a stuffed animal to take to him the next morning, before stores opened.

The hotel Front Desk Staff, started to call every possible source that might have stuffed animals, hours after most stores had closed.

Istiana, the professional, helpful and very eager Front Dest "Angel", had just about ran out of ideas, and already called many stores, hotel gift shops and grocery, pharmacy and convenience stores.

She had one last idea, and told me not to loose hope. It was just before 11 pm. I went to my room to deposit my suitcase and change my shoes, .......... there was a chance I may have had to do some late night running.

By the time I returned to the lobby desk, Istiana had a competitor hotel gift shop on the line.

She was writing down a list of the stuffed animals they had in stock, and confirmed that I could still make it there to buy one, and asked them if they could please wait for me to arrive.

In addition, she had called a taxi that was pulling-up outside our hotel.

Less than 15 minutes later, I was sorting through a variety of stuffed animals, trying to determine which one wanted to come back to the hotel with me, and be hugged by my 2 year old Grandson early the next morning.

By the time I returned to my hotel, Istiana had departed. The small "thank you gift" I had picked-up for her would have to wait.

The next morning, a very happy and excited 2 year old was hugging his new racoon, because the The Staff of the Radisson Admiral Hotel Toronto Harbour, in particular, the extraordinary efforts of Istiana, made it possible for my Grandson to receive my gift.

Of course they would have done the same for any guest.

The thing is, when I stay there, I never feel like "just any guest".

Neither will you. Try it !!

I reallg liked this hotel....I found it very peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and i liked the way it was decorated. The fireplace really adds to the atmosphere. Staff at reception were very helpful and accomodating. The gym had a few treadmills and they all worked. It isnt situated in the middlr of things, but its only a very short walk from anything you would need. Great spot!

A very nice, recently remodeled Radisson. A good location on the waterfront within walking distance of the train to the Toronto Airport and downtown. The staff was very friendly and there were restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The gym was a little small, and I didn't see a pool. Overall, a nice Radisson

We stayed in a "City view" king bed room(730, east facing, I recommend this side) which was the cheaper option only due to the view, but in fact it was a nice view of the harbor and boats that are present. Room was very nice, clean and everything worked well and was convenient(everything from thermostat to access to plugs). Bathroom was very nice and the shower was excellent! Rooms were very quiet, there were some people partying next door and they didn't bother us once to be perfectly honest(and I'm picky with noise issues). Bed was super comfortable. TV is nice. They did a nice job with lighting. Overall great experience. I don't think parking cost of $20/24hours alone justifies a 4 star but it would be nice if it was cheaper since you're already spending a lot on a hotel room. It IS nice that they actually have 3 basement floors of parking unlike a lot of others in downtown Toronto, so that is plus. Would go back for sure.

As you can see in the photos that I attached the view from the room is amazing. But I paid more for that and definitely the hotel doesn't worth the price. Old hotel, very old, bit dirty with some items missing or broke. Really expected more.

Price - It was more expensive than our typical hotel. Overall though - we would come back in a heartbeat. ;-) Positive stay experience.

Check-in Experience - was quick and easy. The receptionist smirked when she saw in the system that we booked it on the HotelTonight app. Instead of getting two queen beds for me and my kids, we got one king bed. I guess when you book on HotelTonight they give you what they have, which I didn t realize at that time. I wanted to get an extra cot in our room, and the hotel had them but it was extra $25 charge per night, so we decided against it.
When we were checking out, the hotel charged us for a cot by mistake (as we did ask about it but decided against it), but then they quickly made a correction.

Location - Superb location. This is why we paid extra for the place - because of the super convenient, downtown, by the lake location. It was so easy to get anywhere on foot, bike, streetcar, or subway. I wanted to park our car and just explore the city and not worry about driving, parking and traffic in a new city. To park the car at the hotel was extra charge of $30 per night.

Room - The room was gorgeous. It was white and turquoise, my favorite combination. It was sharp but felt warm and cozy. The furniture was beautiful & in good condition. We really liked the big lounge chair, which was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice as well. The floor in the room was light wood with unique markings, extending up the wall.

Pool - Was very cold but beautiful. Plenty of large towels and service crew was walking around taking orders. They never asked me if I wanted anything, but maybe I just had that look that I wouldn t order anything. Not sure. ;-0 My kids loved playing in the large pool. There were plenty of seating options and the view was beautiful. You could view the lake from one side and you had a perfect view on the Toronto CN Tower on the other side.

Services - We bought two unique souvenirs in Toronto and we left them in the room. I called the hotel and Lost & Found service (Rebecca) told me how much it would be to ship the items expedite ($80) or no-rush option ($30). The housekeeping was extremely helpful in getting the souvenirs back to us in the States.
There was no cable, which was not a deal breaker but an inconvenience (we had our own electronics ;-), but I think every hotel should have at least cable not just local channels or very expensive pay per view movies.

View - we stayed on the 8th floor and had a street view. We really liked the view of the city -- people riding bikes and walking. Even though we had the street view, the room was well soundproofed as we could barely hear anything next room or outside.
