Worth the drive! We purchased a FLEX with Bill Sutton. What a great guy; so friendly, genuine & humble. He even remembered our sons name. We live about 90 miles away & he was kind enough to get most of the process done via phone/email. We also worked with finance manager Casey Tatum who was fantastic. Bill & Casey made the car buying process easy & seamless. Entire staff is very friendly. If you are in the market for a new or used car, give Jacky Jones a try & ask for Bill Sutton!
They were awful. Insurance claim for rodents chewing wires. Insurance delays because of processing by State Farm and Jacky Jones, then delays from Jacky Jones for a multitude of excuses. My F250 was there for 5 weeks and there was only a total of 10 hours of work done. Somehow, somewhere, someone dropped the ball. Promised completion 3 times after last part was received. I really don't care why or who but Jacky Jones was paid by insurance company on 06/21/2019 and i got my truck back on 07/11/2019, 20 days later. 20 days and 10 hours!!! Disgraceful and the service manager, Greg Everson stood in front of me and said that his team did the best they could do under the circumstances. Furthermore, Jacky Jones has also started charging a 4% fee if you use a credit or debit card to pay. They are one of the few dealerships that do this (i checked around). One would think that this should be absorbed in the inflated hourly prices they charge. Will walk before i use them again.
Any time we go up that way we Always stop to atleast look at what they have new in their inventory and what "surprises" they have waiting to be seen on the showroom floor! If you can't find what you want on the lot, they can get it for you!
Bought a 2014 ford explore last night! Between Alex and Russ they made it super easy, fast, and convenient. We even traded in my Toyota Camry! I cant thamk them enough for their patience and kindness towards our kids and selves. If you ever need good, honest, smart, sweet people to buy a car from I recommend going to see both Russ and Alex!
i have been purchasing cars and trucks from Jacky Jones Ford for several years..His dealership shoots straight and gives me the best deal without all the comparative shopping. Their service dept and parts depart are staffed with professional knowledgeable people..I just bought a new Dodge Truck from a another dealer and was glad to find out Jacky is opening a Dodge Store right next to his Ford Dealership..Some dealership owners are not real car people Jacky is a car guy thru and thru..
I would just like to give a huge thanks to Jacky Jones Ford. I had been to two other places only offering one fix to an issue I had with my oil pan. They understand money for anyone can be tight and gave me another option I didn t even know was available that was about 5x cheaper. They were very helpful; honest and did great work on my vehicle. Highly recommend. Staff is very kind and the waiting room is comfortable if you have car work done for a couple hours. Thanks again!
Chad at the Body Shop was pleasantly professional and courteous. Not only did they do a great job but also cleaned it up and washed it too on the day they would have it done!

I live out of state and purchased a used truck here that ended up needing some major repairs right after buying it. They didn t have to, but they took care of all the repairs. Really classy of them and I am very appreciate. I would definitely recommend this dealership

Lamar Elrod was salesman - great guy, he will treat you right! Was never pushed or uncomfortable - great experience, great price, very fair on trade in and love my new Edge! I have purchased 3 cars from Jacky Jones in Cleveland, Georgia and each time I have had a positive experience. My situation has always been needing wheels right away and being unsure about financing, but every time I came away with another car and affordable financing. Ben Lawrence is a nice no pressure salesman who has helped me with my cars and William Jackson has worked miracles in getting my financing. I recommend this dealership for purchasing a car.
The staff was friendly but apparently your time is not a concern to them. I had my 2000 Ford Ranger in to repair the rear passenger door. Brought my vehicle in 8AM Tuesday. Called me up early afternoon fo say they had to order parts. They would be in in the AM Wednesday. That is fine..Wednesday afternoon rolls around and I call to check on my vehicle. Parts came in in the AM but they planned on working on it after lunch. Unacceptable! I had to scramble to find a ride to work Wednesday late as the service people planned on working on my vehicle when they got around to it. Glad to see customer is priority.. smh Interestingly enough I had to call and speak to a service director whom when I called, was in a meeting. He told me he would check to see what was going on then would have them call me ASAP. Sure enough within a half hour I received a call from service department that the vehicle was done and I could come pick it up. Not long after I received a call back from the director checking to see if I was contacted. I thanked him for helping me resolve the communication breakdown. Prior to this, No missed calls from anyone on my end at the time. The director was the only person who kept the communication in check. NO one else from the service tried calling me on Wednesday for updates as my cell phone reflected no call attempts or voice messages.
Excellent customer service. I just purchased a truck from JJF with the assistance from their salesman L. Elrod. The truck was everything he said it would be. He helped me have it shipped to Texas and made the whole transaction smooth and simple. No hassles or regrets. I highly recommend JJF and ask for Mr. Elrod for a great car buying experience.

My wife and I were in the market for a used, but new to us, Suburban. We searched and located several within driving distance to our home. We found a 2015 for a good price at Jacky Jones Ford in Cleveland. I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle as it was after hours when we found the ad. Within a few minutes my email was answered by Bill Sutton Jr. The next morning we made contact and made arrangements for the afternoon. Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Bill and he showed us the Suburban we had come to look at. He handed us the keys and said take her for a drive, I ll be here when you get back. We took a little drive around Cleveland and decided we wanted to purchase it. When we returned they had the paperwork drawn up and ready to go. Bill was up front and didn t play the back and forth games like most other dealerships. He was a real pleasure to work with and made Jacky Jones Ford live up to their motto of we make buying easy. I would 10/10 recommend Bill Sutton Jr and Jacky Jones Ford.
Amazing and Phenomenal experience. Bill took great care of me from start to finish. I began contacting and researching trucks since mid January. Bill and Cheryl kept in touch with me until I was ready to make a decision this April. When I decided to buy the truck, there was no high pressure when I arrived. They handed me the keys and said drive all you want until you know what you want. It was the most comfortable I have felt with a car buying experience. I even was able to meet Mr Jacky Jones himself. My husband and I had visited the service department to have our new truck's first oil change. We had purchased our truck from a different dealership that I won't name here. When we bought our truck we had requested the Wrap and Gap maintenance program. Not knowing any different, they sold us something other than the Ford product we had requested. Eric in the service department was so kind and explained the discrepancy. He made an unpleasant event a great service experience. We have purchased from Jackie Jones before but for whatever reason decided to go elsewhere. We will not make that mistake again. We live in Cumming but will go to this dealership going forward.
I strongly recommend Jackie Jones Ford as the best place to buy a new Ford even if you have to drive a few extra miles to get there. They want to be your dealer and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your Ford. I especially like the way they treat you after you buy. They are not high pressure and do not try to sell you add-ons that you don't need or want. Again, they had the best price on my new fusion, and they will offer you more money than your trade's market value. And they don't misrepresent the deal. That in itself is worth it. They are honest and fair in their business dealings. Worse experience ever! Dropped off car for service and tire rotation at 11:30 am. Manager said car would be ready in around 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Came to pick the car up after 2 hours and it hasn't even been touched. Manager had a bad attitude and didn't care. This place has gone downhill steadily after the first time they serviced my vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Was sold a "Premium Warranty" when I bought my car here. Finance guy says "Anything goes wrong from the front to the back of this car, even cosmetic, it's fixed!". Well what do ya know, took my car in and "Nothing was covered". Car sat for days before being "diagnosed" and a week later they couldn't hear anything that I here when I drive it and everything was denied by the warranty. So I ended up getting taken for $350.00 for an oil change. Would definitely suggest NOT buying any warranty from them, because it's either they have NO idea what they are selling, or they lie about what they are selling and either way is terrible. Dillon was nice but didn't try to offer any solution except I could pay a little more and get everything fixed that I had taken the car in for . Sad because we have always had a good experience here, which is why we went back to Jacky Jones to buy a car almost 20 years after we bought our first car here. So hard lesson learned! And would suggest that you not just trust that you are being told and sold the truth.

The service was as usual 5 stars plus and the Service Manager (?) Eric Dills went above and beyond to help me. Service is GREAT! I do not like or have anything positive to say about the owner's choice to levy a 4 percent convenience fee to use a credit or debit card. Cash, (who carries a thousand dollars cash money?) Check (who carries checks in 2019?) or the QUICKLANE Credit Card are accepted. The rate on their card is 3 times the average credit card rate. So on balance, I love the service provided and I'll have to bring a check (if I can find them) to get my truck serviced. Not happy at all with the payment terms.
I just recently bought a Ford Edge sport from a salesman named Bill Sutton, and he was a real joy to work with. He helped me with anything that I needed and if he didn t know how to help, he found someone that did. I wouldn t buy a car from anyone else but him. When I went in there to look at cars, I went with my brother who works in the quick lane there. I m 20 and my brother is 23, and Bill treated us with respect when we told him we weren t even sure we were getting a car. I don t know many people who would take time out of their day to help a 20 and 23 year old, and be serious about it, but Bill did.

I found one of their Internet Special deals online and there have been no surprises, they are true to their word and I appreciate that as a consumer. Waited 3 days and drove an hour just to get my car to Jacky Jones in Cleveland GA. With a disable husband I cant be without a car. They got us in, diagnosed, and fixed it In 35 minutes. I know that is unusual but it's also why I love them so much!
Bryan is the easiest salesman to work with when you need a new or used vehicle. He is very honest and will tell it like it is. I saw a vehicle online and filled out the form for more info. Bryan called to answer any of my questions. Victoria in the Online Division even called after Bryan to be sure we were contacted and to see if she could help us in any way. We then drove down, saw the suv, and closed the deal. Everyone was very friendly and smiling . This is where we will go from now on when we need a vehicle. I have never had such a horrible experience trying to get in touch with someone in finance then I have had with this place. Me and my husband have been calling/leaving messages/ emailing for the past 3 weeks and NOBODY has returned one call. I am so beyond frustrated. Also, the lady that answers the phone is rude every single time. I will never buy another vehicle from them again.
Trust is the most important issue when I have my vehicles serviced. I have complete trust in your staff to not only provide a great customer service experience, but to complete the work on time and to my satisfaction.

Went in for warrantee service and was redirected to 3 different people. Confusing customer service. (Edit: the owner commented below that they'd call but never did)
Contacted Jacky Jones regarding a used car for sale. The salesman was nice and provided all the feature information we needed to know about the car since we would be driving in from out of state. We agreed on a price and I then asked Lamar (salesman) to provide a purchase order so our lender would cut a check that we could take with us. I contacted Lamar and told him that the bank finished the paperwork too late for us to arrive before closing and would it be ok if we came tomorrow. I contacted the dealership the next morning about the sales tax that was not on the purchase order and to let them know we would be there around 5. The dealer called me back stating that the car was just sold. WTF??? The sales manager asked me if the salesman asked me to put down a deposit which the answer was no. He said he would talk and get the salesman's side of the story....I got niced off the phone after all, they sold a car while we missed a day and a half of work...Jackie Jones Ford's is only concerned with and loyal to Jackie Jones Ford.
