My husband and I had visited the service department to have our new truck's first oil change. We had purchased our truck from a different dealership that I won't name here. When we bought our truck we had requested the Wrap and Gap maintenance program. Not knowing any different, they sold us something other than the Ford product we had requested. Eric in the service department was so kind and explained the discrepancy. He made an unpleasant event a great service experience. We have purchased from Jackie Jones before but for whatever reason decided to go elsewhere. We will not make that mistake again. We live in Cumming but will go to this dealership going forward.
