We have been coming to parkway ford since 2017. Both cars in our garage came from here within a couple months of each other. Great dealership for buying. Now to the negative: not sure if it s their scheduling system or staff but if you schedule an appointment for an oil change be prepared to wait forever. I m sitting here now after scheduling an appointment the night before and it s been 25 minutes since dropping my keys with them and my vehicle is still not in a bay being serviced. You can do better parkway ford! People have other schedules besides waiting way too long for a oil change and tire rotation.

I saw this Toyota Tacoma online and was in need of a small truck for around the home use only. I went and test drove it and for an older truck it seemed to be in good shape. I had my master mechanic at Accuwrench in Clemmons to do a pre-purchase inspection. Only minor problems found. Main thing was front left strut was leaking fluid. After some minor negotiations the team at Parkway Ford Lexington agreed to make the repairs and put new trust on both sides of front and sold me the truck at a good price. I would recommend Parkway Ford Lexington to family and friends. Please ask for Maurice!

Excellent experience. I was pretty decided that the available models would fit the bill for what I was looking for.
Jessie and Henry were very courteous and helpful with the test drive and the paperwork.
I intend on purchasing a second vehicle from Parkway Ford early next year due in part to the friendly staff my wife and i encountered at Parkway.

It was BAD! A sensor in 2014 Ford Fusion positraction system malfunctioned causing us to lose power steering and slide off highway into ditch in bad rain storm. Had it towed April 9th to dealership. CAR STILL NOT FIXED!! THEY replaced one flat tire, told me they had THOROUGHLY checked out car & charged $120 to test drive it and replace a faulty sensor and ground wire. When I asked about other tires (six months old), was told they had been checked and were fine. Drove it off Lexington dealership lot and another tire registered 'low tire pressure' 5 minutes later. Had air put in it and went home -being told AGAIN tire was fine. Got car home and next morning it is flat!!! Having to pay another $100 to have it towed again (TO A DIFFERENT PLACE FOR SURE!!!) and pay another place to put another new tire on. Lexington Parkway Ford dealership kept my car for 9 days to fix tire & sensor originally -after they lost my phone number- and could not get that basic thing done!!! I gave them my contact phone number 3 times, including in writing in ziploc bag when keys/car brought in, the next day when called the service department, and in person 5 days later when had to get ride and go back in person in order to talk to anyone!! They then said their phone system was not working (all week?). Paid over $300 and would have paid for 2nd tire (another $160) HAD THEY CHECKED LIKE SAID THEY DID and let me know. It had 15 pounds of air pressure in it when was told was fine to drive it home!!!!
I WILL NEVER USE A FORD DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I will be replacing this car in 4 months when it's paid off. And my son is in the market for a truck; had been looking online. But it will not be a Ford. FED UP!!!!

Parkway Ford of Lexington proved to be an enlightening experience. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable about the Bronco we purchased.
We would certainly recommend Parkway to our friends.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle with Parkway Ford. The process was quick, easy and the end result was driving off the lot with exactly what I wanted. Kevin Thomas was an amazing sales person! If I ever have to buy another vehicle, Parkway Ford is where I ll go!

Very nice people, i wish I would have been able to afford to get my car worked on there... parts that at best total 150.00,they wanted 2500.00 to install, now I understand why most people stay away from dealers to get repair work

This dealership was great to work with. My elderly uncle wrecked his car while traveling and needed a new car while on the road. Due to our uncle's schedule and the schedule of those assisting him, we needed to be in and out of the dealership quickly. The guys gave us a great price on a barely used Ford Focus hatchback (the car had been a loaner for service customers). We agreed to an out the door price over the phone and they promised we would be in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes after we got there. Instead of 30 minutes, we were out in 10 minutes with a full tank of gas. The car was exactly as had been represented over the phone and in pictures and was freshly detailed as had been promised. This dealership under-promised and over-delivered for us, which is not often said of a car purchase. Based on our great experience, we can strongly recommend this dealership.

Brought my newly purchased 2016 Shelby GT 350 Mustang in for service / parts to purchase a key fob & metal keys. The pricing / programing was very reasonable and service was excellent. Congrats to Chris in parts and Sierra in customer service. Definitely will make Parkway , Lexington my go to service location.

I have been a loyal customer since 2014. I had the service department do everything to my vehicles, from tires to repairs and was always happy. Ever since Parkway of Winston took over their service department around the start of 2020, they have been disappointing in every way. After my most recent experience, I will be looking for another Ford dealer to service my vehicle.

Found a great vehicle, however was not impressed with service received. Was promised that the vehicle would be detailed and cleaned up before arriving for pickup. Upon arrival vehicle looked as if it was run through a car wash with no interior detail, had candy wrappers and trash in the back seat. Again the vehicle purchased was great, but service received was sub par. Starting with upper management we felt as if we were treated poorly. Will not be doing business with this particular location in the future.

Today I brought my truck in for the works oil change and state inspection. Sierra was very helpful in assisting me with using my Ford Pass points and my complimentary oil change as an Essential Employee. I have been a customer since I moved to Lexington in 2015. It's good people and great service, that keeps me coming back. Thank you!

I called today to ask about my warranty and I could not get the right department for the operator to transfer me to the WRONG department repair but Kim in repair said service will call me back. Listening is a part of good service some of their employee need to learn to utilize this skill. ***Update***Three days later I'm still waiting for my warranty copy to get my car repair. If they can't produce a simple piece of paper why trust them with my vehicle people use common sense people. Avoid this place LIKE THE PLAGUE. Talked to people on five or six occassions no resolution leave voicemails and all. I THINK THEY PLAY WITH ME BECAUSE REFUSE TO GET MY REPAIRED HERE I SAID I WOULD BE GOING TO SALISBURY AFTER BEING ASK 4 TIMES ON A CALL TO GET THE REPAIR THROUGH THEM. HELL NO. I regret buying my car here.

Purchased a used Chev Colorado, 75 000 miles everything was great, but at no stage did anyone tell me that it only had one key and no floor mats. I only found that out when they delivered to me. Simple things, but leaves me with bitterness in my mouth.

Not impressed, service writers have very different approaches on doing business. Just because a recommended service is declined does not mean you try and do as little as possible for that customer. The "I got you over the barrel approach" causes people to leave dissatisfied. We don't normally come back!

I have been a customer of Parkway Ford since the mid 1980's. I have purchased around 10 vehicles during that time. I have always had excellent service from Parkway. I like to read reviews on products and company's to see if I want to do business with them. I also like to leave honest and fair reviews to help other buyers. #1. In my opinion, Ford makes the best truck #2. Parkway Ford is an excellent dealer to do business with. #3. With that said, when making a purchase you still have to do your homework on pricing, but, they will give you what I think is a fair price pretty quickly. All in all, I would have to give Parkway 5 stars each on service and sales.

Parkway Ford had the Ranger that I wanted with the right options, which made me reach out to them in the first place, versus my local dealers. Then they were great through the process, and had all the paperwork ready by the time I got there (during my 2-hour Drive). The staff was great and made it super easy. I was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend those guys.

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Spoke with Teng Lee on the phone to check availability of a particular vehicle, had it ready to be viewed and met me when I arrived. Justen Eades went with us for a test drive and explained all of the features, very knowledgeable of this model. Sales Manager Jesse Sanchez was a pleasure to work with. Internet was down and Jesse still accomplished everything that needed to be done for me to purchase this vehicle. They all made us feel like family and will definitely visit them again.

I returned my 2002 Ford Explorer in order for Parkway Ford to redo the realignment of the front tires. PF did the alignment as best they could and tested it out. Said that there is still a rightward pull and/or drift, but not as strong as I previously experienced. Probably a matter of old tires on an old vehicle. I agree. The realignment was completed free-of-charge. I am a satisfied customer.

Worst customer service ever to be a dealer ship..... then a generic response is given you done way more than fall short my van was on fire and it took 3 weeks to repair what was a broken valve that shouldve been corrected in most 4 days. And no contact no emails no call backs thats very far from " falling short"

Great experience in Service. Greeted by friendly and knowledgeable service writer and the wait area is kid friendly, modern and offers water, coffee and hot chocolate. TV for an enjoyable wait.
I was so impressed by the kindness and consideration of the folks at Parkway, I looked around and saw a great 2021 Ford Ranger. I asked Maurice about it and in 24hours, he had located the exact vehicle I wanted, arranged financing with Jessie and it was the best experience ever. My wife and I have purchased many cars since 1980 and I know a great team of folks when I see it. Support this local dealer, they well exceeded my expectations.

Salesman was great, informative, answered all my questions or found out for me. Test drive was great. After dealing I obtained what I wanted and I am very pleased. The sales manager handled all the paperwork, made it so easy and peasant. This is not my first time buying a car from Parkway Ford. Plus, they do all my service work and had always satisfied my needs. Overall an outstanding experience!

I had a great experience working with Taylor, Doc, and Jessie! They patiently answered my questions, worked to negotiate a deal I could feel good about, and were very kind about the process extending beyond business hours. I highly recommend the folks at Parkway! This wasn't the high-pressure car buying experience our parents warn us about!!

We had an issue with our new Expedition Max and made the mistake of taking it to another dealership, crossroads ford in kernersville. After over a week of what i can only describe as mind-boggling incompetence, we picked up the car and took it to Parkway ford in Lexington where they immediately rectified the issue.
I would highly recommend Parkway Fords service and sales departments. Very professional and competent dealership.

I took my RS here to install a new engine. These guys obviously did not know what they were doing. They couldn't get it to run correctly and blamed it my Cobb AccessPort. Nonetheless, I had to deploy within a week of them claiming they had fixed the issue so reluctantly took my car back. While deployed (and currently deployed at this moment, enjoying the best Somalia has to offer), I had someone else look at it and it turns out these guys had the cabling all torn up and didn't set the timing at all. Their poor care when installing the engine harness had caused damage go the cable, leading to poor grounding. Additionally, I was missing pins to the shield under the engine. I literally wasted over $3K for them to bolt the engine on the chassis. The only reason I went to them was because I did not have time and they were the nearest dealer to where my car died. Lesson learned. Veterans and anyone from Bragg, be aware. Get your RS taken care of somewhere else while you Free the Oppressed.

i am extreamly disapointed in the ford motor comp. im almost 5o yearrs old, and have driven nothing but ford all my life. however with this experience of buying a 2014 ford focus, and the problems it has given me, and a company that has done nothing for my trouble im not sure ill ever buy from ford again. i understand the issues with the recall on the transmition problems are very costly for ford. in the event ford does not do something for me in correcting this issue , i dont feal i can buy from ford, nor would i ever advise anyone to do so. im currently looking to get rid of my 2014 focus asap, for the warranty is now not covering the nearly 2000.00 dollar repair the cars requires at least once a year. i do not blame the employs at parkway ford for this. i just feal frustrated , and hopeless, stuck with my 2014 ford focus LEMON!!!

Okay so I had a couple issues. My largest was I to...

Okay so I had a couple issues. My largest was I took my car in for a safety recall, and like ford always does they completed a multi point inspection. To my surprise everything was marked good, however my vehicle was at this same dealer 6000 mile ago for an oil change., and a multi point inspection was done at that time, and I got a call from the service advisor who stated my car needed rear break pads and new lug nuts because my factory ones swelled and changed sizes. At a total charge of around an extra $250. I declined and did not have any service done since that visit, except an oil change at a different shop. So in my mind I expected this time the multi point inspection should have also said I needed lug nuts, and break pads and expected another call from the service advisor. But it did not, nor did i get a call, everything was checked good on this multi point inspection with no issues found.. So now I question, can I trust this dealers "multi point inspection" is actually getting done. Also the quoted charge feels like they were just trying to get some extra money that day, because I did my own break pads the day after the recall was completed. (Weaver golds $35 at Autozone) but i took off my original pads and they were only about half worn. I did them anyway but it was not needed, I only did them because of that multi point inspection and the service advisor said my car needed it. Be careful, luckily I am mechanically inclined and do a lot of my own repairs.

My second issue is that the recall involved the door latches, now I can only assume for some reason the windows in the doors must have had to come out of the track in the doors, because when I picked my car up their was full sized hand prints all over both my driver and passenger windows both inside and outside of the car. Under normal circumstances this would not have been a big deal. However, During this covid pandemic I would think they would sanitize what the touch ie: steering wheel, shifter, door handles etc, or atleast wear gloves when inside the vehicle, but since these prints were there and so clear that you could see palm prints and fingerprints it was obvious no gloves were worn and they did not sanitize the surfaces they touched. So I can only assume no safety procedures are in place for covid while inside a customer vehicle either.

I do not like having to get a car serviced, especially when it's a costly service. However, I have to say that the staff at Parkway Ford in Lexington makes it easy and pleasant. They did exactly what they said they would do in exactly the amount of time they estimated and for slightly less than I thought it would cost. I was happy.

Arrived on time 9:00AM. Consulted with Mickey Price in Service department, giving him the keys. Went to Customer Service area and waited. Checked Service Dept at 9:45AM, observed truck being serviced. Checked Service Dept at 10:15AM, truck still in place. Checked Service Dept at 10:30AM truck gone. Went back to Customer Waiting area, checked back at Service Dept at 10:45AM, did not see truck. Checked outside Service Dept observed truck. Asked Mr. Price if service was complete. He replied yes, and went to get the keys. He provided the keys and I departed. Communication was certainly less than expected.

Purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer from Parkway today. Mike Mattocks and Jesse Sanchez were very professional and answered all my questions. The Sales Manager, Jeff, was easy to deal with and made the buying experience the best I have ever encountered when buying a car. I would recommend Parkeay Ford without reservation.
