Worse experience ever! Dropped off car for service...

Worse experience ever! Dropped off car for service and tire rotation at 11:30 am. Manager said car would be ready in around 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Came to pick the car up after 2 hours and it hasn't even been touched. Manager had a bad attitude and didn't care. This place has gone downhill steadily after the first time they serviced my vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
