I have had a great experience working with Fritz from Jacky Jones Ford. He has been very helpful and made the process of buying a vehicle very simple even though I am out of state. I found one of their Internet Special deals online and there have been no surprises, they are true to their word and I appreciate that as a consumer. If you are shopping for a car or truck and want a truly hassle free experience, give them a shot. They didn't try to change the price or sell me anything I didn't need, it was a smooth transaction.
