The staff was friendly but apparently your time is not a concern to them. I had my 2000 Ford Ranger in to repair the rear passenger door. Brought my vehicle in 8AM Tuesday. Called me up early afternoon fo say they had to order parts. They would be in in the AM Wednesday. That is fine..Wednesday afternoon rolls around and I call to check on my vehicle. Parts came in in the AM but they planned on working on it after lunch. Unacceptable! I had to scramble to find a ride to work Wednesday late as the service people planned on working on my vehicle when they got around to it. Glad to see customer is priority.. smh
Interestingly enough I had to call and speak to a service director whom when I called, was in a meeting. He told me he would check to see what was going on then would have them call me ASAP. Sure enough within a half hour I received a call from service department that the vehicle was done and I could come pick it up. Not long after I received a call back from the director checking to see if I was contacted. I thanked him for helping me resolve the communication breakdown. Prior to this, No missed calls from anyone on my end at the time. The director was the only person who kept the communication in check.
NO one else from the service tried calling me on Wednesday for updates as my cell phone reflected no call attempts or voice messages.
