Tony and his staff at Wilton Physical Therapy are a great team. When I broke my ankle, Tony got me through the 10 weeks of wearing the big black boot. Once I could start walking, he gave me exercises to strengthen my ankle and leg. Thanks to his diligence, I was able to walk again with no limp. Even after the doctor released me from PT, Tony was always available for advice. I would highly recommend Wilton Physical Therapy to anyone who needs excellent care.

I came to Wilton Physical Therapy with an unhappy combination of acute and chronic upper back, neck and shoulder pain that left my doctor scratching her head and which I wasn't sure could be helped. Kurt was undaunted as he listened carefully to my list of issues, and then put together a plan which addressed them one by one, adjusting based on my feedback as we went. The results were amazing, with me regaining almost all my previous flexibility and mobility and feeling better than I had in years. Although I worked primarily with Kurt and his trusty sidekick Alex, who are both incredibly intelligent and kind, everyone I encountered here was absolutely lovely and physical therapy quickly became the highlight of my week. I'm happy to add my voice to the chorus of people recommending this practice if you require physical therapy for any reason.
I've known Tony Grabic (owner) for over 20 years! He and his team are terrific, They know how to treat you, they make the experience fun and are truly committed to solving your problems. Most recently, Tony and team took care of me after a total knee replacement. Wonderful care resulting in full knee range. In my mind, for PT its the ONLY place to go!

Fantastic PT facility! I've been to Tony and Kurt on several occasions over the years. First for a knee injury and most recently for a back issue. Thanks to Wilton PT, their personalized programs, and attention to every detail, I've recovered fully from my injuries and have learned how to avoid them moving forward. The PT Aides are great at helping you do the exercises correctly, are incredibly nice and make you feel right at home. They are available for questions and are always able to fit you in and get you back to the activities you love doing the most. Christina and Beth are terrific with running the practice so Tony and crew can focus their time with the patients. I highly recommend them.
After managing to fracture my clavicle, break three ribs and dislocate my hip (fixed with 4 screws) in a car accident, I went to work with Tony and his crew as soon as it was physically possible for me. My experience was nothing short of outstanding. Within 3 months, I was back to all the sports I enjoyed prior to the accident. I credit Tony and his staff for getting me there. They are a knowledgeable, friendly and capable group that I would recommend to anyone.

Our whole family has been using Wilton Physical Therapy for the past 12 years. Tony is amazing! He makes everyone feel comfortable and right at home. Tony has a way of making rehab a pleasurable experience! My kids (now 16 & 18) have both been there for multiple injuries throughout the years and always want to see Tony! Wilton PT has seen the three of us through back, knee, & foot surgeries; broken bones & sprains. The entire staff is very caring and accommodating . Tony and his team provide the best combination of patient experience and clinical outcome in the area. It's trite when health care providers say they care, but this group really does. Strongly recommend for both athletes like my children and old, broken-down athletes like myself.
My wife and I were both patients of Tony and his team. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional and also fun to work with. The added wrinkle to our treatment was our infant son but Tony and the team didn't miss a beat and treated us both as well as entertained Hugh when necessary. If you are looking for a physio who listens and tailors your treatment to your needs then this practice is for you -be you a serious sports person or professional couch potato they will put together a plan to meet your goals. I am more than happy with the care I have received from Wilton Physical Therapy. They are knowledgeable and highly skilled and have charted out a clear road to recovery and are taking me down it. In a very methodical manner they have worked me through to full range of motion in a limb with a broken bone, which was at the beginning, not fully healed. Now that the bone has healed we are working through weight bearing and strengthening. I have always felt that I am in good hands, and they have very deftly been able to keep the work challenging but safe. Tens stars for this place!
After a leg injury and physical therapy at a rehabilitation center, I needed to continue physical therapy. I chose Wilton Physical Therapy Center. I am so glad I did! I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of each staff member. My exercises were specially made for my injury. When I arrived for the first session, I was using a walker and could not put any weight on my injured leg. With all the care and concern each of the staff members showed towards me, I can honestly say today I can walk as if I never had a leg injury. I have used Wilton Physical Therapy for past running related injuries and, more recently, for therapy on a separated shoulder. I have found them to be helpful and attentive, much moreso than my orthopedic who gives a quick diagnosis without listening but that is another story.
Also, during the last two instances, their diagnosis of my injury proved to be spot on and they were able to target my treatment to hasten the recovery. As an athlete, I believe Tony Grabiec's experience as a triathlete, runner, cyclists has given him the experience to treat sports injuries more effectively than other PTs I have been to. I just went to recommend Wilton PT to a friend and could not believe the negative review (which was just duplicated from one below, I assume from the same person). At least in my experience and in the experiences of people I recommended, they are one of the better PT teams.
Tony, Curt and the entire Wilton PT team did an incredible job!!! I had a full shoulder replacement and am now skiing, swimming and doing other things I enjoy after only 4 months. They are professional, courteous and provide just the right amount of "push" to improve without pain.
