I have purchase two vehicles from Jacky Jones and the experience was very professional and comfortable. My last purchase was a 2019 Ford Transit that I use for my business. It has a little over 10,000 miles on it and it started sending out a code to service the engine. So I dropped it off on a Sunday evening. On Thursday Since I had not herd anything from them I called and was informed that it would be the middle of next week before they could look at it. I have other vehicles for my business and I have them serviced by the dealerships as well. I have never had one that was not looked at inside of a week. Usually within two days. For these reasons I will not ever purchase another vehicle from Jacky Jones

I am thrilled about my car buying experience at Jacky Jones. My husband and I looked at cars both locally and on the internet for weeks. Nothing worked out or felt right. We decided we wanted to buy a used 2017 Fiat Spider 124. I talked and met with numerous salesman who had very poor customer service skills for weeks on end. I was losing hope of ever finding the right car at the right price from someone I could trust. I had many sleepless nights filled with anxiety. Finally I found a car I loved at a wonderful price, and I sent an inquiry. I wasn t expecting much, but within an hour, the nicest, friendliest man - Mr. Lee Call from Jacky Jones, contacted me. We live in Louisville, KY, and Jacky Jones is in Cleveland, GA, about 7.5 hrs away. Lee answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He even went and took a video of the car for me, showing details of the inside and outside of the vehicle. This was above and beyond what I was expecting! The car looked great, and I finally felt comfortable enough to make a deal. Now I have the car, and I couldn t be any happier with it! It s everything Lee said it was and more. I called the dealership to get an answer to what time they closed as I had seen a couple different times. The nice operator transfers me to the sales que and Fritz answers the phone. I'm sure to him it was just another sales call that rarely end in sales. (I sold cars in my youth, 95% of those calls are dead ends). Talked with Fritz a few minutes explaining i was buying a car for my daughter. Inventory has been low and prices high so this car I was looking at wasn't likely going to be around long. Fritz was going out of town the next day. I called my daughter and got her to get off early to get there ASAP. It's an hour + drive to them from us and I hate being that guy who makes people stay late. Called Fritz back and said we're coming, he said come on. We went and it was an unbelievably pleasant, friendly experience. I've bought several Lincoln's at Jacky Jones Lincoln in Gainesville and have always been pleased. Fritz was top notch. His taste in vehicles was pretty close to mine so we got along great. He wrote up the deal and got it into f&I pretty quick. Casey in F&I did an amazing job and had a 2.99 offer for us from Ford Motor Credit. Casey did have to suffer counting $10k cash that was all the way down to 5 dollar bills my daughter had saved. But he was great and we discussed both having all girls. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Fritz even stayed all the way through then sat with my daughter in the car going over features! The man is the definition of what you want in a car salesman. Don't hesitate to use Jacky Jones Ford. Ask for Fritz!!! Also they aren't those freaking mask nazis. It's normalcy there and if you feel the need then you can wear one. They'll wear one if you feel such need. But it's not forced on you and I greatly appreciate that.

The staff at Jacky Jones Ford Quick Lane are very friendly, prompt, and take extra care to make sure my vehicles are well protected by covering the seats and floor boards. It appears that your short mechanics all bays weren't full and also called for an appointment and it was booked for 2 weeks. Why did I buy 2 F250 trucks from Jacky Jones Ford if I can't get service. I should have never bought a $ $3000 extended waranty from you.
My Husband has been doing business with Jacky Jones Ford for years and has purchased more vehicles than I can recall!. I recently purchased my Ford Explorer here as well. The staff and service personnel are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They did not have what I wanted on the lot in Cleveland so our salesman Fritz got on the phone and located one that had my exact specifications. He even headed out to pick it up from another location even though he knew that it would be past their closing time before he could get back. What a pleasure to purchase from a dealership that has always put such a high priority on customer service. A rare find these days.

The calmest salesman we have met yet. He was very informative and kind. Out of the five dealers we visited that day, this was certainly the best. We test drove a vehicle and he told us we could take it to Gainesville if we wanted which is pretty far. It may even be one of the best dealerships we've ever been to.
Purchased a Mustang 6 months ago and the front end started making a popping noise. Call their service department and made an appointment to have it checked out. When I showed up for my appointment they told me that they don t make appointments and they weren t going to be able to look at it that day that I would have to leave it there for a couple of days before they would be able to look at it. When asked why I was told to show up on that specific day, and I also received a text confirming my appointment on that day, they replied I don t know who you talked to but we don t do appointments. Never again.
I have used this quick lane for my oil change and tire rotation before and had a good experience but this time I went for a oil change and when I look into the shop the technician is rotating my tires that I just had done a week prior to this. I'm not sure if he was trying to slip that in or what so I had to stop him. Then on my sticker on the windshield he put the mileage that's on the truck and not the mileage for when the next change is due so I'm only giving 3 stars today. Didn't get the technicians name but he needs to pay attention to what he's doing because tire rotation was not on the order and put the rite miles on the sticker
Had car evaluated for repair by my mechanic. Ford would not allow him to fix problem, only dealer. Took to dealer who could not locate issue as it is intermittent... Found a different unrelated problem which I paid to have fixed. Will have to wait till vehicle quits again ( hopefully somewhere safe) and take back to Ford.
I recently purchased a beautiful used Ford F-150 from Jacky Jones Ford in Cleveland, Ga. The salesman Bob Little arranged for me to take delivery of my truck at another Jacky Jones dealership closer to my home. On my way home I noticed that there was a problem with the sun/moonroof. I called the Customer Care Rep. Marianne about the problem. Within the hour she made me an appointment to have the repairs made at the expense of Jacky Jones Ford. The sales and management team are honest and will do what is right. I highly recommend this dealership. I am well pleased.

Update on car purchased that had 2 worn out tires: Initially I was not getting any progress on the Certified Pre Owned car that I purchased from Jackie Jones Ford, that unknown to me at the time had 2 worn out tires. After I posted my negative review, I was contacted by the General Manager, Berrong Kimsey about my concerns. After a few emails and a few pictures exchanged, it was determined that they would reimburse me for the entire replacement cost of the 2 tires. Mistakes can be made, but it is how the company treats its customers after those mistakes that really show the integrity of the business. Mr Kimsey solved the problem quickly and made me feel much better about my purchase, as well as earned my future business. Thank you for your help!
My brand new car had a parking aid sensor malfunction and a engine misfire. The first time it happen I called to schedule a time to drop it off for the service department to look at it and was told there was nothing they could do about it. When it happen a second time I called and insisted someone look at it and was told 3 time someone would call me back to schedule a time to bring it in for service, no one ever call me back. I finally just took it up to the service department at Jacky Jones and left it with them. When they called till tell me to come pick up my new car I was told that they had cleared the codes from the computer and there was nothing else they could do. Now the parking aid sensor has malfunctioned again and Ford suggested taking it to another ford dealership for repair because Jacky Jones will not do anything. I have purchased many vehicles from Jacky Jones over the years but no more. They did not even attempt to repair my car, just clear out the codes from the computer and send me on my way knowing my car had issues. Thanks for nothing.

Honestly surprised this dealership hasn't had some major fines or similar from the DOT. Maybe I just had a one-off experience, but it's hard to imagine with all the issues I had were all somehow overlooked, it's basically as if someone just wiped the truck down clean and took some pictures without literally checking anything.
TL;DR - make sure the vehicle you're buying has tires that are properly inflated. If your spare requires a "security key" to lower, make sure you have that. Make sure the brake and reverse lights work.
Also, forgot to mention this in the document, but the parking brake doesn't work as well. The pedal will go down and the light will turn on, but the vehicle doesn't actually stay. Ask me how I found out.
I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Prior to my new Ford Edge experience, I was used to driving to Buford and waiting a minimum of 2 hours. We are so glad we chose Jacky Jones.

I took my F-150 Super Crew Truck in to Jacky Jones Body Shop in Cleveland Ga. Just got it back today July 29 2018. A tree fell on my truck they had to put a new top on my truck and repair several places on my truck . Jacky Jones Body Shop did the best job I have ever seen I spent 40 years in the car business and I know excellent paint and body work, they are the very best Mr Jones ,Chad your manager and David and the the rest of your team are the very best you are a lucky business owner to have a staff like that. Their service guy Dillon Phillips and his tech guy thought it would be cute to test drive my car without permission. Do not have your vehicles serviced here if you value your vehicle. They do not respect your vehicle nor you. Do NOT waste your time and money with this Dealership.
My 2004 F-150 was misfiring on cylinder 3, so I took it to Jacky Jones in Cleveland Ga. for them to diagnose the problem. They kept the truck for about a week just to tell me they needed $675 just to take valve cover of to look at valve train, this is on top of diagnostic fee. I refused and told them I would pick the truck up first thing the next morning. I get there to pick my truck up, pay the $125 diagnostic fee, and head out. Don t make it a mile before the whole truck begins to shake and cut out, running 100 times worse then when I took it to them. Come to find out they didn t have any of the coil packs plugged in. My 16 year old son fixed a problem a so called Ford service tech. had caused. What a shame. I recommend taking your vehicle to a different service center.....Perhaps Greene Ford in Gainesville Ga.
