World class service by all members of the staff based on strong core values of the leadership and daily practises of salesmen and service staff. Those who have served in military, law enforcement and first response will get a sense that their public service is respected and acknowledged. As retired LEO and Military Officer they made extraordinary accommodations help find the right vehicle and delivery the vehicle to my home in Florida.I have sent at least 5 people who trust me to buy their vehicles from Fritz Hammersen who earned my business. Key to all relationships is integrity and customer service. The people at Jacky Jones Ford are in business to make money and their are not perfect.but in this life the will treat you fairly and not engage in dealership games.I live in florida for me to have to buy a Ford in Georgia speak volumes for the people at Jacky Jones Ford. Doing the right thing everyday set the tone for earning respect in this world.

I've been to Ford, Dodge and Chrysler dealers all over our great country and Jacky Jones along with his son Bobby on the Dodge side are at the top of my list for their inventory, service with a smile and family atmosphere bar NONE! If they by some miracle do not have the vehicle your looking for they will find it.

A very good overall purchase experience, the entire Jacky Jones team is very helpful and friendly. After sales experience speaks volumes, and Danny went out of his way to fix us up quickly when we discovered an issue with one of the keys. Definitely worth the drive!

Had service done here and when I went to have the oil changed at a difference location, I found out that the oil plug had been cross threaded and they almost couldn't get it off. Had to purchase a new oil plug.

We purchased a 2016 F150 from Jacky Jones. The dealership and sales team were fantastic. We live in central Florida, but have family in Cleveland, GA, so I shopped both locations and Jacky Jones had the best prices and the color/package that I wanted. I love the truck and would highly recommend the dealership and salesman (Hal).

My work truck sat on the lot a week before it was even checked out. Then parts had to be ordered. Was told the day it went in they would check it out. When my work truck is down that is money lost. Will not take to this dealer again.

Working with Ben was incredible! I have NEVER enjoyed buying a vehicle until my experience with him! I greatly appreciate the time and personal attention he provided throughout the process. I never felt pressured or stressed. Actually, quite the opposite! I was concerned that I was taking up too much of his time. I truly believe Ben wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and my experience, not just making a sale. Talk about getting a customer for life! Well Done Ben and Thank You!

Do not do business with this dealership. The sales reps have an ego and will belittle you to make you feel like you re not worthy of their time. I have purchased many vehicles and this was the absolute worst experience I have come across. All this dealership wants to accomplish is making the most money possible while letting you walk away with the worst deal possible, please think twice before using them to purchase your next vehicle,

After researching for more than a year, I went here just to see an Explorer in person. The low pressure made the decision for me to buy at Jacky Jones! Ben Lawrence helped me find the perfect vehicle and William Jackson streamlined the finance process and beat the best deals I found anywhere!

Poor communication skills in between employees @ the body shop.Chad was the only person that could help me. The others had no idea what was going on with my vehicle any time I called and chad was not in.. I expected a lot more from them when I called for a update.
However, they do have a couple ladies that work in the offices doing Allstate insurance that are amazing.. Samantha and her boss was always willing to help me.They went above and beyond to help me and it was very much appreciated. Thanks ladies.

Bill Sutton put me in a new Explorer this week! I am very impressed by this dealership. Bill went above and beyond helping to find the right deal for me. I went into this looking for a used car, I ended up with a brand new Explorer for basically the same payment. This dealership has a HUGE inventory of all makes and models! But I'll tell you, don't let the size fool you, you get that hometown friendly vibe the minute you step on the lot. Bill treated me like I was family! And I LOVE my new Explorer! Great job Guys!

We went just to see if they had what we were looking for, and sure enough, we left there with our new- to- us truck. The salesmen were super nice - no high pressure sales. The finance guy was knowledgeable and efficient. Altogether, they made the car buying experience easy and affordable. We will definitely start here when we are in the market for our next vehicle.

We recently traded our Ford Flex in for a newer model, received great customer service, and had an overall great experience. Our salesman, Ben Lawrence, was able to get the car we were looking for brought to Cleveland from another location. He answered all our questions and was willing to help us with what ever we needed, including looking for something we thought we had left in the Flex we traded. Ben didn t pressure us to do anything we didn t want to and was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. We would absolutely buy from Ben again!

After making an appointment and dropping off the night before and then waiting three days on top of that because they said we didnt have one, they proceeded to tell me it would be a 3000$ fix. Even after I said no, it took them another day to change the oil and clear the error code. Unproffesional, and not going back.

I stopped by kinda got a brush off went to another dealer and made a purchase but they do have a great inventory I'm confident had I arrived in a more presentable attire it would have been different experience .

My mother bought a Lexus SUV here just after Chris...

My mother bought a Lexus SUV here just after Christmas. It had just been traded in by the previous owner. The vehicle is fantastic, no complaints there. The problem has been the customer service and the dealership not living up to their word. When the vehicle was purchased, my mother was told that the previous owner still had the second key and that they would take care of getting it to her and they also promised her a detailing job on it, since they had not done that yet. Within about a week, she traded the vehicle to me, as she preferred my smaller SUV and I wanted a larger one than the one I had.

It's now almost April and still no second key. I have called NUMEROUS times since January and have spoken with the man my mom originally dealt with (Tony) about a dozen times. I was first told that they were working on getting in touch with the previous owner, then I was told that he apparently didn't have a second key now. Then, I was continually put off over and over again - he had to talk to the manager, he had to talk to so-and-so. I have NEVER received a call from him. EVER. I have initiated every single call and every time he's promised to call me back he never has.

The last time I actually spoke with him, I offered a compromise - if they would pay for the key and the cutting service (I even referred them to a wholesale site to have this done), that I would take care of paying to have it programmed by Lexus, which would run me about $50. No response. No answer. No callbacks, even after my attempts to reach them to follow up. Nothing. In a final attempt, I called again yesterday. I asked for Tony and was first immediately disconnected by the receptionist (who wasn't terribly friendly to begin with). I called back, asked for Tony but got someone named Wayne. I was told Tony was with someone else, so I asked for a manager. I was then put on hold while I heard him talking with someone who I could tell knew who I was when my name was mentioned. Wayne came back and told me that Tony had JUST walked in and would call me back in five minutes. That was more than 24 hours ago.

I have no delusions that they will ever live up to their word at this point. I should have known this would be the case when during an earlier phone conversation I mentioned coming in for the detail job and hopefully picking up the key at that time and Tony actually laughed in response.

This is really unfortunate, as I have a lot of family in the area who buy cars and Jacky Jones will not be getting business from any of them now. My mom has since bought two more vehicles but not from them. If they'd rather lose business than do right by others, that's on them. Their word apparently isn't even worth the $215 the second key would have cost them.

4/5/14 Edited to Add: After posting this review on multiple sites, I received a call that they had located the key and it was being mailed to me. I did receive it in the mail today. It's not another master key - only a backup, completely manual key (no buttons) but at least it's a second key. As promised, I am revising this review to reflect the updated facts.

This is the best dealership that I have ever worked with. Personable and caring staff, they always touch base with a cost estimate before doing the work. Very detailed. I highly recommend them!

Through the purchase of my 2015 - F150 all the maintenance visits and one service call to replace a failed windshield washer pump I have had only good experiences. Friendly, attentive and they don't waste my time, work has been done quickly and right.

My husband and I are so appreciate of Jacky Jones Ford that it's almost unbelievable.

In 2010 we purchased a 2008 Explorer from Jacky Jones and it served us very well, but after ten years and 177,000 miles we decided it was time to upgrade, so of course we went back to this dealership. Enter Marianne and Lamar.

We'd been exchanging e-mails with Customer Care professional Marianne for several months and instantly liked her. We ultimately broke down (we are very financially conservative as we are senior citizens on a rigidly-fixed income) and drove to the used car lot, where we finally met sweet Marianne.

She put a totally great guy, Lamar, on us as a salesman. He already knew what we wanted and there was no price haggling, because he showed us what the 2019 Ford Escape we wanted cost Jacky Jones. The asking price was less than 10% above what it cost the company, which I thought was extremely fair. Lamar went on to offer an excellent trade-in value for our "ancient" Explorer, and I said "YES."

We love our new Escape and are forever indebted to both Marianne and Lamar for their honesty, kindness, integrity and extreme professionalism.

Bottom line: My husband and I are SOLD on Jacky Jones and, as far as we're concerned, they're the only automotive folks we'll ever deal with for the remainder of our lives.

I recently went in with a friend who was having some service mojo with her car.
I had the pleasure of meeting Greg Everson , the Service Manager.
I was quite impressed on how he valued His repeat customer that had been a customer over the years with many different vehicles and how he stepped up and took really really good care of her.
I highly recommend the service of this gentleman to anyone considering buying a new or used car .
thank you for the experience!

I am really grateful for getting my car back but, the lift on the rear of my car was pushed in and it wasn't that way when we brought it in. That lift is not a battering ram to be used to be pushed by another vehicle from the rear and I resent it! This could be a lawsuit unless I get an apology from those who did it at Jacky Jones Ford.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Don't even think about doing a trade in with this ripoff merchant. Wants to give bottom dollar for my trade ins but yet wants top dollar for selling. I agree with making money as that's what it's all about but there is a difference however with offering a good price to the point of insulting someone like they've done me. This place has got a liberty, they were thousands behind on my trade ins compared to other dealerships. I'm talking 10k behind most other dealerships. I wouldn't even consider doing business with people like this ever. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Absolutely abysmal customer service. F-

PS: With regards to a Jeep Liberty, I never mentioned such a thing. I stated "This place has got a liberty." I'm from Ireland and we use this saying quite a bit so I could understand the confusion and smart aleck response back from such a poor establishment. The reply suffices and shows the nature of this place, think before you assume. I realize there was no thinking when you gave me highway robbery numbers on my vehicles and took me for a fool, so I'm not surprised you'd rush to such a silly judgement thinking this was another dealership. I'm no fool and know exactly what dealership I'm leaving a review for.

My husband and I recently saw a truck that was being traded in by someone and asked if they could hold it for us because we were very interested. Within a week, we received a call that it was cleaned, prepped and ready for us to inspect. We drove it and made the deal immediately without any hiccups. The quality of service we received and the friendliness of Jacky and all of his staff is stellar. By far, JJ Ford always has the best experience and follow up service, that we both have ever dealt with. Their dealership is and has been top in the nation for many years- and it shows! We won't ever deal with anyone else, because Jacky and ANY of his affiliated dealerships, across the Southeast, has our customer loyalty for life. Good people ding good business!

9 1 18 .... Dont believe best trade price guaranteed that's not going to happen. Low ball is an understatement. Probably the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle I have ever had in forty years. Text salesmen several times he said was to busy we arrived hell he was asleep in his office. Wow!!!!!!! Pretty sad!!

This dealership doesn't make appointments & should you pay with a credit card - they add a 4% surcharge. So, even if you buy a car from them, you're still unable to make an appointment. SO odd to me...

We broke down about 25 mins away on the side of a mountain we had the whole family with us...2 kids and 3 adults . All the employees went above and beyond for us. They referred us to a tow truck & also went out of there way to have a van pick us all up and bring us back to the dealership to have our truck repaired..which was also in a timely manner, they went out of there way to do what they could to help us. The general manager Berrong provided outstanding customer service & did all that he could to help us out. Eric & his crew in the quick lane tire & auto center also did what they could to provide the best customer service. My family and I couldn t be more thankful for all that they have done for us. If your looking for a dealership that will go above and beyond for you I highly recommend Jacky Jones Ford.

On Wednesday, February 17th after reviewing the dealership and seeing they had a 4.5 out of 5-star rating and a recipient of 17 Ford President Awards, I contacted salesman Ben Lawrence via text and phone.

We conducted most of the sale remotely and once everything was decided I made the over two hour drive to finalize the deal. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and as I was pulling out of the dealership in a new to me 2019 Silver Ford F-250 ($63,525.00) I made the comment to my wife that this was the best buying experience I have ever had through a dealership.

The vehicle I purchased was a reacquired vehicle which had a no start issue. The issue with the vehicle was said to be repaired with no sign of reoccurrence. Unfortunately, this was not the case and on Saturday February 19th would not start and left me stranded 37 miles from home for over an hour. I immediately contacted Ben to advise him and supplied pictures and video of the issue. The no start issue continued throughout the day to include after dinner with guests on the evening of the 19th for over 30 minutes. The following morning, I contacted Ben and advised him the vehicle would not start. Thankfully, Ben coordinated the delivery and pickup of a replacement vehicle for Monday.

On Tuesday February 23rd, after serious consideration I decided that I did not feel safe continuing to use the vehicle as I travel out of town for business frequently. I reached out to Ben to advise I was not comfortable with the vehicle and to inquire as to whether I could get my trade in back and walk away from the deal. I was told this was not an option as the loan had already been funded.

At that point I decided to pursue the replacement vehicle they delivered. The replacement vehicle was also a reacquired 2019 Ford F-250 ($67,690.00) with some additional creature comforts. I originally did not see the vehicle on the lot due to setting my spending cap and search criteria at $65K. Naturally, I asked Ben if there was any way they could meet in the middle on the difference. Ben stated there may be some room for flex due to asset depreciation however after looking into it, he returned to say there was no room for discount.

I was no stuck in a situation where I could pay more than I had desired for a vehicle or put my faith in the original vehicle that had already left me stranded multiple times. I decided I would continue the purchase of the replacement vehicle at full asking price. On Wednesday February 24th, I notified Ben to finalize the deal.

Nearly a month later, on Tuesday March 16th the purchase of the replacement vehicle was finally complete. In that months timeframe there were multiple frustrating telephone conversations with the team at Jacky Jones. This is a very condensed version of the month long back and forth. In addition to all the mental frustration, while in Florida on business I was pulled over due to the vehicle having a test drive tag. The officer believed the vehicle to be stolen since I can only assume test drives from Georgia do not include central Florida. Luckily, I was able to provide text messages and insurance coverage to satisfy the officer.

Even more disappointing was to find the situation had not been escalated to Mr. Jacky Jones or Dennis Greene which leads one to believe the occurrence is so common that it did not warrant escalation or it was being swept under the rug. I asked that this situation be escalated and for someone in management to reach out to me. A phone call and apology from Mr. Jacky Jones, Dennis Green, or the General Manager Berrong Kimsey would have spoken volumes and could have in fact prevented this review. The only thing worse than having to deal with a situation like this is to know your business and customer satisfaction is not important enough to warrant a simple phone call. I have already spread the cautionary tale to my closest friends and colleagues and urge anyone who is considering buying a vehicle from any of the Jacky Jones dealerships to strongly reconsider.

Drove over an hour to buy a $15k truck and the next day the abs break light went on and brakes started acting weird. When confronted about the problem said for me to drive over an hour there so they could look at it. Eventually went to a shop and had it fixed which cost me about $500.

I love my new Bud's edition of my new Mustang. Brought it to Columbia Sc on 1/2 tank and that's great. Thank you guys for getting it to Greg Moore and I. No body wants to race me LOL!!!I love it and still have the 2006 Escape with only 3800 miles on it and never get rid of it til the wheels fall off.

Be aware of this dealership's unethical marketing ...

Be aware of this dealership's unethical marketing practices! They are using "bait" vehicles to make you just come to the dealership. Once you show up for your scheduled appointment it turns out the vehicle was "miraculously" sold in the last 30 minutes and over the phone!!! Salesperson (Ben Lawrence) is very prepared for your arrival and already has in his hand a list of more expensive vehicles hoping to make you buy one of those. Those type of practices should reinvestigated by BBB.

We drove almost an hour to get to Jacky Jones Ford and it was well worth it! We found exactly what we wanted for our daughter at a fantastic price. The entire staff- especially our salesman Lamar Elrod- was honest, warm, welcoming and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely return when it's time for our next car.

If your shopping for a Ford car are truck, make sure you take the drive to Jacky Jones Ford in Cleveland. The customer service is worth your time driving, not to mention it's a pleasant drive. Jacky's staff is charged with making your purchase so pleasant you'll be back for your next purchase. If your not looking for a Ford his Jeep, GMC, and Chevrolet dealership around the south will take great care of you.

I was shopping for a new Lincoln and the salesman apparently did not think I was in that demographic category. He could not have given me two cents for my business, which I took down the road.

I wish I could give more stars! The entire team is fantastic and I have never had better customer service in my life. I needed a car in Oklahoma but when I tried going to local dealerships I felt like I was getting a raw deal. I contacted Dennis Greene after seeing the price of a black 2012 Ford Edge on his website. He went above and beyond and found every detail about the car to help me make the right decision. Charl Sosebee helped me finance the car and was constantly available by phone. When the car showed up today it was in better condition than I thought it would be. The only surprise was the dual sunroof and two backseat televisions- features I Never thought would be included for such a low price! I HIGHLY recommend and will return for any future vehicle purchases regardless of where I am living in the U.S.

I just purchased an amazing Lincoln MKC from floor team Russ and Bill. Absolutely no pressure, easy communication, and easily by FAR easiest experience I've had at a dealership! Everyone was courteous and informative. My car was clean and in great condition! I hope to keep my MKC for a long time but I will be referring Russ and Bill to my friends and family. The BEST part was when I showed up to sign the papers and the payment was lower than we had tentative one discussed on the phone. It made everything much easier! Thank ya'll at Jacky Jones Ford!
