Odd company. Service determined by star sign it ap...

Odd company. Service determined by star sign it appears. Phone in for repair for 50 days, then came back unrepaired with weak excuses. Zero contact up till day 35 & then only to tell me to wait longer. Run on their own time-zone. On return. gave it to my local guy & he had it repaired in 12 hours.
