Good place for family stay with a good and easy accessable location

Well area, accommodation & vicinity are good only food is troublesome for vegetarians

I lived in the hotel apartments, and it was the right of families
And their prices are good
Hygiene is good

Close to the hotel, the unit ... and a new road to the mall, but we had a problem, which is that for those who return from the mall drunk the door from 10 pm at night to the hotel, and to with him the suffering of children who are stuck and we want to climb them up stairs
I wish from the hotel to study the situation because it harms the hotel's reputation.

I always enjoy staying in grand milleniun al wahda most especially to unwindind in their spa. Their balinese massage is so good and relaxing especially if you want a good strong massage to relieve aches and pains.

They also have upgrades so you get all the spa experience you want with a lesser fee than the normal service would cost individually. They would also give you an opportunity to use their steam sauna and jacuzzi facility for free before the treatments. Moreover, i had a memorable experience when they learned it was my birthday, as they made sure the experience made one special.. they gave me some freebies and a rose

Good hotel, nice room, hotel down is big shopping center, you can buy anything. And many taxi can easy come anywhere, this is location at city downtown.

Not a 5 star hotel.
Service is slow independently of the department.
The rooms are large and the amenities very low quality and spear.
Swimming small with small kids. If you are looking for to sunbathe is not great.
The bathroom has a bath tube and shower the floor would benefit for a scrub.
Window glass is dirty everywhere in the building so you can't enjoy the views if you have a top floor.
There is not a comfortable desk to work in the room.
So many hotels to choose from in the city and competition, I am set sure why management take actions on the reviews to improve.

A bit good .. booking in Buchenk was a room with breakfast and upon arrival we were told that the breakfast was for one person! Knowing that the room was booked for two people

Named as 5 star hotel and has that stand. Good atmosphere, have various varieties of continental food available. But food was bit costly better to avail room which includes breakfast

Staff needs training, disrespect guests , talk as if they r forced to work, wifi is limited and weak, breakfast was tasteless, rooms too small, cleaner after cleaning toilet brought tea and clean sheets with same gloves

Abu Dhabi's Iconic Hotel is really a place to live. I recommend to Stay at the Floor No 24 for the City View and Swimming pool on the 31st Floor gives you chilling view of the city.

You can easily access the Al Wahda Mall from the 3rd floor of the Hotel.

Reilly nice hotel. Good service. Staff as will I love this hotel. 10 day four me here I like come back.

Can't handle check in early morning so not suitable if just resting between flights.

The hotel rated as 5star hotel, while its average in many terms, I give it max 3.5 stars.

The customer service needs lots to do, and I note that from the time I checked in, people suppose to be in a queue for the receptionist but that was very random, even when I checked out. They allow anyone come after u to take your turn if hes in hurry even u are in hurry too. Btw 2 receptionist is not enough, and they take long time for per guest.

I booked through call, the staff didn't mention that the offer he suggested is without breakfast, while when i discuss it he deny, and he said he mentioned all the options. Even the offer was good but he don't has right to not tell all the options.

The room service was good except for the complementary water, they offer 1.5L bottel which I thing is not practical. The bath tub sink was leaked the water.

I only appreciate the concierge team they are welcomed and smile.

What am sure about is that this is my first and LAST visit to the millennium.

The rate must be like this:
Rooms : 4/5
Hotel stuff: 2/5 rude stuff with a mad face specially the receptionist.
Room service: 3/5 good cleaning and treatment but always late.
Valet parking: 1/5 very bad you need to wait at least half an hour to take your car.
Swimming pool: 2/5 small with fully chlorine.
Breakfast: 3/5 very simple with a few dishes.
View: 5/5

So the final rate is 2.8.

I was here for mandatory 14 day quarantine. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

1. I contracted food poisoning twice from their kitchen. The food is made of poor quality ingredients and there is no set schedule when you will receive your meals. But worst of all the meals are cold when you receive them. Which is a breeding ground for bacteria to grow. I find it disturbing that I can get hot food delivered from across town, but they can't manage to deliver a hot meal from their own kitchen. A short elevator ride away.

2. The room cards expire all the time. This left me in a dark room in the middle of the night 7 times. I've had my room card replaced around 20 times. Sometimes 3 per day. Luckily I had my little flashlight with me. This is a major safety concern!!!

3. Internet / wifi is abysmally slow. Download speeds of 1MB/s. You can barely stream Netflix.

4. Air conditioning fan in the room sounds like a jet engine. My system only worked on high fan speed. I switched it to low, and it stopped working completely.

5. The cleaning and concierge staff are very nice and do a good job. But the front desk personnel definitely require some soft skills training. Consistently quite rude. And there's only ever 1 person working the front. It took me 1 hour to check in.

Lovely family run, direct pass to Al Wahda Mall, making it easy to meet all family requests.

It's a great hotel for budget travelers. Rooms are huge with all facilities including bidet and bathtub. The breakfast was excellent! (oriental, indian{parathas, vada,etc.}cereals, juices, middle eastern staples(labna, zaatar, hummus, olives,etc)cheese platters, fruits, etc) and spot on service. Very clean room. Pool on 31st was semi-indoor. Loved it !

Spent a week in October 2018. Room was very clean and had a nice view. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets had a great variety of local, western and Indian cuisines.

Swimming pool is quite big, also with a great view of the city.

The room service can be improved.

I only stayed overnight and had early morning flight so can't comment on food but service was good
