When I call the breakfast for my guest the room service asked for charge but everything was included. My card is automatically disabled and I asked cleaner for help. She asked me to wait ten minutes and tell me get back to reception. The reception lady is funny to ask me for my ID when my hands are empty. My stuffs are locked in room please!!! Stupid stuffs everywhere. No more chance to come and the worst experience in whole London.

Although I arrived early after a long overnight flight from the states, my room was not ready. The front desk gave me a key to the gym which was equipped with changing rooms to take a shower and freshen up- which was a nice touch. The room was nice and the bathroom especially. We had a nice stay.
I was looking forward to staying at the London Pullman as my past experience with Pullman was great in other countries. I advised of an early check (6am) in but was not noted in my account when I arrived and was told there was no room available and was told I can use the gym to freshen up. Strangely enough after 30 mins due to the great service & help provided by your colleague Tim (frenchmen)there was a room available. Obviously your previous staff was not in a very helping mood as I believe its not possible to have a room suddenly available in 30 mins in such early hours. Despite this it was a good stay and again thank you Tim and this is what customer service should be.
You completely messed up my booking, you have charged for a night I did not stay, a member of staff implied I was lying and you have not responded to my last e mail.
It's a brand new hotel at an awesome location. It's just besides Saint Pancras, which makes it easy to access if you're coming with the Eurostar. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help.
I've been here twice in the past year, the first time in February, we had a delicious steak, they prepared it in such an awesome way! It was really nice to have the special salt etc. However, the last time I've visited (December 2013) it was no longer the case. The steak was still good but not special.
The rooms are super, they're great and clean. It's awesome to relax after a hard day of work.
A modern, chic property with facilities to match that off a 5-star hotel. Service would likely meet your expectation, although the levels of attentiveness could have been a bit better. Good standards of housekeeping and cleanliness. Breakfast options are amazing, fresh and in my opinion, satisfies demanding tastebuds.
I've not stayed at this hotel but have used it extensively for business meetings. The staff are professional, efficient and the costs are reasonable.
There are meeting room down in the basement, but I suggest you ask for a room in the Business Playground on the fifteenth floor - the rooms across the London cityscape are simply stunning!
The food is excellent, and everything is done to ensure you maximise your time in the business meeting.
This hotel is great! Checkin is a breeze and all the staff are so kind! My husband and I visited the bar on our first night and had delicious cocktails! They also gave us popcorn to eat with it. The popcorn was a great treat! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
My wife and I booked a Junior Suite for two nights at the St Pancras Pullman as a base from which we could treat our grandson to some of London's attractions during the school holidays.. Our room was comfortable but lacked a feature that I had specifically requested when I made the reservation on line. The was no bath in the bathroom. We had precisely the same disappointment in this hotel two years ago when we specified a room with a bath on that occasion. What is the point of your guests making such specific requests if you are going to blatantly ignore them? You could at least have acknowledged my requests and advised me of the availability of rooms with baths. We had our evening dinners and breakfasts in the hotel during our stay. The service and food was quite satisfactory but, along with many other guests, we had to wait for 25 minutes before we could be seated for breakfast on the morning of Friday 18th August. This situation was quite unacceptable in a 4* hotel charging premium rates, and is especially irritating when one has planned a busy day's schedule with public transport departure times to meet. Both the lack of response over bath availability and the long wait to be seated at breakfast is a management problem - your service staff were working very hard in very difficult circumstances. We will think very hard about whether we make any further reservations at this hotel. Graeme & Anne Paterson
My very new fiancee and I stayed at the Pullman on the weekend. I booked one of the suites to celebrate as I had proposed earlier that day. The whole experience at the Pullman was absolutely amazing.
A great location, room and visit. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, from Kait at reception, to Marius in the restaurant, Jeff in the Bar and Paulo the concierge.
I thought it was a bit overpriced for the kind of room and services. The location being close to Google office was the main reason why I booked this one.
The Pullman was fabulous. The location is super central and located right next to Kings Cross/St. Pancras train stations. The staff was extremely welcoming and the doorman went out of his way to help us. The hotel is very modern and the room was new and lovely. Large by London standards. We would definitely stay there again.
Standard hotel, no frills, expensive for what it is. Good front of house staff on reception and accommodated an early 11am checkin rather than making us wait until the usual 2pm.
My stay was excellent ,stayed at the Pullman because I had a early train from Euston on the Saturday morning .Was welcomed by the reception team all very helpful and friendly and was quickly checked in . Room was a classic room , which was very clean and was a good size, bathroom was very clean. Had no noise inside or from the outside during my stay.Did not have breakfast as I had a early train , but it did smell very good being cooked !.Bonus was being able to leave my bag at the hotel as I traveled to Liverpool and back again and picked it up at just after 18.00 hrs , which I was very thankful for . Overall a very good stay and customer service and I will stay here again .
We only stayed one night on this occasion however we found everything was done efficiently and our room was comfortable. Our only problem was a lack of instructions on how to use the air conditioning. We particularly liked the quality, variety and presentation of the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and the cooked breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for some years - quality and content. The bed was comfortable and so was the pillow.
Excellent location for the tourist. Especially who use Eurostar train or someone who comes to St.Pancras or King's Cross. This hotel closed with British Library. You could walk 5 minutes from the hotel to take the tube or rail at the station. Breakfast is nice. Room is a bit small. The amenities as same as Pullman standards from Co Bigelow. However the service at the bar a bit slow. I took 30 mins for waiting my welcome drink.
The hotel has modern comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was very expensive but there are good cafes and a Pret' outlet just across the road. Excellent location on Euston Road, which is a busy throughfare but the sound insulation is fantastic. Blackout curtains ensures great sleeping environment. Minibar is expensive and so is the restaurant.
Excellent welcome! Excellent service! I have been to London several times and this hotel is by far the best. From booking (with Agathe) to check out, everything was perfect! Johan, Tim, Paulo, are always listening and available. Thank you again for your attention to us!
I recommend ! Every time I travel to London I go there! Very very beautiful place! I love this place ! Magnificent ! Always welcome at the top! With a really great and adorable doorman "Paulo" thank you to you! I'll be back !
Overall fine, but a few annoying blips - we had a late check out but our keys stopped working that morning - quickly sorted but with no apology, housekeeping knocking on the door even though do not disturb was on, had to ask repeatedly for coffee at breakfast - staff seemed only to be bothered about clearing tables not looking after guests. Booked two rooms for two different time periods and this caused endless confusion - the prepaid sum paid for one room somehow got taken off the bill for the other reason!
Anyone who has ever been to London knows that hotel rooms can be incredibly small. In contrast, the rooms at the Pullman St Pancras are really spacious and despite having a large amount of luggage, we had no problems submitting this. The location of the hotel at King's Cross is ideal for sightseeing.
Attention! The surcharge for a better room category is not worth it. We decided to upgrade at check-in (to a deluxe room) - friends of mine. The room size was unfortunately the same afterwards.
Before entering the hotel we are struck by a cheap room fragrance in quantity that attacks your nose. We're at Abercrombie and Fitch. It is not a refined and elegant perfume, although it is really not discreet.
Check in: chaotic and the hostesses do not know how to explain the deposit of 50 per day for "deterioration of equipment". It begins badly. In addition to one night booked by my company, I had booked 2 nights privately. I wanted to keep the same room. Hell what it looked like was complicated. My room was not ready. I am informed that I will receive an email to let me know when it is ready. I am still waiting for this email that I never received when they have the right address to send me the inquiry and the invoice. I got my room back at 11:00 p.m.
Evening bar team: not efficient and confusing for a 4 * hotel which plays its brand of gin specialist. For a group of 15 people the order was difficult to come. We went there three times to keep everything in order. The room was not held. I had to leave my bank card as a guarantee. I was given a key again. When paying, my bank card cannot be found ... which was not tidy. The addition was wrong. Catastrophic.
Breakfast: good level, rich and plentiful with the possibility of requesting extras in the kitchen (omettes with vegetables ...). Real orange juice (industrial) but tasty. Top morning team. Too bad we park single people at the bar far from the light. Little rush from the staff to clear the table as soon as we finished our meal.
Room 804: on the street. Very noisy and not isolated from the noise of the road which is very busy. The windows of the 70s absolutely must be changed. They let all the noise pass. All rooms facing the street are housed in the same name. Prefer rooms facing the courtyard when possible.
The duvet (not the cover) is despicable. It is so old that the synthetic fibers are in balls in each of their squares. The mattress is also very tired. The air conditioning in the bedroom is extremely loud. The bathroom is ridiculous and poorly laid out. A sliding door will be smarter. The shower is not easy to use. You have to travel miles to turn the water on and off. International and not only English sockets would be in good taste in an international hotel of this level. The meridian takes up all the space and is not convenient to use the desk. The room is absolutely not at the level. The Hilton around the corner is a better standard. It is Novotel level of the 80s. For a business level establishment it's hard.
Check out: competent and fast. Payment should be able to be made in . As on booking.
Apart from the ideal location 5 minutes from Saint Pancras, this hotel has nothing for him. It would deserve the Accor group to invest to bring it up to the level of that of Berlin. I will not return to this hotel, unless I have to.
Beautiful hotel very well placed. The team is very attentive and has satisfied quickly and efficiently the least of my requests. The reception is very friendly and with a smile. My room was beautiful, quiet, with a neat decor and a great view. The decor was perfect, very neat. It feels really good in the rooms of the Pullman London St Pancras. The breakfast is extra, very complete and the bars and restaurants of very good standard. Overall the service is very professional, fast, discreet and efficient.
Met here for a business meeting and the lounge was very busy (always a good sign). The service was efficient and discreet and readily available when needed. The lunch was great with delicious Tuna Nicoise salad, served perfectly. There was an abundance of plug-sockets and table space, plus free and fast WiFi is always a positive!
Great hotel for Euston, St. Pancreas or Kings Cross station. Exactly 1/2 way between Euston and St. Pancreas. Modern rooms, very nice re-done bathrooms, both human and ATM style check-in machines (take your pick). The lift was a bit slow to the higher floors. Still, great location for North London travel links.
We had a great experience staying at the Pullman London. It was in close range to great food and shopping options and right near the train stations. They were very attentive to service and very helpful in finding the hot spots in London for my girl friend and I. I would definitely stay here again!
It was a great experience staying in Pullman hotel. The location is great and very convenient. We can walk to either Euston station or King's Cross station within 5 minutes. We could even walk to the British Museum. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Great experience.
We stayed here primarily because of the location, but so pleased we did and will definitely be back! Hotel isn't much to look at from the outside, but step in to the lobby and you could be anywhere. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean, communal areas are modern and fun. Staff were so courteous and helpful - even when there were things to complain about!
Its a very modern hotel, in the heart of London... breakfast is lovely, staff are friendly.... but NOTHING special really... not worth the charge if you ask me... but thats just IMHO...
The hotel is good, in terms of room capacity and family comfort. Cleanliness is generally good. Breakfast is excellent and varied. The hotel is in a good location, close to train and bus stations.
Have only used this hotel for meetings so far but very nice environment to conduct business in a great location. Can be a bit pricey but not outrageous for London.
Excellent hotel. Sutprised you had to oay for general TV though. It woukd have been good to catch up on the news via the TV. Otherwise a lovely hotel. Staff are very helpful and respectful.
Just Perfect!! The room was very spacious, clean and looked great and modern. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very kind and helpful. Also amazing location!
