Small things make all the difference. Went for a long run, came back exhausted, doorman was waiting with bottle of water and towel. Stay here regularly on business and ticks all the boxes. I am still in reception sweating as I write!

Great location! You'd be about 20 minutes away from a lot of touristy areas. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a buffet (quite decent). The only downside is that the rooms don't have drawers which is an inconvenience if you're staying in the area for longer than a few days.
I enjoyed a sense of personalised support right from my initial online inquiry about local facilities (hairdressers) through to the umbrella in case it rained, the advice from staff in the eatery, and feedback/suggestions on sites to visit. Thank you.
Very nice hotel, well worth the money. Comfortable, very spacious room with a large bathroom and a double and a half bed, overlooking London. Gym open 24H / 24H with latest technology equipment. Soundproofed rooms. Excellent location.
Comfortable stay and spacious rooms. Couldn't connect to the internet using work laptop though as wifi is not secure. For business professionals travelling and needing to prep for meetings this is very problematic.
Staffs at the door was super helpful. The staffs at the desk were friendly also. I had the delicious escape card which I was supposed to get a 10% off at room service but when I called, the person who answered the phone said no. So I had to call front desk again and they called room service for me to tell them about the 10%, maybe there could be better communication there between your departments. We were only given two bottles of complementary water and the rest we had to pay, I thought pullman and also as a Accor member, we could at least drink water for free. Besides ONE welcome free drink, when I travelled with my husband, I don't see what special offers were given as a member. Breakfast selection was good, but please pay attention to the plates, cups, etc, many were a bit dirty. Maybe there were too many guests you didn't have enough time to clean them? Also to mention the water temperature was not steady at all, the temperature would be good for a couple minutes then it would turn cold.... Overall the stay was satisfactory, hotel was modern but it just wasn't enough for me to come back the second time.
Excellent service, great facilities, speedy check-in and check-out procedures and a wonderful breakfast. The restaurant is really good too and there's live music. Wifi works perfectly. Provides the convenience needed for business travel and many options to relax after a long day of work.
HOTEL HAS NO AC ONLY Aircooling N worst part Aircooling system not working n total management relax n not bothered for fast action.. Even no Room fans r available.. ..Trying to give useless answer to convince us...my stay is in room no.904 then in room no.247 on 27/8/19 Dr.Tanna ( India)
Slightly better than ok. The door knob on the door between our rooms fell off and the TV didn't work but after a couple of phone calls the hotel fixed them. The rooms were clean and roomy but the bed was terrible. I would return but it's not my first choice.
Awesome rooms. Very good breakfast, so many options for juices. Everyday rooms are cleaned very neatly. Tea in the rooms are so tasty. Worth staying at such a comfortably hotel.
It was very god it like boi fhf ancd I thy bertio. I swa lot of red bus it sawz godo Thye peopl we good cuz de giv me milk. Der was elvte I pres oaaall button. A was dery good. Butt i los my su5ie cse in big red bus. Ahh mybe I lost sutu?
Very nice hotel at democratic prices, the breakfast buffet was extensive and the staff there are very polite and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended and is centrally located close to the station and many super amenities and eateries nearby I will definitely come back here
Our stay at the Pullman London St Pancras was very nice. The room was nice, the bed was super comfortable and we loved the shower, also it is very well located and you can walk to all touristic places without the need of public transport. We would like to specially mention that our receptionist Jackie was really helpful and kind making our stay much more pleasant :)
Didn't stay but visited the lobby bar for a meeting. It's comfortable but noisy (particularly echoey) and service is not very proactive. It takes a lot of work to attract attention just to get coffee.
Reception area, as well as the bar and breakfast area, modern designed. Clean and individual at the same time. Bar area pretty impressive. A larger corner equipped with a computer for the use of the guests. Everything is designed and divided into one area at the same time, which ensures harmony. You have to book breakfast on arrival - for the whole time of your stay it will be cheaper than deciding or skipping it every day. Breakfast in the form of a buffet-large selection-everything you could wish for. Room nice-cleaned every day. What surprised me positively was the ironing board with iron, which is part of the equipment for the guest in the room. Many channels on television - but only one channel that runs in German. What was not so positive, however, was the fact that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom (it belongs to the standard equipment) and the water in the sink, although it was open, has collected and drained off very slowly, which indicates the clogging Indicates.
I had a very comfortable, quiet stay for my course in London. I was always greeted by the lovely, courteous staff. Breakfast each morning was fabulous. I especially loved the wide choice of fruits and berries with yogurts, fresh milk/cream, cereals, breads and pastries and the classic full English breakfast. The room was spacious and filled with all amenities- including bathrobes/slippers, as well the the usual toiletries.
Although I appreciated the spaciousness, cleanliness and quietness of my room on the first floor, it lacked a welcome/relaxed feel- instead just felt a bit more of a classic hotel room. The room layout, color code and one picture made the room feel dull. I am sure the rooms at the front/facing the city would not have this effect- but as there was only a view of an apartment's backyard- I think there should be a bit more focus on the interior decor.
As a regularly returning customer I was disappointed that we had no hot water in the bathroom and resorted to boiling a kettle! At least there was a kettle. No apology. No explanation. No reduction in the cost of the room. Not even a complimentary token. Not good. I work within the hospitality industry the least I would have done would have been to offer every one of my guests either a discount on the room price or something worthwhile like triple points on the Accor Card.
Very gentle staff, room was a bit too small with 2 single beds instead of 1 king and the light from the corridors entered the room fro under the door. Gym is very nice.
The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. So I personally did not have much breakfast. The menu was the same every day, there was no salad, and the taste was poor.
The room and bed were comfortable and the rainfall shower was great. Lovely views from our window. Minimal to channels without paying extra. Superb breakfast spread. Staff weren't very informative about services available (fitness centre was. It mentioned at all) and there was. It hotel guide in our room
Good hotel, rooms are modern in furnishings and big, unlike many central London hotels. Building is modern and we'll kept. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Gold member and service is horrible from entrance. No porter to grab luggage single parent travelling with kid and no support!!
1: being gold member got upgraded and I appreciate but the room sink does not work water get stuck & HVACyou can hear a jack hammer AT LOW NOISE.
Anyway DM Cassandra manages to room move and sort things out which is appreciated. Let me ask you this do you need someone especially a loyal member to identify small issues being a 5 star hotel?
2: upon checkin and entering to hotel the receptionist thought I was a stranger or some sort and no warm welcome of the 5 star rating and after going through booking ooo your gold member and thank you for your loyalty. Where was this b4 seeing my booking. Felt sort of being racist!! Is it because of my skin color? I got looked at weirdly? No clue.
3: Anyway since the DM did a great job I wanted to write a thank you note. Called reception and can you believe it for a simple question can I get the name of the lady who checked me in please? I got room moves so I need to know the name of the lady who checked me in. Answer I am sorry sir I cannot give you the name of the guest in that room.
Repeated the same question for nearly 4 min and 23 seconds before getting irritated.
Anyway surprisingly they are 5 star I wonder what happen to original Accor?
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO HIS BY SAYING I AM SORRY AND APOLOGIZE BECAUSE THESE DAYS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT = to RUBBISH. IT MEANS NOTHING PLEASE CHANGE FOR GOD SAKES!
It s Holiday season be nice regardless of who you are especially in hospitality isn t this part of your training??
It was a really fantastic stay in a fabulous hotel. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we had a wonderful welcome with a lovely birthday gift in our room, which was the reason for our trip. The hotel was in a brilliant location, minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras tube and train stations as well as many places easily accessible on foot. We would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, not the usual case in such a big hotel.
Very nice hotel, great inventory and very comfortable. Extremely friendly staff. All around Recommended. Only four stars because to my visit the air conditioning was broken.
Probably the best hotel I've ever encountered! Everyone was extremely friendly, the in house manager at the time of my stay, made sure I had everything I required to be satisfied with my stay. The food services was very extravagant, the scenery was beautiful and uplifting. Their timing was perfect, it didn't take long after I ordered my food that I received it. Overall, very amazing experience.
I had a pleasant and comfortable 6 nights stay. Good location and convenient, within mins from the tube. Comfortable bed and ample high quality bathroom amenities.
Very nice surroundings, chips were well over cooked, I should have complained but I was enjoying myself too much. Pretty expensive but worth it for the atmosphere. I'd try the food again just to check it out. We only used the restaurant.
A lovely hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects and how the staff were. There was a bit of a delay with checkin and the clerk helping me didn't seem to know what to do but everything else was great.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and efficient, friendly staff. I only had one problem: my room was way too hot. But I was soon moved to a cooler one. I would definitely stay here again, particularly because the restaurant food is excellent.
The room was good. We had a few connection problems with the TV during our stay where the TV would just cut off while watching. We reported it and it was fixed the same day. We had the breakfast included with our room and it was varied with fruits, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, but the hot foods was very limited and after 6 days of it, there was desire for something more. However, the room was clean and it was overall a decent stay. The bed was comfortable. A suggestion that would be nice is to have an omelette station in the breakfast like in the Berlin Pullman Hotel.
My stay had been very good until the last night when the night staff were quite rude to one of my family members. Upon returning to the hotel quite late, the concierge started challenging my sister about whether she was staying at the hotel, to which she replied yes and even showed her room key. They asked to see ID, which is a little bizarre. Their whole approach was just quite excessive and rude and the staff made her feel very uncomfortable. Apparently this is a "security measure", yet I was never challenged or asked for my ID when returning at night.
I overheard a couple at breakfast saying that they had experienced a few problems during their stay too.
I mentioned the fact that there had been an issue when I was checking out and the manager did reach out to me quickly, but then apparently could not be bothered to respond to my email and had someone else issue a pretty standard sounding reply.
I really wanted to like this hotel, but won't be returning.
Access is a bit of an issue for anyone with a visual impairment (hard to work out where the doors to the toilets are due to the decoration) or a mobility issue. Wheelchair lifts between short flights of stairs are very tricky to use.
Stayed here for one night. The room was well appointed and the service excellent. Had a lovely run to Regent's Park in the morning before catching the train to Southampton for our cruise.
Friendly and efficient check in service. Beautiful hotel interior environment and very good serviced, good cooking restaurant. Mouth watering breakfast as well. Only concern is that if the room could provide 1 more chair or sofa, and/or a bluetooth speaker, for even better relaxation.
Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, particularly Christina were friendly, courteous & helpful. The clean modern rooms were a delight. The Deluxe suite we upgraded to on the second night ,was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in
Nice hotel good reception rooms nice and spacious. Super bedding. Big lack of pressure in the shower and missing a toilet brush. At 600e at night it's still limited ... Insane breakfast! :)
Very well located in the immediate vicinity of Saint Prancras International station. Quick access to London bus and subway. Smiling staff available multilingual giving valuable information. Breakfast of great quality and variety. Small defect: we perceive the noise of the street.
The stay couldn't have been better. A large number of my guests and I stayed at the hotel for our wedding. The staff including the duty manager made us feel the most welcome any hotel ever has. The personal touches, the rooms, the food - everything was perfect. A truly fantastic hotel. We could not have asked for more.
