03.06.19 - - read the customer service reply from Pullman. Seemed out of context for my review. I only stopped for a drink while walking past and really enjoyed it.

Nice view, especially with one of the elevators that is glazed!

Average hotel but nothing particularly bad. Stayed one night for Business and was glad to have somebody with an iPad come up to me in the check out queue to check me out straight away

Handy if you have an early train to catch on EuroTunnel

When we got there we were immediately upgraded from a deluxe to a junior suite. A step always guaranteed to result in a good review!

Stylish place with a nice balance between contemporary quality without being to pompous or intimidating.

Room was spacious, curtains blacked out the entire room and the bed was very good leading to a great nights sleep.

The shower was a rain drop style shower and I could of stayed in there for hours. Good quality toiletries as well.

All round when we need to stay near kings cross again we wont even bother looking for anywhere else.

I arrived late and left early so didn't have much opportunity to experience the hotel, but I was impressed with what I saw. Large, stylish and contemporary rooms very close to three major London train stations.

Entire stay comfortable and efficient. Check in a usual excellent - breakfast exceptional and all staff we dealt with were fantastic. Thank you

I went for a coffee. The choice was good and the service was good. Everything was as I expected. I have been before and will go again when I am in the area.

Hotel well located in London, room of great comfort with a very nice bedding, very good reception at the bar which has an extremely diversified card in wines and spirits; In addition, the cocktails, prepared by an eminently competent staff are delicious and the presentation is very pleasant for the eyes; so in this hotel everything would be perfect if there was not a real problem of soundproofing the room; you can clearly hear the noises of the next room, and what about the many sounds of the corridor every time someone, a family enters or leaves their room; This establishment wants to be targeted businessmen and people of quality, but at the weekend, it becomes very - too - family!

Excellent service.
Good but expensive breakfast.
The only problem is, the designer of the bathroom is probably done by someone from the rival company and wants to ruin the room.
The water tap is unreasonable. So does the shower. Most controllers are placed near the water for a reason, but the designer doesn't care.

An absolutely stunning place to host an informal business meeting in their comfortable clusters of chairs. Great atmosphere and just a short walk from Euston. Ideal location.

A top of the range hotel with excellent conference facilities. All staff were very polite and helpful

The room was very comfortable, and I was surprised by how quiet it was in this busy part of London. With minimal noise and with great black out curtains, I was able to get really good sleep while still enjoying a great location. Food was good too. One minor complaint: I needed to leave to catch early morning flight. Early morning staff was just one person (fine) but she was very slow checking me out. (Why? I didn't even have room charges and was just paying with same credit card on record.) No one available to open door, so a little tricky getting my suitcase out especially since revolving door was locked. No one available to call cab. But these things are minor compared to the great night's sleep I got. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed at Pullman hotel for 4 nights. Check in was very smooth and check out as well. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It is conveniently located near the transportation hubs and convenient. The room is wonderful and spacious.

This was our first time staying here, and we were very impressed. Great location - arrived on the Eurostar, so being able to walk straight to the hotel was perfect. Being in between two underground stations also made getting around London very simple.
We were most impressed by the staff here - right from the doorman who greeted us as we arrived and took our bags. Check-in was efficient with online checkin. Cleaning staff were polite. Response by maintenance when we had an issue in our room was immediate, and at no time were we inconvenienced.
Love the furniture in the room, and the spacious bathroom. Good water pressure.
Restaurant menu was impressive and we were happy with the food. Staff were attentive and made sure we had no issues. Also loved the martinis from the bar.
We also had the option to pay for a late checkout when we booked which we utilised - it was great to have the whole day to relax before catching our flight back to Australia.
We enjoyed our stay here, and in future we will use it again.

Great ambience. Great food. I had trouble with the access cards to my room on 2 consecutive days, which was annoying. There was no toothpaste in the toilet package.
Overall, it was a deeply satisfying experience.

Always a lovely stay, we got a deluxe room this time and it was amazing. Lovely breakfast, service excellent and we are always happy to return.

We like staying at The Pullman as it is a lovely, relaxing hotel in a great location. We had a great meal at their restaurant which was so fesh and tasty. The buffet breakfast is also very good . We like the fact it is close to St Pancras and within easy reach of bus stops to visit various attractions in the city. The staff are so polite and helpful which makes for a great stay .

A well located hotel, near train stations and everything. A very kind staff and who speaks French.
A sublime and generous breakfast that will delight young and old. A perfect room for a couple and two young children However, the mattress of the sofa is good for young children but not for teenagers and even less for an adult.
the soundproofing of the windows leaves something to be desired for a four-star hotel because we hear the sirens of ambulances and police ...

We only stayed one night but what a fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff was great, room service was wonderful and such a spacious room!! We will definitely be back when we visit again!

The staff were incredible, the doorman warmly greeted me each time I entered, the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my room preferences. The rooms were lovely, the wifi quick, the breakfast rich with choice and all the items were high quality. The gym was the best hotel gym I ever enjoyed, the view, equipment and ambiance. The rooms were lovely. Simply said, my best stay yet in London

This stay was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the facilities and the staff. The hotel was close to the St. Prancas and Kings Cross stations, making it an ideal spot to get to anywhere in London. There are also plenty of restaurants and pubs near by as well as in the hotel.

Great service and events, we regularly hold meetings and events here and the location, facilities and food are always good.

A really lovely and welcoming bar to have cocktails with friends. Great gin menu and great ambiance.

Wow, what an amazing stay we had at the Pullman hotel. Would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica from reservations who looked after us throughout our stay ensuring everything was perfect-which it was! Room was incredibly spacious and clean and all staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Good location and very nice hotel with a lively lobby area for a drink! Good breakfast. Rooms are clean, if a little small but then this is central London. My daughter loved the glass lift with views across London. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, there are always some exceptions though!

Staff is very attentive and helpful. Room is complete and luxurious. A make-up mirror in the bathroom would have been great. But very positive. Next time there again.

We are always made to feel like valued customers from check in through to check out. The wonderful buffet breakfast is a hilight and the rooms are very comfortable. On this visit the room was late being made up (15.45) and as we were on the front it was quite noisy. We have asked for a back facing room next time. The entire staff are always cheerful, polite and helpful. It is always our go to hotel when we visit London.

Stayed for 11 nights and had a very pleasant stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was great but no tub. Breakfast is excellent. No complaints at all. Would stay again.

Rooms facing the street are noisy. The staff was helpful in moving me to the other side of the building.

Amazing place, amazing staff, lovely environment and a really nice ambience. From the time I visited until i left, the whole experience was worth it. Also, It was my birthday and the staff (who knew prior to my arrival), made sure i enjoyed my stay there. I'd like to visit again and would totally recommend it.

Fantastic concierge, Super fast check in service. I received exceptional service from staff theophile during our stay and he upgraded our rooms for our in law anniversaries. Room were very big and 3 mins walk to tube and st pancras rail. The down side is it s bathroom doors which will always swing out if not closed.

Aside from a small issue with the WiFi not loading properly on a Chrome browser, my stay was perfect from start to finish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - from Johan at the concierge to Bastien on room service and everyone else I can't remember. Speaking about room service, the portobello mushrooms with rosemary were heavenly.

I recently stayed at the Pullman in Auckland and was really impressed. So perhaps it is a bit unfair to compare the two but as this is London I would think the Pullman here would be as good or better. Check-in and the room were fine but More

We stayed in the Deluxe suite - It did not fail to impress. Absolutely loved the setup of the rooms and made our stay very relaxing

Privileged location near Saint pan crass station. Near many transport links. Heavenly breakfast !!!!

Room with a view of "the area", for a 4 **** ...
We had supposedly been upgraded because the room was not ready, and in fact we ended up in a classic room, on the 1st floor, with a view on a small street looking rather shabby and very noisy from from 5 am because located just above the entrance to the hotel deliveries !!!
What a disappointment for us who are regulars at Pullman in France.
Also, room staff don't check the lighting for proper operation, and I had to go to reception to let them know that the headboard sconce was out of order (and there was at least 3 days that it was not working ).
This is how to spoil the pleasure of staying at the Pullman !!!
NB. The walk-in shower floor is a very dangerous ice rink and the non-slip mat provided is tiny !!!

A very good short stay. The way we have been used throughout the years. Very friendly staff without exception. Maybe a compliment for the restaurant. This has evolved strongly and now has a kitchen with excellent dishes.

The food at dinner and at breakfast is of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and caring.
Just 2 points out of 10 for access to the hotel which is not well signposted on the main avenue and with heavy suitcases it's not easy as well as the number of lounges reduced for events as the main Was booked and with YouTube we went to the bar where it was difficult to do activities other than drinking and eating.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly in a professional and efficient way. Room was as good as previous occasions and food and service in the restaurant were good.

Comfortable room, lovely bar area, nice hotel overall. The only downside was wi-fi access which we could only get on our phone and could not connect with our laptops. We were told by 2 different staff members that we could phone the helpdesk ourselves from reception but were told we would likely be on hold for an hour or so before speaking to an agent to get out laptops connected. We asked could reception call for us and the response was that the last time they called no one responded and they were on hold for too long. This, for a business hotel, is not acceptable and it would put definitely put me off staying here again.

Enjoyed every minute. Great position. Friendly professional staff. Fantastic breakfast.

Very nice lobby lounge... for casual or business meetings when you are in Kings Cross. I can't say anything about their rooms or restaurants.

Great setting for a breakfast meeting, food options were plentiful. In fact breakfast was delicious. Only problem, some staff members were blurry eyed, forgot orders and were generally unfocused

Too high charge per head much better service further down the road in preimer in and 5 * opposite

everything could be perfect, but it is absolutely necessary to avoid rooms in x14, otherwise you will be against the service elevator, so very disturbing noise of 7:30 => 23:00. There is also a real restaurant missing.
