Excellent look cation and superb bar and restaurant
Close to the metro, easy to find.Good service and a great breakfast buffet.
Already on arrival we were greeted very friendly and helpful. The staff asked everytime they saw if everything was ok. Very attentive!
The Hotel is really clean. The breakfast buffet was very rich and excellent good!
We would like to come again.
The view from the hotel over London was very impressive.
Attended a conference at the Pullman hotel which was well catered and well organised
Pleasant and helpful staff
Breakfast with a lot of choice and very good. Pleasant setting to start the day
Perfect deluxe room despite the proximity of the elevators which in the end is not disturbing
No bad smell, spacious and bedding made to get lost so much that it is big and divine to sleep in a cloud.
Besides, if my wife gets pregnant, I will deny being responsible ... But I would be the happiest.
Too bad we had to leave after 3 nights there
In the meantime, I'm going to the restaurant downstairs to enjoy a club sandwich with my little wife ...
Thank you
All the staff members were friendly and pleasant throughout the day.
We ordered the starter meat lover for two and two brothers and one fish and chips and haven't finished the starters van the Broad mains in same time you didn't enjoyed the service was poor it's not the 1st my Pullman hotel but I think in London they don't care
The room was a great size and very modern. I received an upgrade as a gold member. The hotel location was very easy to get to from Euston or Kings cross. Staff very professional.
Not bad. things grind teeth though
Good points:
friendly and professinal check in , ok standard room wirh usual Pullman bathroom.and room. Chaise longues makes accessing the desk a.bit.if a joke in.the standard room but hey, it's the weekend! Also, quiet room and comfy bed.
Had a very unfortunate experience yesterday with the front desk manager yesterday morning (July 10 2016) at the Pullman Hotel Kings Cross. We had been staying at the Novotel Excel in Docklands for the previous four nights, and had arranged with the friendly front desk manager there at the Excel for us to leave our baggage at the Hotel Pullman (which is also part of the Accor chain) prior to our train journey later that day. He had telephoned the Pullman the evening before and had said it would not be a problem. The Pullman is very close to Kings Cross and we had a train to catch later that day, so it would have saved us a trip back to Docklands. When I arrived there with my wife and two children we were given a very frosty greeting and told by the manager that this was a most unusual request and that he would have therefore have to telephone the Excel Novotel. There was a different manager on duty at the Excel that morning and he could not confirm that the arrangement had been made the night before. So instead of using his discretion and simply believing the customer, this manager decided that he would not to allow us to leave our suitcases at the Pullman. I simply could not understand his attitude. He was basically implying that I was lying, Not only that, but we had to wait a good thirty minutes while he telephoned and spoke with his line manager and colleagues at the Excel. I was so incensed that I took a photo of him with my mobile camera to send to his manager with my complaint. He become very upset and said that he would call the police there and then unless I deleted it in front of him. My children were getting quite upset at this time so I did as he asked. Well Novotel, you have lost a very good customer, and for what? Poor communications and a little common kindness, courtesy and acknowledgement that your customer might just be right.
One of the best hotels I ever had the pleasure of staying in at. Was there the beginning of this month for 2 nights. Modern decor, comfy bed, rainfall shower, fast elevator and great toiletries from CO Bigelow.
Not had hotel. The bed is good. The AC is difficult to set. The wifi worked fine but not great at all for a VC. The food quality isn't great. The cocktails at the bar can be very good, but depends on who makes them.
I attended a work awards function at the Pullman. The lounge and event space was great, with interesting decor throughout. The food and service was decent, and the drinks at the bar cost both an arm, and a leg.
Very posh and slap bang in the middle of King's Cross St Pancras
Overall very satisfied. However, we felt that there was a smell in the bedroom of cooked food. Perhaps this was due toits proximity to the ventilation from the kitchens?
absolutely brilliant , the doormen are the best i ever encountered , the staff are simply amazing . This will be the only hotel i use when i'm in London.
Top ! close to the train station. Very comfortable room and welcome to the height.
Description and service delivered was aligned. Met all expectations.
Good place. We were looking for a place to enjoy a typical English breakfast for our last day in London.
The staff is very caring, and the food is delicious and varied.
We did not have the opportunity to test the rooms, it will be an opportunity to come back.
Great rooms, amenities and staff are friendly! The bar on the ground floor is jewel in the hotel
Room was smelling like gym. Restaurant service was very slow. Was waiting for drink more than 30min, orders were missed and not served at once for all guests.
Great hotel with some awesome staff Andrei at front door and Victor (I think) at front desk and the breakfast staff were so lovely. There are a couple of really friendly male workers who always greet you with a smile and pleasantries I just didn't catch their names. The staff all take a lot of pride in their work, the location was really central, very close to a number of major rail and tube stations incl eurostar and trains to and from Scotland express with virgin. We had a superior room on the 15th floor which was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, with good views, very close to Bloomsbury, Brunswick square, Russell square area which is great for eating out and have a village atmosphere in central london
Our sleeper train arrived from Scotland early in the morning and we were departing later that day to Germany via train and needed somewhere to rest and freshen up. We booked a day room at the Pullman and arrived early, as the room wasn't ready we left our luggage which was waiting in our room when we returned. The location was perfect in between Euston Station and St Pancras International..
The room itself was immaculate and well presented and it was a shame we were only there for for a few hours. The only complaint I have and this is why I gave 4 stars is that we had two or three interruptions from staff who were surprised there was someone in the room.
We stayed at Hotel Pullman for one night. The hotel upgraded us from Classic to Deluxe as a generous gesture which I really appreciated. Prior to check in, I've emailed the hotel whether they could prepare a surprise for my wife's birthday. Indeed, they prided themselves to make each guest happy. My wife received Macaroon in the room which delighted her. The hotel is excellently located between King cross station n Euston Station n u could have a fuss free day trip to nearby city. I'll definitely come back.
Swish, up market, extremely efficient and pleasant staff. Only did an overnight there but we were made to feel special despite the short stay.
Rooms nicely appointed and every essential and luxury detail considered. Only sorry we couldn't stay longer.
Didn't order food or breakfast only drinks at the bar. Service was excellent.....over and beyond.
I only stayed one night on business but had a very pleasant experience. My room was on the 6th floor and very quiet. I was initially a little concerned that the room had 2 single beds rather than a double but I slept well.
Breakfast was delicious.
The only downside was I was attending an all day meeting at the hotel and the ladies toilet on the first floor, where the meeting rooms are, was out of action involving walking down and back up over 60 stairs each way. On a positive side that helped me walk off my breakfast!
Close to both Euston and Kings Cross. Live music some nights. Typical hotel fare. A little pricey but it us a London Hotel. Nice staff.
Very welcome, nice room, comfortable bed, Nespresso, bathrobe, safe and minibar. There should be explanations in the room about the air-conditioning and the Bose station. Very good breakfast but a pity that the table was wobbly.
Lovely room, disappointed by the amenities into her room such as the coffee, very budget.
I just waited for my friend in the lobby and I got out. The impression the hotel has left me is positive. The location is super within walking distance of everywhere. The cities and intercity trains are very close to Kings Cross. Kings cross is standsted and Heathrow is easily accessible.
Very close to the Panckras Railway ... very clean and extremely friendly. Great breakfast!
Home very pro, hotel perfectly located (near train station, metro, bus), very comfortable room, well soundproofed, cleanliness impeccable, breakfast top ... What more? I will stay here again on my next trip to London!
Beautiful hotel. The glass lift gives you a stunning view. Love the scented hand lotion in the bathrooms.
I never write reviews, but our trip to London has been the best ever and I had to give a massive 5 stars to the hotel that looked after us the whole time we stayed there.
Beautiful views, cool atmosphere, helpful staff and our room was gorgeous! The gym was great too, which you don't usually get in hotels, it's usually just a basic few little pieces of equipment.
Leaving in a few minutes and thought I'd leave a review saying how awesome you guys are!
Thank you.
Very good lounge for meeting people close to main train stations.
Stayed to celebrating my wife's birthday. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to kings cross and near lots of the key parts of London. Staff provided an excellent service and made sure my wife enjoyed her stay. We were on the 15th floor and it gave excellent views across the city.
Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are very nice too. Last but not least the location of the hotel is very central and just next to the train station.
I can't rate the breakfast and the restaurant since we booked room only.
Nice hotel but make sure you ask for a room at the back. Euston road is incredibly busy and noisy.
I came to "scout" this hotel for an upcoming meeting in London and was very impressed. The hotel is lovely -- rooms are small but beautifully designed and you don't feel cramped at all. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the entire hotel staff/team went above and beyond to cater to our every need. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
checked in by a charming guy and was given the room which we requested which was fantastic, the only complaint i have was at breakfast the pots of coffee given to me were not hot, barely warm! I had 3 jugs and couldnt drink any as it just wasnt warm enough,a lovely girl fetched me an americano from the machine which was lovely, the toaster needs to be moved as it causes queues for people getting hot items for breakfast!
My daughter and I have just stayed here in room 912 for three nights. The hotel is amazing. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast in the hotel out of this world. The gym , my daughter tells me has magnificent views . I would highly recommend any one to stay at the Pullman. It was my birthday treat from my daughter and it had been the most wonderful time . The hotel is perfectly situated to go any where in London sightseeing. Just perfect if I could give it ten stars I would . Thank you so much for making my birthday do special x.. nice
Excellent location and close to the Tube and bus stations. The service by Racquel at check-in was attentive. The rooms are spacious unlike most hotels in London. They have a small well-equipped gym but you must ask that they grant access with your room key (rather strange procedure as you would expect this to be automatic). The breakfast buffet is healthy and sumptuous and caters for all diets with coffee and tea as you like it. Almost everyone is friendly and helpful.
Great hotel in an excellent location. The Service is exceptionell.
A busy hotel in the city and very strategically located near the train stations. We can also find ample of eateries around. The room was clean and comfortable. We can have a good view of the city if the room is on higher floors. They serve good breakfast. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
Efficient and friendly staff in a very convenient location.
This is my first stay with Pullman London St. Pancras and I would like to say the experience I had was good. I have been acknowledged as the Le Club Platinum member before and during my arrival at the hotel. My room have been upgraded to two level, Free welcome drink voucher, early and late check out. The hotel ground floor design and atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing although it can be busy at certain time of the day. The hotel front desk and welcome staffs are friendly and welcoming. Greeting each and every guest with big and warm smiles. However, I do not feel the VIP Treatment as a Le Club Platinum member. I do not get a welcome letter, food and drinks readily available in my room as to comparing to Pullman hotels in South East Asia.
The room and facilities are great and comfy. Bed is comfortable and nice to sleep on after a whole day of walking in London. Bathroom amenities are excellent with Bigelow. However, there is no toothbrushes and comb available to hotel guest.
The hotel is located in a distance walking to the trains stations (London Euston underground, King Cross and London St. Pancras station). The hotel is also next to the British National Library.
Overall review of Pullman London St. Pancras is good. Maybe Pullman hotels in U.K. and Europe can learn from the Pullman hotels in South East Asia in providing their hotel guest a more feel welcome feel when the hotel guest checked in to the Pullman hotels in Uk and Europe.
We have just stayed 5 fantastic nights, at this beautiful Hotel staff go out of their way to help, lovely breakfasts and a big hello to Paulo the Doorman so helpful cheers
Great place for hosting seminars and meertings. Good food. Friendly staff
Great customer service and the breakfast has a large selection. Rooms are comfortable and beds are great aswell. I'll definitely be back
Great service and rooms. Restaurant and bar serves great food and drinks. All round great experience. I would definitely recommend.
Great breakfast buffet with gourmet foods and little glasses of yoghurt a little thing of Nutella and ketchup. Great spacious and modern room with great staff that care and welcome you every time you come in. Great proximity to British library and st pancras kings cross station.
Hotel near St Pancreas. Convenient to visit London by public transport. Excellent breakfast. Quiet rooms
A great hotel.
The decor is modern and tasteful.
The location is very central, between Kings Cross and Euston Station, and is therefore ideal for exploring the city.
Would book this hotel again at any time and can recommend it with a clear conscience.
Great cocktails and food in a spacious bar environment with great vibe.
It was a very brief stay, so I was really just looking for a very well organised and practical experience.
I felt housekeeping could have been better, and there was no turn down service.
Check in was almost perfect, but I wasn't offered a welcome drink as a Accor Silver member.
Lighting in the bathroom is very, very poor and there's no magnified mirror.
Having to pay for water and music (!) was very disappointing and at the very least should be offered free to Accor members.
A good place to overnight before or after a continental rail journey.
It was a very positive experience from the outset. I was greeted at Reception and directed to my room which I found to be extremely well appointed and spacious. The standard of the decor within the room and the quality of the en suite was very good. The provision of courtesy dressing robes and an iron was also welcome. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had an extensive choice. I cannot find fault with any aspect of my stay and would certainly return.
The hotel is very nice and the staff were very courtious, the breakfast was perfect.
Even though, on this trip to London, we could only stay the one night, our stay was perfect, a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous! We will definitely be back!
Too bad you miss the pool, otherwise it was five stars
Great hotel and the breakfast was lovely. Even better as it wasn't a buffet and brought to the table. The server was very pleasant and attentive. Great place to relax.
Staff were very efficient and attentive. Stylish communal areas were enjoyable places to sit and relax. Great selection at breakfast and enjoyed the chill out music.
Amazing hotel you could fully trust .great services n smart staff! Appreciated all services n super great breakfast in London town, strongly recommended
Great Dinner n great staff likes Jose who is passionated in providing professional services n nice diner that I sincerely appreciated!! Hope keeps all great services n great cuisine for all international travellers!!
The best place room bathroom and views from kings cross
Very good service, friendly & helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Only complaint was the small portion of food for the prices
Very nice staff, spacious room, very good location.
