Beautiful hotel very well placed.
The team is very attentive and has satisfied quickly and efficiently the least of my requests.
The reception is very friendly and with a smile.
My room was beautiful, quiet, with a neat decor and a great view. The decor was perfect, very neat. It feels really good in the rooms of the Pullman London St Pancras.
The breakfast is extra, very complete and the bars and restaurants of very good standard.
Overall the service is very professional, fast, discreet and efficient.
