Great location right next to the station and super friendly staff, everything was great!

Hotel is well kept with amazing staff. Even gave us special welcome for our honeymoon , would definitely recommend!

The breakfast buffet is delicious. Not only a wide, almost abundant choice, but also tasty and healthy.
Only the quality of the room service meals is below average. Maybe because of the late hour, but still ... that was very disappointing both times. Dinner in the restaurant was okay.

Excellent location between Kings Cross and Euston. Spectacular breakfast (pastry, fruit, cold meats, eggs, sausages, cheeses) Good attention from the staff and great willingness to solve orders. Very recommended

Charged for bar items that I did not use. Won't be staying ever again (was a 3x customer).

Really nice hotel with large rooms and excellent breakfast. Bar prices a bit silly but our stay was spot on. Perfect location for St Pancras.

The hotel team is very friendly, attentive and available, helping even for our questions not related with the hotel but to our stay in London. Everything seems to be made to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible.
Kids bed (transformable sofa) was possibly a bit weak and would have been uncomfortable for heavier persons.
We experienced trouble with the safe for the whole stay. Problems were fixed quickly, i would however suggest to check it and maybe change it as this is a bit bothering and time consuming.

Stayed overnight after arriving on Eurostar then travelling north from Euston. Very convenient, very comfortable, and if you don't have a lot of luggage, no need for a taxi either way.

My daughter and I have just stayed here in room 912 for three nights. The hotel is amazing. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast in the hotel out of this world. The gym , my daughter tells me has magnificent views . I would highly recommend any one to stay at the Pullman. It was my birthday treat from my daughter and it had been the most wonderful time . The hotel is perfectly situated to go any where in London sightseeing. Just perfect if I could give it ten stars I would . Thank you so much for making my birthday do special x

Great location for early morning trains from St Pancras, but staying here would make one incorrectly judge the Pullman branding

Very courteous and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The room was as described, with a lovely view. Breakfast had an excellent variety of items with good service.

Very professional environment. Great conference facility.

My wife and I stayed for four nights as we were down in London for the World Athletics Championships. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel as the room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing! We used the bar every night and the barstaff were always polite, efficient and helpful.A special mention should be made of all of the staff, but especially the porter on the front door who was always chatty and full of fun. We will definitely be booking this hotel again on our return to London. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Unfortunately, the room was not ready when we arrived at 13:00 clock, so there is a star less.
But is a nice, modern hotel with spacious and clean rooms.
The breakfast was perfectly ok.

My go-to hotel in London. Clean and conveniently located between King's Cross and Euston station. Go for a Superior room if you can: slightly larger, with a dedicated sitting area.

It was pleasurable to be and stay in hotel. We were feeling wellcome and homely.
