Amazing experience!! Excellent customer service, lovely modern rooms, huge bed and a breakfast menu to satisfy anyone. I'll definitely be back to stay again...plus they make the best espresso martinis.

A plush hotel right next to King's Cross train station, will be staying there again. Good place to stay if you're tourists with kids. Big rooms right in the centre (underground Zone 1) of London. It's always cheaper and easier to stay in London than it is to get a taxi to your hotel out of the city centre.

I was looking for accommodation near Euston Station to go to Harry Potter Studios and made a reservation.
Located between Euston Station and King's Cross Station, it was possible to move quickly to either side, and not only to move to Harry Potter Studios, but also to use the underground and buses when going to downtown London...
In addition, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, such as bed linen and towels, and the breakfast buffet was a great help for this trip....

You may be suspicious of just complimenting me, but I, my wife, and my daughter were the first to travel to London.

It wasn't very cheap because it was the peak season, but I'm planning a trip to London next time, so I'll have to book again after avoiding the peak season...
Confidently recommend for those who are preparing to travel to London.....

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Rooms are spacious and brekkie is fab.only 5 minutes from kings cross trains and underground. Quiet in rooms despite being on Euston road. Would definatley recommend. Kings cross is like a new little city now and such great transport links right on doorstep.

Popped in here to meet up with colleagues for a quick drink before heading to a local restaurant. Hotel lobby bar was an absolute find - great ambience, bit of music but not deafening, enough space to sit comfortably and chat and not like the local pubs and bars

Will definitely come again

Good hotel with clean rooms. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The Thames Big Ben etc it takes about 30-40 minutes. View from our room unfortunately not very nice. But you're only there to sleep anyway.

Stayed at the Pullman 12-15/5 to celebrate our anniversary. Booked a luxury room requesting a high room. We were on the 14th floor with views over most of London and were greeted with a nice note and macarons. We had a 'Art night' room which was excellent, comfortable bed a lovely bathroom. We could hear some traffic noise but this was not too much of an issue.
The location facilitates easy access to the whole of London being convenient to train, tube and bus services.
Breakfast is again excellent and we ate at the Golden Arrow on one occasion, the food again was of a high standard and reasonably priced.
Over and above this, the staff are always attentive and willing to help. To me, this made our break even more special. Thank you Pullman, we will be back.

During our check-in, the front office staff were really nice to us. She spoke to our son and she remembered our son loves Leicester City football club, then we received a compliment slip with Leicester City football club badge printed on it with her handwriting words "Hope your team will win tonight!" when we return to our room by the end of the football match day. Also, the breakfast was really yummy and awesome!

The overall experience is very good the front desk is very welcoming and the options for breakfast are very rich. The room is one of the biggest prices I have ever stayed in in London. But some facilities - the drainage in the bathroom is not so good that the water flows into the shower room during the shower, and the control area of the shower is confusing - I mean, the handle design is beautiful, but people It is difficult to understand how they are used.

This hotel is located very near to King's Cross & St Pancras station and numerous buses and taxis are available. The hotel is modern and the rooms comfortable. Also excellent views of the city from the top floors.

This was a fantastic experience for both Business and Holiday. Direct access to about any train or tube you need to take from the two nearby stations make this an ideal location. Great workout room overlooking the city. Extremely comfortable beds and clean, well maintained rooms. But it's the employees that made the experience for us. With our first trip to London from the states, they couldn't have made our trip any better. Always smiling, always patient, and just a joy to see every morning and night. Bianca especially was delightful and made our eleven year old daughter fall in love with London. They even delivered a lovely dessert plate to her complete with a panda design because she had remarked how much she loved the panda exhibit at one of the museums. Thank you so much to Bianca and the rest of the staff, you have made this our only choice in london.

Fabulous rooms and a great hotel experience. The hotel was busy Friday and Saturday in the run up to Christmas and I found the service extremely slow at the bar and restaurant. The queue at breakfast the next morning was completely unacceptable. I would return for the room and general amenities offered by the hotel but go elsewhere to drink and eat.

This is our second time at your property.

This is our second time at your property.
But this time was total disappointment.
First day i had to ask about extra robe and slippers for 3 times! At last i went to reception and solved.
And the sofa bed for the kid is real tragedy. I dont know if anyone of you ever tried to sleep on that nails on your back.
So out stay was like 2-3 star hotel. Not pullman.

Central location between Kings Cross and Euston station. Buses in front of the door!
Upscale, cozy atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely book breakfast, delicious and varied selection.
Foyer invites you to linger, while outside the city pulsiert.Zimmer sufficiently large. The most important: beds super comfortable!
Great for business trips as well as shopping trips.
My favorite in London!

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was special. I frequently stay with Accor hotels because I know everything will be quality and this is no exception. Bar and restaurant in the lobby is always 'happening' and the hotel it's self is in a great location. Highly recommend.

Couldn't fault hotel on cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. Lived up to all my expectations, which are high, and didn't disappoint. Service was quick and friendly and will stay again when in London.

Went to their restaurant and as it was odd time we had the bar menu - delicious ample and very well priced. Staff very friendly. By the time we left it was starting to fill up and looked very buzzy music wise and otherwise. Very pleasant experience

I loved my stay! First of all, the hotel staff who checked me in was professional, yet the experience felt personal. For example, the gentleman, Johan, actually introduced himself and let me know that I could talk to him directly if I needed anything. That was nice.
As for the room, it was very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the coffee machine and waterfall shower head! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

I was here for a conference. It is very convenient for Kings Cross St Pancras rail and tube stations. The conference theatre room we were in was fantastic - really big, with great acoustics, very well set up and well run (I guess by event staff and hotel staff). The ante room was also nice and big, with good space for exhibitors and multiple areas for refreshments. Also good acoustics here - even when there were hundreds of people chatting it was never too loud to have a conversation at normal volume. The service was all fantastic, which again reflects well on the hotel staff as well as the event staff. Great!

The Pullman London St Pancras is in a perfect location for the Eurostar. There is a good restaurant in the hotel, although, the menu is limited. The food was perfectly prepared and staff friendly. Do check your restaurant bill for a discretionary service charge.

As on previous stays, the service was outstanding and the facilities first-class. The quality and consistency of this hotel set a standard that few can equal, certainly none in its price bracket. Its superb location, a short stroll from St Pancras and Euston Stations, the British Library, University College London, Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia, and walking distance from SOHO, the theatre district and Chinatown make it ideal for anyone keen to enjoy London with a minimum of time wasted. Why would you choose to stay anywhere else ?
