I enjoyed the big hotel lobby. The cafe and lounge was nice. The swimming pool though small was sufficient.
The rooms were nice and clean. Overall, it was a good stay.

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to your Guest Experience Manager Zainab. I made an error with my check in dates (instead of booking June, I booked July).
As it was a non refundable booking, she assisted me by calling her reservations to see if they could change the dates as I was unable to do it via the Accor app. Kudos to her for being so understanding and going beyond to help me ... She could have just said NO to me.
This is my 3rd stay at Pullman and I have to say apart from your staff (who are always polite), I feel that you must improve on your food quality. As it was Ramadan, they had a buffet at both the cafe and Chinese restaurant. The cafe was so crowded so we went to the Chinese restaurant - I would give 3 stars for food quality. As for your Executive lounge, the breakfast was so so and really the plating of the food could have been done more attractively (I ordered scrambled eggs on toast and it was like the bread was not toasted and the scrambled eggs were just thrown on top). Two days consecutively, I had to inform the staff that the nasi lemak rice was not hot, in fact not even warm. Such a pity that I had to waste the rice that I took.
Rooms --> Used to be great. Buy maintained needs to be improved. Renovation is needed in some rooms.

Great place to stay in Kuching!Located in the Heart of Kuching City.The room was great and comfy.Suggestion to tourist fellas,its better to use UBER/Grab Car in Kuching town bcause the Taxi Rates quite pricey here
Value for money. The room are at par with other nearby property. The bid plus is the food court, the mall and the bar which is at the basement. Location is not exactly in front of river but 3 mins walk.
Loved the room and hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast package needs some clarity though. Was expecting a buffet breakfast. Wish I was informed before booking that buffet breakfasts are currently on hold due to Covid 19. And that the alacarte menu was limited to only one order.

The in room dining was really bad. As we are vegetarians we kept explaining to them that please do not put any egg or meat or fish in our dish and they still put chicken and egg in the fried rice.. also as vegetarians we had really limited options at breakfast

However, the room temperature control was not functioning properly accordingly to the setting. As a result the room was quite cold throughout the night.
check in and out was smooth , room is clean and comfortable and hardware like bed , table and chairs are comfort too. The software ( internet )was pretty bad this time as its lagging and interrupted often and worst the DNS "blocked" almost most web pages at time I cant even open my FB and email.
The staffs here are really friendly and always willing to ask and help ( credit to the training guys).
The Peak - a nice place to laze off my Sunday with a cup of coffee and the agents here are friendly and always chatting and providing information's to the guests ( great jobs guys )
My past few trip did not actually saw a agent Ms Joanna ( maybe she left ) just want to said thank you and hope you doing great elsewhere , the interactive and friendly of this lady was so good that whenever I pop up to The Peak a glass of guava juice is served and this is I call customer relation.

Overpriced hotel in Kuching. 5 star hotel w 3 star service. One of the worst is the elevator, terrible card readers. Breakfast is also sooooo sooooo...

Good location, near to shopping centre The Hills, behind is the bar operating at night (pm) and two halal restaurants operating at day (am). 7 mins drive to Water Front.
Not sure what others think but for me there will no second time..for RM800 per table..such a waste of money spent there..rather go to Riverside Hotel..I'd give 4 over 10 for the food..the only saving grace is the service..

It was wonderful. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Room was fantastic. My only challenge was the toilet. Although attended to, but problem wasn't solved. Big picture was very good. But need to attend to small details eg: the toilet flush
Booked Deluxe Double Room. Great view from room, facing Sarawak River with DUN building as the background. Great jacuzzi. Large bed. Breakfast is good too but limited choices. Nearby Waterfront.

Hotel getting older. Cleanliness are fair. But shops at the hills just left with food court and Mr DIY. Not as good as previously. But staff are very friendly and let us check in earlier as we comes with Infants

One of the newer hotels there. Rooms are big and comfortable. Near to town and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I have no idea how come the service can be a five star hotel....asking waiter for a cup of coffee for 3 times, they deliver it to me after half an hour and charge 3 times money of coffee. No service here. Have to call many times to get my laundry...just speechless
