It is situated in a very good location. It is easy to access to the hotel where the guests of the hotel can go shopping by walking to the nearby shops and easy to get public transport and Grab.

Really satisfied with the hotels utilities and it was good to stay

Had a pleasant 2-night stay, room was clean and well appointed. Nice pool. Gym equipment needs some care and cleaning. Enjoyed breakfast. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice place and right in the middle of the town area

Near main access. Good lunch and had many variation food from local to western. His seminar room is excellent and friendly staff. Has surau for muslim to pray.

Overall the stay was Ok. But it was some misunderstanding between the front officer with the promo package that I got for my stay. By right the package was included with breakfast. However with the efficient management system, the issue was solved sucessfully.

Climate super loud everywhere, the pool bar is never open, but a large, well-equipped gym. Breakfast was ok.

The room was a generous size and in very good condition. The restaurant and bar facilities were very good. The barman was very friendly and even remembered our previous order, nice touch. The hotel location is central and an easy walk to everything in the centre of Kuching. The travel office was very helpful in arranging our tours to the local attractions.

The area is quiet. The hotel is rather old than all the pullman I've ever stayed in

If you are staying here and have the extra budget, the executive floor is where you want to be. Rooms are slightly better, and with complimentary access to "The Peak", which is the executive lounge, you get to enjoy evening cocktail over some decent food and drinks and the selection is substantial that it can be your dinner.
Great hotel located in the heart of Kuching town and near to most of the local attractions. Anyway, it will only be a 15 - 20 mins Grab car ride to almost most of Kuching.
Great business hotel to stay whether you are there for work, business or leisure.

Very spacious room with huge glass window facing the city

There was an incident that was very intriguing to me, because a 6-year-old child taking breakfast was said to have to pay. It was the first incident I experienced hotel group Accor. Never before happened. Maybe management can explain? In Accor offers that I received in writing clearly children under the age of 12 are free of breakfast and follow their parents. I explained the front office said that the Pullman hotel Kuching regulation for children over 5 years must pay. The question is, does Pullman Kuching sell the name Accor group, but does it follow the rules in the Accor group? In the previous period I did not get my rights as a member of the silver Accor group in the current period the Satas rights were given as Accor silver members. Hopefully in the future there will be no more such events.

Nice and comfortable hotel not forgetting the room rate which is very reasonable.

One of two 5 star hotels in the city. But not necessarily the second best after Hilton.

Nu er Hong Restaurant: Chinese food at Pullman Kuching. Nice environment. Food is good and portions are big. Service is OK; very friendly but we had to keep asking for tea notwithstanding only 3 tables occupied.

Nice place for catch up with your friends. The lounge and bar band have a taste in music.

As a frequent and committed visitor to Pullman Hotels,the Kuching branch has a bunch of nice and caring cheerful and caring front desk crew.

Hotel does not deserved its 5 stars rating. At best, I will give them a 2 or 3 stars.

Nice hotel but breakfast is kind of nightmare to me. Don't know how to explain the taste but i'm okay to skip breakfast at hotel.

Almost up to expectation. Food are awesome, hospitality is great. Little bit issue the room; There're some water leakage maybe comes from the bathtub.

Best pillows I've ever slept on !! Seriously !! Overall - a top notch business hotel. Internet's slow though.

The deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room clean and fragrant.

The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious.

The Pullman Hotel has a go green campaign, so there is a recycling bin in the lobby. And encouragement to save water, electricity in the room. The campaign has no straw. Good business.

Parking at The Hills shopping malls. Need to ask for a stamp to get the price of hotel customers.

I don't like the Hotel policy to photocopy our IC when we are local guest and the staff did not ask our permission before they proceed to photocopy our IC.

IC is considered personal information.
If I am a guest from oversea, I don't mind do so. But not local.

I had stayed in other hotels such as Le Meridien, Four Point, One World , Hilton. etc. NON of them photocopy my IC.

I've a pleasant time here. When I check in, I request to have a room near to the lift because I have gout, and the reception fulfill my request. I'm so happy with the bellboy service, really friendly, helpful and a doing an excellent job. I feel so welcome.
But, the food at coffee house need to improve, look nice and appetizing (well presentable) but the taste... well, 4.5 of of 10. So sad. I bring my guests and friends that night for Berbuka Puasa, and all of them not happy with the food.

Huge bedroom, huge bathroom, plus with a great view.

As hotel's halal Chinese food goes for a banquet , this one ain't bad. Efficient service, but lacking in some for the casual part-timer.

Everything okay except I have to return key and change my room since they have mistakenly check me in an occupied room.

Our king size bed room is lovely. Huge and with a super big ensuite toilet (so big you can fit a single bed inside the toilet) with bathtub and rain fall shower.

The bed is firm and great sleep.

Breakfast, wide spread of choices from western to local and up to 10 types of bread & pastries.

Plenty of taxi in front but they don't go by meter. There is no uber. So average rm15 to anywhere in town and rm 30 to airport (this sucks!)

Minus 1 star for the Internet. Slow connections and sometimes not able to connect.

The house keeping needs more inprovevement and the house keeping also below standard.

Friendly front desk staff. They make you feel welcome.
