The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the view was beautiful too ... he was the best ...

Below expectation as travelling during ramadan month. Have some hiccup during sahur time.

Quality has been going down for some time. Its like they keep slashing the budget, especially on the club floor. Basic maintenance is lacking. Very disappointing.

I am satisfied with my stay at Pullman Kuching.
From the moment I registered for my stay at the reception counter, with the warm welcome from your front staff all the way towards the comfort of my room. The fruit basket and cookies gave a touch of welcome and much appreciated. Tried the gym which I found to be in good condition, with the spacious floor space and well equipped facilities. Good stuff and made my stay very satisfying.
However, the only set back to me is that I stayed for a few days and realized the buffet breakfast you served are of the same dishes every morning that I stayed there. Perhaps would be nice you can change the menu every alternate mornings to provide more variety. Thanks.

Pullman is a very nice place to stay. They have all the facilities like pool and gym. Area around Pullman is good for walking and one must take walk in the evening to explore local shops and market. Good walkable streets.

The hotel's beautiful location, located on a hill, can see all areas of kuching city, and comfortable room amenities. There is a supermarket underneath the hotel building as well as a place to eat, but the place is too full (UTC). If possible for the future the hotel will be able to provide transportation to the airport such as hotel located in peninsular Malaysia.

Clean, modern and spacious room, loved the pool and fitness center too.

This is the best place for a stay and a relaxing also as a place which is the nearest to waterfront bridge or Mac Donalds in the center of the kuching city

The hotel was great, friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again for next visit.
But the Chinese restaurant (Nu Er Hong) I very disappointed with their dimsum and their service. I ordered the glutinous rice but undercooked. Should improve the quality of the food.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing view of the city and Santubong from my room at level 21. Can easily walk to the seafood eatery, TopSpot (a must-try!). Connected to The Hills where u can find a food court, Mr DIY and Sushi King.
About 10-15 min walk to the WaterFront area. Nearest shopping mall is Merdeka Plaza.

the room is clean and cozy room and i did enjoy the comfortable bed and bathroom.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The services were however disappointing. When we first checked in, the floor was wet as though it has just been mopped minutes before we arrived.

We checked in on Friday and informed the front desk of the 3 defects in our room - not functioning light bulb, defective toilet door and defective secondary lock of the room door. It was about 10 pm when we made the complaint at the front desk. We were kept waiting for more than an hour with the expectation that the defects will be attended to. Within the span of an hour, first the manager on duty followed us to our room to check out the defects. Then he sent another technician to perhaps identify rather than to fix the defects. And then a second technician came at about 11pm (who looked blur and didnt seem like being briefed of the defects / what he should fix). He left with the assurance that the defects will be fixed the next day.

Nothing happened on the second day. Nothing happened the day after. We were left with unattended defects until we check out. On this note, i think the services and the manner in which complaints are to be handled could be improved, tremendously.

This hotel is a cold empty shell with nothing at all happening. The place is in need of refurbishment as looking tired. Very unfriendly place and will not be stopping here again!

If you are travelling with family, Pullman might be a good option because they have a family room which could probably sleep 4 people comfortably. Compared to other hotels, the rooms at Pullman are bigger and spacious (good for people who are claustrophobic I suppose). The design of the room is very simplistic. They provide iron and ironing board, yoga mat, safety deposit box, etc. No slippers or bath robes are provided. The ceilings were coming off when I was there which was not very pleasant especially when it falls on you. The WiFi is unreliable and not working for most of the time and the staffs would insist that it s up to standards by telling you that our IT department has confirmed that our WiFi is up to standards after receiving other complaints from other people (you tell me what s ironic about their response). Nevertheless, the views are pretty remarkable if you re on higher floors. Location is convenient given its proximity with city centre (but there are many hotels near city centre like Hilton, etc., too). However, I m not too sure if I m ready to pay a premium price to stay at this hotel.

Strategically located on the bukit Mata Kucing, and within walking distance to all adjacent attractions. Breakfast menu is good and hotel is really value for money. Will come back again.

This is one of the better hotels in Kuching and very reasonable rate - especially if you get one of their many specials. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. It was a very short stay due to delayed flights so I only spent 6 hours sleeping (with very comfortable pillows) but the high pressure shower was also very much appreciated. I will be back.

The buffet lunch maybe need to 'up' a bit. Guest rooms are commendable. Meeting rooms maybe it is time to overhaul. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodative.

I have always liked Pullman Kuching. However for the past 2 stays, the room condition has deteriorating i.e. dirty and unkempt. The toilet has pee stain on it during my first arrival. Shower stall was dirty with hairs perhaps from previous occupant. My bed was not made properly the following day. The floor was dusty and there was no room slippers and I have to request. I hope it was just my experience and not for other guests since this used to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in Sarawak.

Pullman coat. If it's not the best it is. Even tal dpt deluxe room, twin sharing room. But even the single bed was big enough. Overall room was great. The bathrooms are very large with shower and bathtub. He can not drink hot water and soak

The buffet is awesome, serve authentic Asian+European cuisines. Wide varieties to choose on. Food are fresh and well cooked. Service wise, they always put a big smile on their face. Love the environment. Quite and cosy. Good place to dine in for an excellent meal.

Found something that not belong to us in the tissue box inside the toilet. Besides, my friend bag hbeen open by unknown while we're not in the room.

Staying last october in room 1803.great and wonderful stay.Myself and my wife would like to say thank you so much to mr bob richeal the guest experience for make our stay such a memorable one.thank for his hard effort to make a suprise to my wife,nice decoration in the room and good candle light dinner setup in the room.i would recommend this hotel to my friend and ask them to stay in pullman for them to experience what i experience.again good job pullman kuching!

Fast check in. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities are in place. Big bath room and bath tub with window view. Perfect for urban style get away.

This hotel attach with shopping mall & the most attactive it just walking distance from topspot the famous seafood centre in Kuching..hotel food also good + we can enjoy the live band at night time.. such a good & recommended place for release & relax..

1, safe box was broken and took hotel two days to check and change room
2, air-conditioning control was broken. Either stuck at 22 degrees or 27 degrees. Almost caught a cold.
3, spa is super short staffed. Couldn't book a massage for the 7 days that I was there
4, staff seem very friendly but don't really take my requests seriously.
