The room and the bathroom were spacious. The services were however disappointing. When we first checked in, the floor was wet as though it has just been mopped minutes before we arrived.
We checked in on Friday and informed the front desk of the 3 defects in our room - not functioning light bulb, defective toilet door and defective secondary lock of the room door. It was about 10 pm when we made the complaint at the front desk. We were kept waiting for more than an hour with the expectation that the defects will be attended to. Within the span of an hour, first the manager on duty followed us to our room to check out the defects. Then he sent another technician to perhaps identify rather than to fix the defects. And then a second technician came at about 11pm (who looked blur and didnt seem like being briefed of the defects / what he should fix). He left with the assurance that the defects will be fixed the next day.
Nothing happened on the second day. Nothing happened the day after. We were left with unattended defects until we check out. On this note, i think the services and the manner in which complaints are to be handled could be improved, tremendously.
