Clean and typical good hotel but lobby need to be renovated since it feels like cheap office building atmosphere. Even lobby topside window is very clumsy. Put a half transparent curtain may help.

The rooms are clean, to simple for being a Pullman Hotel, tho I've only been to a couple of Pullman hotels, this one is the least decorative.. The front desk staff is not as friendly as expected and the breakfast buffet variety is terrible..

The toilet bowl in Room 1002 was blocked!!! OMG.!!! only discovered about it after our return from breakfast in the morning b4 check out. The lady the reception says parking is free as complimentary for stay-in customers but she forgot to cancel the RM8.00 fees. she just scribbled on the ticket. she gave me the hassle to run back to settle the matter. Thank you to that young boy who came to assist me. *malasmokstaysitokgik*

Excellent service! I was here for an business event. When my team arrived to check out in the morning the room was dark and many lights were not working. We expressed our concern. Then in the afternoon it was all fixed. What a miracle. Pullman service is excellent! We are definitely back again to Pullman.

Built in 2016, the hotel still smells like new. Strategically located at Miri Waterfront with easy access to eateries focusing on seafood, left me with a pleasant experience. Amenities include pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and not to forget a spa

The hotel is quite old, but for cleanliness it is good and the service is also not good for a long time, even though the clock doesn't check in, it is usually already signed in ... for CS and HK, it is friendly, if you ask for anything fast ... When checking out it also doesn't take long, don't wait to check the room again, and the breakfast is quite varied .. If you go again, you still want to stay here hehehe

1) Our room on the 16th floor was damp and poorly ventilated. We saw wet spots on the ceiling and in the lamps. We suspect that mould was just painted over in your rooms. Within 2 hrs of checking into our rooms, we both fell sick with sore throats. Your hotel moved us to the 18th floor but this room was just a bit better. We believe probably all your rooms are in this same poorly upkept condition despite being one of the newer built hotels in kuching. Having no choice..we suffered through sore throat worsening into a full blown flu. 2) housekeeping only does the most basic cleaning the entire week we stayed. Our bed, toilet and changed towels. Other parts of the room was left dusty and musky. We even found cobwebs in the corners of our room. Sometimes our cups were not washed or not washed properly. Used dishes/trays from room service not cleared away. 3) Our sister in law got stuck in your elevator for 10mins and had to be pried out. She has a childhood trauma and is really scared of dark enclosed spaces. During dinner after her horrible scare, she had flashbacks, was white, could not breathe and was in tears. Your hotel decided that a fruit basket with a couple of apples and oranges will make this better... 4) our honeymoon and first family gathering after our wedding was filled with sore throats, flu and tears. We are so embarrassed too because we were the ones who chose your hotel for our entire family trusting in your brand name.

There is just a small problem which is not of great importance .... In the giant and elegant entrance hall it is freezing cold.
But everything else is nickel
The varied and good breakfast there is a part of the restaurant room which is equipped for children +++

Went to celebrate our anniversary and booked the hotel thinking that we will have a great experience but we didn t. They promised lots of stuffs in their websites but in real , it wasn t worth it for a 5 star hotel. There s no sign of Jaccuzi and the pool side bar seemed like it been a years since someone had used it. The pool wasn t appealing at all.

The hotel in Kuching is very convenient and nice to stay, however I put out a room clean everyday and a bathroom and toilet are not clean properly as well as a floor is not vacuumed. I stayed in a room for two weeks, therefore I can notice and see a toilet, bathroom and floor are still dirty after a cleaner already clean. A customer team is excellent and I had requested to checked in 10am and checked out late at 1:00pm without any issues. Thank you
